We were very pleased with this hotel, which offers a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere, distinct from the typical ultra all-inclusive hotel.

A clean, airy scent greets you the moment you enter the hotel and rooms. Our deluxe room was quite spacious. The cleanliness upon arrival was excellent, but we weren't entirely satisfied with the cleaning we requested on our second day. While the mess was tidied up and towels were replaced, the bathroom wasn't adequately cleaned. We really missed the fact that the room didn't have a television opposite the bed; it could have at least had something that could be turned on.
The buffet and snack bar menus were quite adequate in variety and even exceeded our expectations. The food was generally very good. You won't miss out on much if you don't go a la carte.

The alcohol selection was also adequate; they offer different cocktails tailored to your preferences, and you don't feel like you're drinking a non-acidic cola while drinking beer, which was important to us.
The same issues with towels and sunbeds, which are common at every hotel, also existed at the pool at this hotel. There's no effort to collect towels from those who leave them, so you assume the empty seats are occupied, so we even had to go to the sea instead of the pool.

We found the evening events lacking; there could have been more impressive events, but the DJ style wasn't quite to our liking.

Despite all these criticisms, Balmy was an unforgettable holiday. We never wanted to go back. Overall, we really enjoyed it.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. To summarize my overall impression, the hotel is very amateurish. We paid a high price compared to well-known hotel chains during the high season. I think the hotel charges too much for the service it offers. This is the only hotel I've been unhappy with so far with its buffet. The breakfast, in particular, isn't fresh. The same cheese is served on the same plate, leftover from the day before, and when I ate the same cheese the next day, I could tell it had lost its freshness. There's a lack of professional and qualified staff. Generally, there are very few healthy eating options. But it's worth it. The lunches at Aquis Restaurant, which also serves as a lunchtime snack bar, are delicious and high-quality. The quality of the buffet has declined. The cucumbers were always leftover from the previous day. In terms of service, there are no waiters by the pool or throughout the hotel to take orders, and they don't even circulate. There's always a line at the bar, and there can be long delays when orders are taken by the waiters. Generally speaking, this is a hotel that boasts very high praise on social media, but upon entering, you'll encounter certain poor quality and unprofessionalism. The waiters' communication could be more professional, and the number of trained and qualified staff is very limited. We also noticed that couples who arrived after us had difficulty finding sun loungers by the pool. There are very few sun loungers, which leads to people rushing to get a spot from the morning. There aren't any in-house activities, and it's a small hotel anyway. I can't say the cleanliness is particularly impressive. The common area seats were a bit dirty, and there were nut straws and hair strands every time I sat down. As for the lounge cafe, they've created a particularly nice space for the staff, but the pastries, croissants, and sandwiches aren't fresh. They're dry and hard. Only the San Sebastian cheesecake is amazing. It might be the best I've ever eaten. The food is either excellent or terrible. We didn't like the sea at all. The beach isn't well-maintained. We always used the pool. When the hotel is fully booked, it's not big enough to handle the occupancy. One evening, it was so crowded that there were too many people to sit, making it an uncomfortable experience. In short, you can stay in much better hotels for these prices. It's not what social media portrays. The quality is average. Still, we had an enjoyable holiday.

If you read the reviews, you'll be confused; this is a hotel you'll leave happy with. The room was very clean and beautiful. Special thanks go to Sıdıka and Güzal from the staff. The cocktails were delicious. The food had everything a hotel should have, and the taste was quite good. There are bound to be flavors you don't like or don't suit your taste, but 9 times out of 10, you'll be satisfied. The pool was clean. We didn't particularly enjoy the sea. While we know the price range varies depending on the room, it must be said that it was a bit expensive. While every company has some staff who are unhappy or indifferent due to work or other issues, the majority of them were passionate about their work. Finally, I'd like to thank Müslüm for his attentiveness at the à la carte restaurant, Ertan, Melisa, and Ayten from the restaurant, and especially Ahmet, who made us happy with his morning omelets. (And the other friendly staff whose names we haven't learned).

