Pure disappointment. Has nothing to do with luxury. We suffered there for 8 nights instead of enjoying it. The management there is flawed and has no idea how to run a hotel like this.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever been in. It boasts of a 5 star quality but it is probably a 2.5 or 3 stars at the most. This is my second time in Egypt and this has been a horrendous experience.When we first arrived they gave us a garden view room even though we paid for an upstairs room. This first room did not even have a working telephone and mind you it’s a $5 Panasonic plastic phone. It was very clear that this room was dirty and unkempt.Second room was somewhat better however in a matter of hours it was clear it will be a problem as well. Minibar was empty and let’s be honest this minibar is not anything to be proud of. There is no real furniture in the room, only metal bars. There was urine on the floor in the bathroom, dust and dirt everywhere. Curtains have been there since the 90s and they probably weren’t washed since then either. Fingerprints on every glass surface.We complained, they apologized and offered that they do a deep clean then…they said the stains on the floor aren’t urine but a leak from the toilet because somehow, if true, that would be better. Lo and behold there was no hot water in the shower. Manager came out and they said that now there is hot water but it is labeled wrong, so where there is marked as cold it is supposed to be hot. I asked if this is how it is in most rooms and he confirmed yes. I asked him how many stars this hotel has and he said 5. I asked if this really is 5 stars and he couldn’t answer.Waiters at the bars and restaurants do not come by, they randomly pick who they want to serve. Beach is atrocious, from the equipment to cleanliness. You have to go get your own mattresses and lug them wherever your chair is.Point is you cannot advertise as a 5 star hotel, charge as such and then offer services of a hostel. If you are looking for a communist inspired holiday for a lot of money, this is your place. I will update with more photos.They asked me to fill out a form and sign that everything is fine which I refused to do, but will be seeking this form out to fill in with more information. Suffice to say we are asking our travel agency to move us to a different hotel.

Our stay at The V Luxury Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh with my husband was wonderful! 😍🌊The location is perfect, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere, making it ideal for relaxation.Although we had a small misunderstanding upon check-in, where we were initially given a parking-side room with two beds instead of the double room with a garden or pool view that we had booked, the hotel quickly resolved the issue and moved us to the correct room. We appreciated their prompt response and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction.The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay!! Special shoutouts go to the big pool bar guard guy and the beach guard guy as well as the restaurant’s room service, who all contributed to making our experience smooth and enjoyable.A particular highlight was the animation team, who brought energy and fun to every day! 🤗🤩Additionally, we were especially impressed with the service from Azmy ⭐️ at the beach bar—he was always polite, professional, and attentive, adding a special touch to our time by the beach! 🌊🌊🌊We highly recommend The V Luxury Hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful yet vibrant getaway with excellent service.😍⚡️⚡️⚡️

Absolutely very good in all terms, I enjoyed my 7 days here a lot.Very nice place, all the time clean , delicious food and desserts and night activities were great.Staff is absolutely amazing and helpful.During my accident in the beach the 2 life guards helped me with my finger which I cut on the Sea.I can just say thank you The V Luxury for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon .Tip for visitors: bring swimming shoes if you want to be safe in the Sea because may happen then you can injury yourself on the rocks inside Sea.

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much, friendly staff, huge variety of the food, well prepared, cooked and presented.The beach is long and beautiful, I advise to take sea shoes for you, there are enough sun beds. Service and front desk are very friendly.

Wow amazing ! The resort exceeded my expectations! Service was amazing! Food was tasty! Rooms were spacious clean overall the whole resort was brand new shiny and very luxury ! Will come back again ! Thank you V luxury for the amazing experience!
