this is good hotel but i have some issues i will list
1: AIR CONDITIONING in my PRIVILEGE room broke on the first night water was flooding the room in 902 the next day the technician came to fix it but he didn’t even fix it he just broke the other one. the technician then came back (a different one) started talking to himself then left without fixing it but said he did. after this continued we had to move rooms
2: OUR SAFE BROKE WITH OUR BELONGINGS IN this was a massive inconvenience. Me and my family went downstairs to reception and my mom kindly explained the issue to a woman (who’s attitude is fully explained in point 3) however she just basically ignored my mom and shooed us away. the second time we went to reception we spoke to a nice man who explained that he can send someone the next morning and the issue was then solved , the hotel gets extra points for this man’s service
3: THE WOMAN i am appalled by this woman’s service and attitude towards my family, she needs customer service training, i will now describe her, she has braces long brown hair glasses and that’s all i can remember but this is the story. my mum was speaking to her in a calm manner explaining our situation and the employee asked for our receipt for our safe and when my mum asked why she needed it she gave a lot of sass and a dirty look.after she agreed to send someone to our room my mum asked if we had to be in the room when it gets unlocked as it’s a safe and she just went ITS FINE🙄 and shooed us off then proceeded to do nothing about it. h10 pls do something about this woman
4: PRIVILEGE SERVICES or lack of them..My family paid extra money for a privileged stay at h10 however we weren’t able to use alot of the services u get offered. what we enjoyed about privilege was the room it is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms both containing either a double bed or 2 singles pushed together, a sofa when u first walk into the room and a fridge aswell as a coffee maker/ complementary drinks like water and coke there are also a few snacks. also the bathroom. HOWEVER we have not been able to gain access to the privilege lounge that is included in the service even after having our wristbands reset and even cut off and changed several times. this was upsetting

POSITIVES
at mikes cafe by the buffet the milkshakes are very nice
they serve nice chicken tenders and other food at the pool bar
the staff member who i think is called Jenner is a very nice friendly man
i like the room
comfy bed
nice balcony view
good pools
good location
the staff normally try and sort out issues apart from that one woman in section 3

The Animation was Great, it did not take long for them to get people on board for all kinds of activities. Especially Yumara was great for the children in the Minidisco. Enhorabuena!

Not 4 * in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in within the same area. Very dated, rooms poorly maintained. Food served was raw on more than 3 occasions. No entertainment for younger children age 10. No atmosphere round pool, no music. Poor all inclusive. Our towels and childrens surf boards were burned with cigarette stumps and ash from floors above despite being a no smoking hotel. Rooms not cleaned daily and towels not changed. Will not be returning

The hotel is great, although it needs some renovations. On demand services are great, only that the system of separate all inclusive guests from the non all inclusive could be improved, both in restaurant and pool area, by using the bracelet all the way. Also towels exchange should have a similar system.
The overall experience is a good one, especially for families or elderly couples.

The animation team has been absolutely fantastic, bubbly and so much fun. We had the best time at evening entertainment and day time activities. However, we felt the food in the buffet was not the best as there were little to no vegetarian options, as well as the service being awful by your employees. They have been quite rude when we ask for help at reception and the buffet. I have also been disappointed with the room cleaning service as nothing was cleaned daily, they only managed to make the bed. I will not be returning to this hotel ever.

Very good hotel in a nice location. Only complaint is that room was not cleaned a couple of days and sheets did have noticeable stains, so have not been changed. However Staff are great, Javier is very friendly and welcoming (should be pro in table tennis). Night entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and great with children
