My stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort in Hurghada was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly designed to offer relaxation and entertainment. The huge pools, water slides and numerous activities available made every day memorable. The service was impeccable, with staff always smiling and attentive to our needs.The food offered in the different restaurants was varied and of high quality, with generous buffets. The setting is superb, with well-kept gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. In addition to all this, the hotel's location allows easy excursions to discover Hurghada and its underwater wonders.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to combine relaxation and adventure during their stay in Egypt.

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service and Hospitality!I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel during my vacation, and I must say, everything was absolutely perfect! We were there for 10 days, it was a great vacation for the whole family.The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. We had a double room for 4 people, which was also great, really big, we didn't expect that... now complaining is at a high level, it was very noisy from the room door, but there are always people who can't show any consideration for others 🤷🏼‍♀️We still had a great time and a wonderful vacation without any negative experiences

We stayed here for a week and it was great.Nice swimming pools, good and varied food, clean room and very friendly staff.The arrival at reception is somewhat unstructured and at the pool we are asked too often if we want a massage, but these are the only minor downsides.Entertainment and kids club are excellent.

My whole family agreed this was an excellent holiday to remember. The hospitality was outstanding. Everything I ate was fresh, vibrant and delicious. Some of us had spa treatments these were amazing. Others in the family preferred to go on the excursions. A chilled yoga session hit the spot and we had family games that were fun. We were even invited back for another game of darts despite my own unusual throwing technique ! Brilliant Fun. We highly recommend this resort.

Regarding the hotel itself and the staff, we only have positive impressions overall. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help (except for the bartender near the lobby where the musician statues are).As for the negatives:1) Hygiene and room cleaning - our room wasn't very tidy when we arrived, and this continued throughout the week.2) Would be great to have more diverse menu.3) The odd operating hours of the kids' club and some pools, from 10:00-12:30 and 15:00-16:30; pools closing at 17:30-18:00.

Amazing hotel for everyone! As a family you have all the entertainment you need/want but you can also relax in different areas if you like it less active and loud. Really big hotel with a lot of guests but never too crowded. There are 3 different buffet restaurants with plenty of room to sit. Never had problems to find a sunbed as you have so many different options and nice heated poolsThe animation team is really nice and friendly, always active and happy. They put a lot of effort into all the different parties at the pool, beach or bars. The hotel was very clean, people are constantly cleaning the floors and dining areas. We stayed at room 2440 and this room was very big and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The man who cleaned the room was really nice and sweet. He asked us daily if everything was okay and helped us whenever we asked. Also the people working at the reception, the bars, the pool, the beach, really everyone was always friendly with a big smile on their faces. So thanks to every single person that made our vacation special and one to never forget!!!

This was our first time visiting Egypt and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in efficiently. The rooms were a good size and exceptionally clean with all the required equipment. Whilst exploring the hotels vast size, we had met and spoke to many staff members who were happy to assist and ensure we were welcome.The food was great with a good variety of options on offer, and waiters/ chefs would try to ensure we had everything we needed. All staff members made our children feel very welcome.With a lot of facilities on-site, we were kept busy trying out the variety of different pools and water slides which were well maintained and clean. Life guards maintained a high level of alertness due to the number of children around the pools ensuring we could relax a little.Absolutely faultless hotel!
