We were on vacation at this hotel. The holiday was super, I can say. The service is excellent. The room is bright, clean, comfortable. The hotel has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. I am grateful to Ahmed for the cleanliness of the room and to Ahmed from the Lobby Bar for being very friendly and friendly people.

Where do I start? When we arrived, we received a warm welcome. All the staff are friendly and very attentive.The cab service is excellent that is ran by Amer, the prices are reasonable and he reliable, yes it's can be a little cheaper outside, but that being said I've heard some horror stories about some of the local cabs, so I stuck with Amer. I will add a picture.For excursions, we used the Egyptian George Clooney, and we had a brilliant time.The gym is excellent, and the service is brilliant. The PT is really good, and he will give you a good workout session.The dinner staff were all amazing, and they are also attentive to your dietary requirements.My only complaints the internet service can be better, also the drinks as well.

I was in this hotel with my boyfriend few days ago.First of all, I need to highlight, dont expect too much from Food especially if u Are vegetarian Like I am 🙈🙈🙈 the quality is honestly below average but for price we paid I think we cannot expect Michelin star Food 😂 we went to ten tepenkayi- we didn’t Like it- only two types of menu u can choose, everything else extra charge 50-70 usd per person.. staff slow and no live show at all 😔All local drinks Are included in AI package, we Had some decent whiskey, cocktails…There is mini bar in the Room- 1 time per Stay it is free.RoomWe booked swimm out- we Had a blast! Full privacy, lot of space in the room, bathtub and shower. Pool is nice, it s not cold, sun is there usually from morning till 2 pm.Cleaning is done till 5 pm and they give u beach towels as well.Pool areaThere Are several pools, few sun beds and 3 jacuzzis which Are heated. There is music snd Entertainment program during the day- we did some darts, was fun. Also foam party was amazing!! Music is nice, arabic, reggeton, mix actually. Near the pool there is pool bar where they serve drinks and snacks- pizza. We enjoyed the most wave pool- it operates 4 time per day for 30 minutes.Also english Pub has billard pool and shisha 🙂BeachShuttle goes every 15 minutes- to family hotel which is next to beach. U can use beach Grill restaurant for AI package- shrimps and Sea Food extra charge. Beach is nice, currently lots of wind and waves, hard to get into Sea though- I reccommend Sea shoes. (I hit my feet few times while entering 😂) also there Are stairs to go into deep and dive- view Down is amazing, so Many colorful fishes and corals 😍During the night resort is mostly calm but we liked it. We went to farsha, nama bay and hard rock as well as few casinos. Hotel Taxi is expensive- we used app IN DRIVE and it was very cheap- few dollars only. Also Buddha bar Nama bay- strongly recommended! We had amazing truffle sushi and cocktails there and place is so affordable. Interior is beautiful as well.Farsha mountain lounge is amazing and must see! Also I recommend souvenir shops in nama bay- only 0.5 dollars for magnet, 1 dollar for scarf etc.. very cheap!ToursWe did tours with hotel and after we realized we paid too much- we found a tourist agency called KIMIDAR TOURS, much more cheaper than falcon and royal safari agency (they give u 30-50 percent on prices from the catalog). I ll put u picture for a contact 😊Also this trip was very special, I Had b day and my boyfriend wanted to propose, hotel management did amazing job especially Katrina from managment as well as the photographer Ahmed Saleh and they made this trip so memorable for both of us.To sum up, I would come here again and it s amazing hotel for this price we paid! 😊

We spent one week in the hotel. It has an excellent service. All the people who are working in the hotel are professional,kind and friendly. The food was nice. Asian restaurant is outstanding,don’t miss to try it.I asked for a cake and room decoration for my husbands birthday and their arrangement is unforgettable.Special thanks to Ahmed from Red Sea wharf restaurant who made the birthday dinner very special. Mohammed from pool bar and Mohammed manager from reception also to Honi from pool who was always kind and helpful. He always has a nice word to anyone. And not to forget about Antonio, we appreciate those meaningful conversations.

We stayed at the Adults only (across the road from the original hotel, where we could use the beach and beach restaurant)The Adult only Hotel had been open since May 2023, it was well maintained and very clean. Rooms were spacious.From the warm welcome on arrival, throughout our 3 weeks stay we were well looked after. Initially we made comments that the hot food was not hot enough, this was noted and corrected. Food was well presented and a good choice. Drinks were a little inconsistent and carbonated drinks often flat, so please inform them you want fresh bottles opened.Overall I would recommend this hotel and thank the staff.

This hotel is brand new and has got all facilities, but what made our stay excellent is the amazing staff. I can’t mention everyone, but our housekeeper was excellent. All waiters in the restaurant were so helpful and friendly.Special thanks for Waleed, who was not only running around the guests all the time, but he also made time to interact and entertain us. He showed us some tricks, which was so lovely and always was with a smile on his face. Thank you for all staff for the 5 star service.
