The balcony was dirty, and the floor was worn and not well-maintained. While the price was attractive, the hotel falls short of 5-star standards. There are better options in the area at similar price points.Food was good .

The rooms and service were good. However , the balcony was dirty. We booked a triple room for the three of us.The buffet was disappointing. There wasn't a decent variety of meats and seafood. For e.g. the crabs were very small and not fleshy at all . Buffet wasn't up to the standard of a Five Star hotel. Maybe a two star hotel. Grilled tuna fish to my horror! We've had grilled fish at previous hotels in Colombo and down South, seer, black king fish or modha but not grilled tuna! Prawns were way overcooked and not juicy. The shells were so soft, were eaten easily. Cheese platter only one type of it - cheddar. Parmesan was only sprinkled by the cooks for the pastas. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who expects a five star experience.

The property location is nice and breezy. The rooms are large with spacious bathrooms, but the cleanliness and lack of maintenance will be a disappointment.The room kettle was not washed and cleaned, and the bathroom hair dryer is broken.The food is very average with less variety (I went on a weekday).The pool looks nice, and you can have a good time. Overall, service can be improved a bit.It's a very average hotel with so much room to improve.Do not expect any fancy hotel vibe there. Recommended for friend outings and casual outings only.

Even though the first impression was bad;; (the reservations were messed up..and we had to wait more than an hour trying to sort things out ) but the staff soon redeemed themselves and gave an excellent service. After the initial misunderstanding..we were actually treated as vip ! And the whole experience from food to the rooms was excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it was affordable, the quality was far from impressive. The bathroom fittings were outdated and low-quality, the balcony was dirty, and the floor was worn and not well-maintained. While the price was attractive, the hotel falls short of 5-star standards. There are better options in the area at similar price points. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
