This hotel is fantastic, one of the best I have been to to relax with the family, the location is very good, at night there is no noise despite being close to the nightlife venues. Very close to the beaches of Camisón, Las Vistas and Los Cristianos, which for me are the best in Tenerife. For shopping lovers this is the best place on the island without a doubt. The hotel staff is always very friendly and attentive. To repeat as soon as possible.

The staff and lifeguards are a little unfriendly, the terrace was very dirty, and there were SPIDERS IN THE BED, a very bad experience

Hotel is lovley, great entertainment in the evenings.Personally I feel it would be better with thicker pillows and a double mattress not 2 single mattress pushed together.This is our personal preference, and we would stay here again.

Great location, Good entertainment, However theres not enough sunbeds for everyone its a battle everyday, Pool area can be dirty, Rooms stink of weed everyday.

More of a family orientated hotel, small number of staff are absolutely lovely but majority are downright rude and condescending, cleanliness is great, entertainment is cheesy and overly loud. The kitchen at the pool side is unorganised, had no idea at first you could sit down and get a completely different menu seperate from the ordering screens, highly misleading and disappointing menu: for example ordering ‘apple pie’ im served a slice of almond cake. The experience wasnt the worst overall but would not come back.

Hotel is amazing and the events that happens in the pools are fun. Some arcade machines won't let you get the tickets but reception will give you your money back. Rooms are lovely and spotless, cleaners are around all day long and are very friendly. Been here 2 years in a row now and it has been fantastic. I love that since this summer there is the euros on they have a big screen down beside the dining hall where you can watch it. Honestly best hotel I have been to yet and deserves 5 stars.

This hotel is not a hotel for 12 years and up. It's like a children's playground. Cockroaches in rooms and this was the 4th floor. The box room for teens was never open. It's not worth the money at all. It's more like hotel shitacora . Pool closed twice due to poo in them.We will not stay here again. The pools are for babies and toddlers the adults pools are a ridiculous thing when teenagers can't even move in the pool for their age. Unless you're all inclusive it's very expensive hotel. However Tenerife has a lot to offer.

I'm confused about the people saying it's great. We are here now and it's absolutely not worth the money we paid. The food is below average, well below, to get a drink at night in the one open bar there is a minimum 25 minute queue, and it's only May - I cannot imagine how bad it would be in peak season. We've not been able to relax by the pool as there aren't enough beds to accommodate the number of guests. The beds are uncomfortable with strange long pillows, our balcony faces a road. It's not a good hotel at all. Would not recommend.

Never a 4 star hotel. Cockroach friendly.Thankfully we have only stayed 2 nights in this hotel and I want to encourage people who reads this, don't get fooled by the lower prices. Save a bit more money and go for a proper hotel. The rooms are dated, and you don't want to have the nice experience when you wake up in the middle of the night because a cockroach climbing up on your leg. Most of the Staff were rude and doesn't speak English.
