We had lunch and dinner here. I recommend it because the food is delicious. The dinners probably impressed me the most. Something different every day, and a very wide selection. We even had a Mexican dinner. Great, friendly service. I highly recommend it ❤️

This was mine and my partners' first holiday together and it couldn't have been more perfect. We were here from Oct 3rd-10th so it was still hot but not too busy.The staff were incredible, extremely helpful, always willing to go above and beyond, super friendly and nice. Especially, I think here name Adrianna behind the desk who helps you plan activities, she was great and helped us whilst we were a bit ill. And Bishal who helped us moved our luggage and with anything basically, he was also great just to chat too. Thank you so much!We had a suprise on arrival, finding out our room had been upgraded to a suite, and we were both blown away with how beautiful it was. Those who made that happen, thank you so much!We didn't have any issues with the food, each day was different which was good, think out of the 7 days we were there only 1 day we'd rather go out due to food options dinner time.The outdoor pool was lovely, the time of year we went meant it wasn't too busy, there were always enough outdoor beds and all was tidy. Right next to the hotel is the beach which we loved, ended up doing a lot of snorkeling finding lots of fishes and crabs. It's also just a 2 minute walk from the town centre too so there's that plus. If you're looking to rent a buggy, we had a great experience renting from the place next door to it as well.Looking back I think this is more of a family, couples hotel as there were a few hotels around it where they had much more of a party environment, loud music going etc. It was a little more peaceful here, the way it's laid out, you could let your kids have the freedom to play and you'd know they would be fine.Always different entertainment on each day, we missed most of it but the ones we seen and stayed for were great, break dancing and fire shows.I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, if you're young looking to get really drunk and party each night there maybe better options but everything else this is the place to be.

Hotel right on the beach :), nice, clean rooms, large, nice bathrooms. Cleaning every day, change of towels, very polite ladies. The food is tasty, varied, and there are also themed daysThe hotel is close to everythingWe highly recommend it

We, 4 adults, visited the hotel in October 2024. In Europe we usually stay in 4-5 stars, but this is the first time we've encountered such a bad hotel, even though it looked really good in the photos.So in short: the food is ok, rooms are clean, simple. Staff nice, reception only speaks English and Russian. Booked direct sea view asks for a narrow blue strip of sea, above the hotel wall and land, otherwise you can see the neighboring hotel on the other side. Requests to change rooms were rejected. There are only a few seats at the pool, so through the hotel entrance around the hotel we reach moldy hotel loungers right next to the loud bar. The bar and hotel wall on the other side steal the entire sea view. Further along the stone beach you can see city loungers for rent. You can only get into the water through three rows of slippery sandbags, in front of which a queue forms. If you walk for about 10 minutes you will reach the sandy beach and in 400 meters you can rent loungers. Luckily I have already seen other hotels, otherwise I would never go on vacation again. It's better to save yourself nerves and money.

We had a great stay at Nelia Beach!The staff was amazing, whether it was the restaurant/bar staff, the spa staff or reception, everything went well. There was always space around the pool during our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. The food at the restaurant was great.2 small things I wish were better, the fruits selection at breakfast and during the meals and the treadmill that was broken in the gym. Apart from that perfect stay!

Lovely place is cyprus, the hotel was lovely, the food was lovely the place was clean the pool was great however the room did not look like anything I booked very small smallest balcony but it eas ok not only that at the end of the holiday I always strip the bedding every single bit and I had a little bit of concern regarding the cleaners, I found a gold wedding band under the mattress protector, which wasn't ours and tells me the cleaners have either not cleaned correctly or its one of the cleaners that has lost it maybe i dont really know.When I handed this in to the reception whilst checking out they did not see that all bothered about where as I really was. So if any one visited the Nelia Beach Hotel and stayed in room 425 I found your wedding band and it's behind reception. I left it with a blond lady cannot remember her name.I really hope this helps trying to find the owner of it. We travelled on the 21st August and left of the 28th August 2024.Other than that lovely place brilliant places to visitHope you enjoy your holidays 😊

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean spacious with modern design and with beautiful sea view. The breakfast was nice with a lots of choices. The only minus are the sun beds near the beach, it’s a narrow space, 50 meters from the beach.

Very wide ranging breakfast buffet. Lots of facilities in the hotel. Rooms are small with the balconies facing other rooms in the hotel so are not very private. The beach is not on-site and you have to walk a few minutes down the road to access it. Good sun loungers are not included (they are approximately 20 rows back from the sea). You have to pay extra for the hotel loungers near the sea.
