This is my first time here, and I really liked the hotel. I'm completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The lovely receptionist, Anna, really helped me when I asked for help at the reception. My children feel very comfortable at the hotel, as they regularly attend the children's group almost every day. The waiters in the main restaurant served us very attentively. The food is delicious. I recommend the hotel to all guests, especially those with children. We will definitely be back.

Bikac gün önce 4 gece 5 gün konakladık. Odalar küçük ama otelde oda benim için çok da önemli değil o yüzden başka konuları ele almak istiyorum. Personeller güler yüzlü evet ama sayıca az yani bana kola getirir misiniz demek yerine kalkıp almayı tercih ediyorsunuz veya bir içecek bir gözleme alacaz diyelim sıra bekleyip duruyorsunuz. Her gün her şey aynı çıkıyor bence çeşit az insanlar yiyecek çeşitli fazla demiş ama neye göre hangi otellere kıyasla demişler bilmiyorum. Biz geçen sene Haydarpasha palas da kalmıştık çeşit diye ona denirdi. Bu sene farklılık olsun diye burayı seçtik ama ikisini kıyaslarsak hata etmişiz diyebiliriz nerdeyse aynı fiyat ama orada ne ararsanız bulurdunuz. Odada minibarlar hergun doluyor evet ama kola olsun soda olsun plastik şişede tüm içecekler plastik yani cam ya da teneke yok. Dondurma deseniz ayrı bir olay akşam yemeğiyle beraber külah dondurma veriyolar onda da bir sürü sıra var tabi gündüz çubuklu buz parmak ya da algidanin falan uygun fiyatlı dondurmalarını veriyolar Magnum falan değil yani. Tüm bunları da geçtim sabah pankekin yanında ya da waffle yanında verdikleri çikolata kalitesiz yani lezzetsizdi. Tatlı çeşitleri de azdı. Ama otelin kitlesi Alman insanlar saygılı sessiz sakin kalabalık olmayan bir otel. Ben kalabalık seviyorum sakinlik arayanlar gelebilir bir başka eleştiri de kaydıraklar için gelebilir küçük resmen sadece çocuklar için Denizi de çakıllı ve dalgalı. Bunların dışında otel yine de iyi yani idare ediyorsunuz aç kalmazsınız dönerleri köfteleri falan çok iyi biz Ocak aylarında Liberty Lara da kalmıştık aç kalmıştık yani. Bu arada etkinlik açısından memnun kaldık aslında akşam 1 saat gösterileri oluyordu bunda da eleştirmen gereken bir nokta ise animasyon ekibinin her şeyi Almanca konuşmasıydı. Önce Türkçe konuşmasını ya da bize konuştuğu şeyleri sık sık açıklamasını beklerdim. 10 üzerinden değerlendirecek olsam 7.5-8 alır. İyi tatiller.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelanlage! 🌴
Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen und die Kinder haben ihren Spaß. Das Hotel selbst ist modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal – die Bedienung war stets aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und super herzlich.

Alles in allem war wirklich alles top und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

All in all everything was great, except that I got something badly poisoned and spent more than half of my vacation lying in my room. They don't have a doctor, well done guys! I will not put four, I will put five, because of good service and food

We were in this hotel at the end of April, at the beginning of May, what can I say, the hotel is very good, a beautiful reception area, everything is clean, neat, the staff is also ok, we didn’t particularly like the room capacity initially, the room was too small, but at our request we They changed it to a larger room, on the 5th floor, with a beautiful view. In terms of food, there was enough of everything, some tasty, some not, but you definitely won’t go hungry there. We swam and jumped from the pier, from the shore it was problematic because of the rocks, the guys on the beach had great pizza. A beautiful well-groomed area, a lot of greenery, the amphitheater is not big, during the season there probably isn’t enough space, but the animation is very decent. The location of the hotel was very pleasing; in the evening there was a place to take a walk, and it was possible to go to Alanya. Wonderful impressions, the people who surrounded us at that moment...

