Suurepärane klassikalises Vahemere stiilis moodsa ja elegantse arhitektuuriga perehotell asub Sides, 55 km kaugusel Antalya lennujaamast. Hotelli külalised saavad nautida mugavat olemist ja meelelahutust liumägedel ning lõõgastuda spaas. Lisaks on imekaunis liivarand ja suured aiad, ööpäevaringne ultra kõik hinna sees toitlustus ja mitmesugused vabaõhutegevused suurepärase puhkuse võtmeks. 2022. aastal renoveeriti veekeskus täielikult, nüüd on seal 11 uut liumäge. Samuti on värskendatud rannaala.

Wir haben dem Hotel nochmal eine Chance gegeben und haben leider wieder eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Die Zimmer und Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toiletten am Pool und Strand vesifft. Leider stinkt es an vielen Standorten in der Parkanlage nach Klo. Service nur, wenn man den Geldbeutel öffnet. Der Standort ist das einzig positive.

We're currently staying at this hotel, and not for the first time! Be careful with your money! A huge sum of money was stolen from our safe! It happened to us and our neighbors, too, from a locked safe! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! Zero safety! Zero accountability! They'll blame you in the end!

Izby pekne aj čistenie..ale sprcha by mohla byt renovovaná...špina a omrvinky po stoloch, špinavé príbory, vonkajšie reštaurácie totálna špina, stoly asi nikto neutiera, dokonca aj stoličky špinavé od jedla a neumyte.. vyber a kvalita jedla slabá...pláž krásna široká ale samé ohorky a papiere... čistenie piesku minimálne... ležadlá na pláži tiež necistene. výťahove dvere a zrkadla zapatlane, parapety na oknách vedla stoloch v reštaurácii strašná špina, asi cele leto neumyvane... hotel nestojí za tie peniaze.

I'm coming for the second time, but this time I can't give full points. Even though I made a reservation for a deluxe room, when I arrived, they transferred me to the next hotel because there was no room left in the rooms. The room was freezing. This time we called, they took us to the hotel next door, that is, they changed two places in one funnel. The cleaners are constantly asked to bring something to the room. What are we complaining about at the reception? No such thing. Something. I reported my complaint to my agent.

Tavaly mentünk előszőr ebbe a szállodába, és minden jól is ment. Idén visszamentünk a jó emlékek miatt, de nem kellett volna. 7 családdal mentünk, majd amikor megérkeztünk közölték, hogy nem szabadok azok a szobák amiket mi már januárban lefoglaltunk. 4-5 órát töltöttünk a recepción körübelül a semmiért. 4 családot be tudtak rakni külön szobákba a Fulya hotelbe, minket és meg 3 családot beraktak az elnöki lakosztályra, ami jól hangzik de valójában nem volt az.
10 ember 2 szobára és egy nappalira nem a legkényelmesebb. Valaki a teraszon aludt ami elfogadhatatlan. 2 napot kellett így töltenünk, hogy megkapjuk azt a privát szobát amiért valóban fizetett mindenki. Jó programok vannak, jó medencék és jó ételek. A bárban is kiváló a kiszolgálas. Azonban ez a 2 nap stressz elvette a kedvet körübelül mindentől, hiszen nem ezért megy az ember hanem pihenni. Abban az időben amikor ott voltunk, nem mi voltunk az egyedüli család akik így jártak, és komment alapján elég sokszor játszotta már el ezt a szálloda. Kártérítésről nem is akartak beszélni, de amikor jelentettük ezt az egész ügyet az utazási irodának, akkor visszaküldtek 4 dokumentumot amit a szállodától kaptak, hogy mi elfogadtunk mindent. Egyikünk sem látta soha azokat a papírokat, és egyikünk sem így ír alá, tehát aláírás hamisítással is próbalkoznak. Mi biztosan nem térünk ide vissza.

Nagyobb társasággal érkeztünk, de 4 családnak nem tudták biztosítani a lefoglalt szobákat, ellenben betettek minket egy lakosztályba, ahol 6 főre volt alvási lehetőség. Kaptunk pótágyat (tengerre néző kétágyas szobák helyett) amiből egyet a teraszon kellett elhelyezni, mert nem fért már sehova. Törölköző 4 főre volt bekészítve. Mindehhez 2 fürdőszoba járt 10 főnek. Olyan érzés volt, mint egy túlfizetett gyerektábor. A harmadik napra kaptuk meg a szobáinkat, ami már az egész nyaralásra rányomta a bélyeget! Ebbe a szállodába biztos nem megyünk többet, és az utazási irodát is nagyon meg kell válogatni, mert abszolút nem segít semmibe, kivéve a helyi idegenvezető, aki próbált intézkedni, de őt is lepattintotta a szálloda recepciósa!

The best is definitely many activities for kids. Kids club, kids swimming pools and playing areas, kids menus , many snacks and sweets. The personnel are friendly and helpful.
But inside the room still not feeling comfortable, there's no sound isolation 😕, so anything is going on in the corridor or hall you gonna hear. Especially annoying when the cleaning team are shouting just next to your door, while you are having a nap. The second problem is the staff who are filling the mini bar, they can come any time without knocking on the door. Even if you are naked, just came a few times without sorry 😐, nonsense for me and unprofessional, unrespectful behavior. The problem number tree is always leaking something in the toilet and shower, looks like a general problem for the whole hotel. Always wet the floor and drop sounds.
The rest is completely satisfied, the food is nice, the hotel interior is a bit old but well maintained and clean , the beach is near and sunbeds are available.
The territory is quite big and nice.
Sunbeds near swimming pool are always busy with towels,but there's no blame to hotel, it's just a mentality 😕 most of guests, who think that everything should belong to them if they got all inclusive)

Such a wonderful resort
Worth your time to visit and stay here
Place is BIG and it offers everything for the guests to enjoy their week with their families here.
Food delicious and the service also very good and helpful.
The views that offers from the balconies are so wonderful.
Recommend this resort!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our three kids! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless and conveniently located near the bustling bazaars, making it easy to explore the local area. The setup of the hotel is wonderful, as it allows guests to enjoy all the facilities of the Kamelya hotels within the same resort. This gave us plenty of options for activities, keeping both the kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

Great place to do the all inclusive experience.
Plenty of entertainment for families and couples based around the pool and watersports during the days and staged shows plus nightclub music at night.
Some of the numerous bars even stay open until 5am !!

this hotel was very disappointing. i have been to 4 hotels in Turkey and this one is the worst of them. you can definitely get better one for the same or better price.
the bathroom needs renovation, everything in there was very used and old. water from the shower was leaking.
the cleaning was very superficial. we only had our towels changed twice in the whole week we been there.
we got a room with a view for staff break area and bar where there was music every night until midnight.
waiters and restaurant staff are very unprofessional with that disgusting looking at young girls. my 16 year old daughter included.
the food was good but boring. the "main themed" dinners (mexican an fish) in the main restaurant were also the same, the only difference were the soups.
the fact that you have to pay extra for a reservation in themed restaurants in really disappointing. i do not recomend.
