Big big problem for the rooms which do not have a view of the swimming pool and a very small piece of sea: 200m away there is a Luna Park and unbearable noise! Do not hesitate to change rooms because the first night, you couldn't sleep! I had reserved a QUIET room! Otherwise nice hotel

I had already been a guest of a dear friend for lunch and a day at the pool the year before, having to take an older parent on holiday, I chose this hotel, favorably impressed by its organisation, calm and cleanliness, and the very friendly staff. the manager was careful to organize a dinner for some guests and invite us, I believe that among the hotels I stayed in Tunisia it is certainly among the best at a very reasonable cost, all things considered, recommended

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. DONT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS, I was fooled by the good reviews as it was written excellent in TripAdvisor and google, but it's a very big scam.1- The food is terrible and very poor.2- Staff are veeeery rude 😤3- it's located near the port, so the sea was very dirty and oily4- Pool is dirty5- Very unwelcoming6- I ordered 2 beds, and they gave me one.Not recommended at all

The room was comfortable and clean, I paid for a Seaview and had a pretty nice one, BUT:1. Most of the staff are pretty rude, with the exception for a couple.l of them.2. They offer nothing with the room! No tea bags, no water kettle, no coffee machine or coffee packs, not even a water bottle to drink! I stayed for four days and only received a complementary fruit plate when I checked in.3. THE WORST PART: I arrived in Sousse for a formal event and checked in around 4pm. I requested that a shirt of mine is ironed and I was told that the laundry closes at 3pm and thus the shirt can't be ironed and that the hotel has no irons that can be shared with me. I had to go to another hotel where a friend was staying to iron my shirt.4. The bar area is very dirty. I was served ice that tastes like dirt and fell sick after that. I then learned that there are two types of ice in Tunisia, one for consuming with drinks and one that is used just for cooling packages, ans seems they served me the latter.5. They didn't alow me to use the gym ans requested around 20 euros a day to get access to the spa (where the gym is located) so I can use the gym which is ridiculous.6. Their golf course looks like a potato field ans is not well kept at all. When I attempted to play and give it a try, they had no equipment for either golf or tennis and offered me to get a coach for around 30euros a session. You'd expect them to have equipment around!7. The breakfast is quite poor and ends at 10AM.8. For the price if 90 euros, you are much better off taking an airbnb for half that price or paying a bit more and going to an all-inclusive resort nearby.9. I went to try the pool just once, I didn't enter the pool as it had leaves and other things from nearby trees floating around in it and I couldn't be sure when it was last cleaned.10. The AC in the room isn't very effective and it was quite warm at some points despite the AC being turned on the coldest option.

Nice hotel if a little dated.Staff are pretty fantastic especially the bar staff and those by the pool.Had some issues with hundreds of ants in the room and they changed rooms for us.Food is hit and miss I mostly ate chips for the week

Definitely not a place for non French speaking people. As an English speaker I struggled. But the hotel has good facilities and access to the beach which is great.

Everything was excellent at this hotel. Good breakfast, lovely staff, big and clean room, with huge terrace overlooking the lush gardens or the sea, very quiet area, but also close to the port and all the shops and restaurants. A big big plus for the beautiful pool. It's a quiet place, no kids, no animation, so for people like us that just wanted a relaxed layed back vibe, was just perfect. Would love to return.