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie, zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kids in dem Hotel.
Der Service war in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter jedoch unterbesetzt, haben ihr bestmögliches gegeben. Auch wenn das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es sauber, das Essen war ok, am Buffet hat man immer etwas passendes gefunden.
Nun zu den nicht so tollen Punkten:
Aufgrund des intensiven Einsatzes von Chlor den Pools bzw. in den sanitären Bereichen/Duschen im Zimmer hatten viele Gäste eine Mittelohrentzündung davongetragen.
Auch so meine Frau und meine kleine Tochter.
Bei der Vorsprache beim Hotelarzt wurde dies diagnostiziert und meine Frau per Shuttle Service in das private Krankenhaus Anatolia in Alanya gefahren.
Das Krankenhaus war sehr alt und bei der Anmeldung meiner Frau wurde eine Vorab-Summe für die Behandlung in Höhe von 435,00 € gefordert.
Zu vermerken ist hier, dass dies noch nicht die Endsumme der Behandlung war.
Daraufhin lehnte meine Frau die Behandlung ab und begab sich zum Shuttle-Bus zurück. Wir hatten zwar das Geld, auch eine ADAC-PLUS-MITGLIEDSCHAFT, hätten auch das gesamte Geld zurückbekommen. Da wir türkische Wurzeln haben und wissen, wie das System funktioniert, wusste meine Frau, dass wir hier betrogen werden. Das Personal wies Aufgrund der Ablehnung der Behandlung den Shuttle-Service-Fahrer an, nur gegen Zahlung der Gebühr in Höhe von 80,00 Euro meine Frau wieder ins Hotel zurückzufahren.
Auch die Security des Krankenhauses schaltete sich ein und wollte die Rückfahrt meiner Frau mit dem Transfer verhindern.
Jedoch lehnte der Shuttle-Fahrer dies ab und fuhr meine Frau kostenlos in unser Hotel zurück, da diese Forderung nicht rechtens war.
Wir mieteten dann ein Auto an und fuhren in die Privat-Klinik Akdeniz nach Manavgat, Dauer der Fahrt 25 Minuten.
Es war ein sehr modernes Krankenhaus mit vielen Dolmetschern, auch wenn wir diese nicht benötigten.
Die Anmeldung und Behandlung dauerten ca. 30 Minuten, die Kosten betrugen 88,00 €.
Das selbe Probleme hatte einige Tage später auch unsere siebenjährige Tochter.
Also nochmal ins Akdeniz Krankenhaus, hier haben wir dann 122,00 € bezahlt, da ein weiterer Test notwendig war.
Alles in allem Top und wir waren super zufrieden!
Hier kann man feststellen, dass das Hotel Saphir bewusst mit dem Krankenhaus Anatolia zusammenarbeitet, da augenscheinlich Provisionen fließen.
Für eine zweiminütige Behandlung 435,00 € Anfangsgebühr zu fordern, ist unverschämt, die Notsituation von Menschen auszunutzen, ist unmenschlich. Es geht nur darum, die Gäste nach Möglichkeit auszunehmen, das dann Hand in Hand zwischen Hotel und Krankenhaus.
Der zweite Punkt ist hier ist der Ausschank von den angegebenen einigen internationalen Alkoholika, hier dann Vodka Smirnoff, Whisky Red Label oder Yeni Raki.
Trotz diverser Bars gab es so gut wie an keiner Bar diese internationalen Alkoholika.
Ich kam mir teilweise schon wie ein BETTLER vor, wenn ich nach einem Glas dieser Original-Getränke nachgefragt habe. Die Antwort war zu 90 % immer:
Nein haben wir nicht an dieser Bar.
Also wurde der Gast vor der Buchung trotz nachweislich in der Rezension mit den aufgeführten Angaben arglistig getäuscht.
Trotz Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung hat sich nichts geändert.
Somit ist diese Hotel nur Mittelmaß, der angegebene Service wurde nicht erbracht, die Angaben des Hotels stimmten somit nicht und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Krankenhaus Anatolia war die Bestätigung dafür, dass es kein fünf Strene Hotel ist, welches einen Ultra All Inclusive Service anbietet.
Das Hotel können wir somit nicht weiterempfehlen und werden diese auch nicht erneut buchen.

