We had bugs all over our room and our bed and the staff spoke to us terribly and refused to serve us drinks at all inclusive because we got “too many waters” which only happened because our friend was about to pass out, got the manager down and he shouted at us (all 16 and below) and threatened to kick us out of the hotel and then began speaking to the bar staff in Arabic which we translated to them calling us every name under the sun and went round the pool telling everyone sat down that we were “unsupervised” and “irresponsible” after we explained all we wanted to do was help our poorly friend. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone with children as if the staff aren’t rude to them they will ask for young girls intagrams and hassle them until they’re so uncomfortable they have to isolate themselves from the staff and not enjoy their holiday. We were also in the pool quite far from the bar splashing and playing like children do and the manager of the pool bar threw ice over our heads to make us get out of the pool for enjoying ourselves, we never splashed near the bar as we understand how annoying that would be to others enjoying their holiday. Overall the animators and the staff in the restaurants are lovely and really make the experience great but the bar staff and the bar manager are terrible and will swear in Arabic at children assuming they don’t understand if they aren’t coloured.

We've been there for a day-use at their aqua park. The experience was phenomenal, from the reception explaining everything clearly. The team at the aqua park is very helpful and they have great attention to details, looking after guests very carefully. The food and drinks were amazing. Safety isn't overlooked at all, all lifeguards around the aqua park are well-trained and they have a great safety acumen. An outstanding overall experience and will definitely come back.

Sadly our holiday was effectively ruined on day 2 with Egyptian tummy ...prior to to that we were really happy with everything...our room was immaculate and Mohammed our cleaner went above and beyond to keep us stocked with water and toilet rolls during our bout of illness.The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is OK, the beach was our favourite place to go after we recovered from the bug.Having had no real assistance from TUI or Coral Sea Resorts in regards to losing 5 days of our holiday I'd have to say we wouldn't go back again...

I booked this resort as a last minute thing, some reviews were a little concerning regarding food, cleanliness etc.I was plesantly surprised on all counts, the food was plentiful and varied, as a vegetarian I did not go hungry. there was plenty of healthy options available.having travelled extensively I was more than happy with the service received at this resort, I have paid a lot more for a lot less.I highly recommend this resort.I had a little towel art competition running with the room maid, he would make towel art daily, and I returned the gesture with various towel art with hidden tips.The tips are in no way expected but very much appreciated as the staff are on very low wages and many live away from their families to work the summer season in Sharm, they are extremely hard workers.A few tips for future guests:*Taxi's in the resort are extortionate, £20 minimum for relatively short journeys. I met an Egyptian that told me about an app called 'indrive' which is the equivalent of Uber/Bolt.I never paid more than 150 Egyptian which is the uk equivalent of£2.10, this is for a trip to the Old Town.All you have to do is order the taxi and walk out to the main gate to meet your driver and pay in cash, all our drivers waited for us to return us back to resort, for pennies.* Good idea to bring a reusable/cool cup, drinks are served in small plastic cups that barely hold any liquid.* The water slides are not open all day, some are open for just 2 hours, read the timetable posted near the slides to avoid disappointment/ confusion.* The "A la Carte" restaurants are not really worth the effort and extra money, the food is very much the same as what is served in main buffet.* Room service is very very cheap, fresh squeezed orange juice is cheaper than price given at breakfast (not includeed in all inc.)(juice served in bars is actually Tang, sugary cordial)

Beautiful Beautiful place, today is our last day here at Coral Sea, we booked last minute with friends and our 9yr old son. We just wanted some sunshine and relax.We have had the most lovely week, we wished we had done 11 nights now.The hotel is so clean, the food is great, so much choice too, my son can be fussy but there is always, pizza, pasta, wraps, burgers etc for the children.The water park is so much fun, it’s located separately to the main pool so if it’s not for you, you can relax away from it.The staff can not do enough Ahmed at the pool bar and Mostafa one of the lifeguards has treated us like royalty all week.The animation team are amazing and so sociable, Jennifer and Destiny were amazing.We have had such a lovely time we are looking to return in September

My family and I returned from this hotel last week. I had to use and electric wheelchair and the staff tried to accommodate me in every way. 10/10 for service. The Manager actually asked me how they could improve things for wheelchair users, incredible someone who listens and cares for their guests. The room was great with the jacuzzi outside, the food in the Asian restaurant was incredible. The cleanliness of the hotel scores a 10 out of 10. My grand-daughters loved the water park and the beach and in fact the whole hotel. We will definitely visit again. Only draw back was small lift for an electric wheelchair.

Had the best holiday/Honeymoon,Hotel was everything we expected and more! The food was better than expected and not a single complaint from us, the evening dessert choices were incredible!Staff were very attentive, room servicing was on point and done daily!The animation team were energetic, friendly, and gave encouragement to join in but not pushy! (Special thanks to ‘Tony’.Bar-staff were also all very friendly, remembering drink orders. (Special mention to ‘Ali’ you made our holiday perfect!)Life guards were vigilant and kept the pool areas clean, tidy and Safe!

This has to be the best holiday we have ever had. We went as a family of 4 and the hotel staff could not do enough for us. The whole animation team are a credit to the hotel. We have made friends for life and will be returning again this year…. If you want the best time with great people, you must visit this hotel. The food, rooms and everything in between is just amazing and you will not be disappointed.