Location is good so far, rooms clean and well maintained. Food very tasty and plentiful. Service unfortunately poor, service only upon request, no accomodation, no flexibility, arrogant and cheeky.

However, Turks really know how to host you! This hotel was also very good, my son loved the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and water slides. There is table tennis, tennis, billiards, mini disco in the evening for children. We were there from Aug 10-17, but it was not noticeable that the waiters were already tired, I really take my hat off to the hotel, and thank you very much for a comfortable and pleasant rest!

Checked everything around !!!
Simply the only one with a good beach. People are looking for perfection at Turkish price .
Guys they are lovely people and trying their best so please....
You want perfect ? Then go to Waldorf Astoria in NYC .
Hotel is wonderful, rooms are ok and Hotel personnel are really , really trying to accommodate everyone .
Bet 4 - 5 am somebody is cleaning the sand by the beach . But of course nobody see that .
4 am people arrive to make sure everything is perfect for 7 AM ( breakfast opening time )
And I can go on and on .
To all Saphir personnel a WARM thank you and we see each other again 100 % .

I don’t understand the good reviews at all!

The Hotel itself is beautiful, and fairly clean all around (the toilets and shower by the pool are always dirty though…).

Speaking of pools, my whole family (2 kids, one Baby, my husband and I) have exzema rashes from the pool water. A lot of other families I’ve talked to with kids also complained about rashes and exzema, and the local pharmacy is also very aware of the problem. There is so much chlorine and other chemicals in the water that the bikinis of my daughters have completely been drained of their color. I am glad we are flying back tomorrow so that our skin can get better. If we were to stay longer we’d have to start using cortison cream to help with the itching.

The Sea is full of dirt and plastic pieces, the water gets deep very quickly and it’s not a sand beach, the shore and water are pebbles, so bring your water shoes. Our exzema burned like fire in the salty water anyways….

The service staff is really nice and they try their best. But you have to fetch everything yourselves, nobody “serves” your drinks or food. Nobody speaks English, most of them speak fluent Russian (80% of the guests are Russians……..) and some speak a little German. The Russians is another topic, they don’t greet you, they don’t smile at you. They always push themselves first in the elevators even if I was the one who called it first and I am waiting with a Baby in a stroller… But that’s nothing that the hotel is responsible for…

We still had a great family vacation and enjoyed ourselves because we made the best of it, but we are so happy to fly back home and eat some decent food again and go to a nice restaurants (there are NONE in the area of the hotel, we would’ve gone there if there had been any).

One thing is for sure, we would not recommend this Hotel to anyone or come back here ever again!

We are here at the minute for 2weeks if you're English Do NOT COME HERE. In nearly 2weeks we have seen 2 other English family's we as a family have never ever experienced anything like this all staff speak very little English music you can understand food is very bad for us. This hotel caters for Eastern European family The entertainment team don't even bother to try and explain what's going on around the hotel in English and one of the male just stands about smoking and on his phone just looking all the ladies up and down not good are he apart of the team we feel very excluded and our son who 13 has spent so much time in the room😢 and been English it's been a very expensive and long holiday for us can't wait to get home

It was an amazing holiday in a Saphir Spa&Resort hotel.
We were with our family, the location of hotel is good, but a little far away from cities.
The hotel itself is very comfortable, the servise is impeccable, the stuff are very friendly and helpful, especially Guest Relation.
The food is always tasty and rich in option.
Everything is good.

Saphir Resort & Spa is one of the best hotels in the area for this price range. They serve variety of foods. Even picky eaters can find many things to eat. The facility is optimum sized, so each activity places in the hotel are in walking distance and the beach is a few minutes away by walking. Almost everyday there are fun activities for kids and grown-ups. Hotel staff and management are friendly and they are open to communication. I highly recommend the hotel for families with kids.