The hotel was quiet, and the food and beverage quality was excellent. Mr. Şaban, especially in the restaurant, was very friendly and attentive. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were treated very warmly. Şaban Abi's attentiveness and friendly manner in the restaurant made us especially happy, and we extend our sincere thanks to him. We were also very pleased with the hotel overall; its cleanliness, service, and atmosphere were all very good. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

We had a short holiday here in the summer. Balmy beach cuisine is very good compared to our previous experience of different hotel kitchens. It didn't have classic hotel food. It's a quiet, clean, nice hotel. A place to eat and hang out in peace. Evening events and cocktails were enjoyable. The only problem was that the sea was pebbly. We were generally satisfied. Well done to the cooks.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel stood out from all the others.

The location is great - not that far from Antalya airport and yet quiet. The food is incredibly tasty and the buffet is very varied! Everything (!) tasted incredibly good. The cocktails at the beach bar were great too!!
The service was sooo warm! You were treated with such incredible kindness and hospitality. I also have to say an extra thank you to the great Saban, who made each of our meals even more special and really put a lot of effort into it for us.

The hotel itself is a dream and you feel like you are in paradise. The water is totally clear and transparent and relatively warm, so very pleasant for swimming.

We would come back here in a heartbeat!!! :)

We recently spent a week at Balmy Beach for our holiday, with the primary goal of relaxing within the hotel premises—and we achieved just that. The hotel, being adults-only, offered a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day, free from loud music, which made it perfect for unwinding. As early risers, we never had an issue finding sunbeds. The hotel features its own beach and pier, which were excellent for sunbathing and swimming. Due to its smaller size, the hotel never felt crowded, even during meals.

The hotel offered various workshops and activities to keep guests entertained. I particularly enjoyed the coffee workshops and paddleboarding. The nightly music shows were well-organized and of high quality.

The service was exceptional, with staff who were very helpful, though some had limited English skills.

Cleanliness was top-notch. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the restaurants were spacious, and the cleaning service was impeccable. The gym was also well-equipped.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 40-minute drive from Antalya, with a few stores nearby.

Overall, I highly recommend Balmy Beach for a relaxing holiday. The only downside I noticed was that the cocktails could have been better.

**Positives:
- The food overall is truly amazing.
- The staff is friendly and genuinely trying their best.
- There is a cafe that serves amazing coffee during mornings which was the highlight of my day.
- Room cleaning service is exceptional—quick, quiet, and efficient. The cleaning staff is so discreet it's like they’re ninjas; you can hardly tell when they come in and out.

**Negatives
- No activities during the daytime, though it wasn't a deal breaker for me.
- The hotel right next to Balmy tends to play the worst selection of music in the loudest way possible which sometimes breaks the ambience.
- There's not much to do during the nighttime either. Although there's a DJ every night, and some other activities depending on the day, the playlists are extremely disappointing and outdated(like it's 2005). I strongly believe they need to make some improvements in this area as most of the customers were around the 20-35 age bracket and it feels like entertainment is targeted at ages 55+.
- The cocktails were mediocre, so we ended up drinking mostly beer throughout our stay. But it might be also the result of cheap alcohol brands that they use, dunno really.

*Overall:
COME HERE IF: you're looking for a holiday where you wake up early and go to sleep at 10 PM, this place is perfect for you—it's nice, chill, and clean with AMAZING food.
DONT COME HERE IF: You have expectations for nighttime entertainment, want a pleasant ambience with good music, and hope to enjoy quality cocktails in the evening, this may not be the best choice.

P.S: This is a couples' hotel. Please do not expect to make new friends here, as 90% of the guests are on their honeymoon.

I stayed at the Balmy Beach Resort Kemer in September 2023 through a booking with TUI. While there were some positive aspects, my overall experience was disappointing. The hotel is new with modern design and impressive cleanliness standards. The staff was professional and courteous, the spa facilities were enjoyable, and the food was varied and of good quality.

However, several significant issues detracted from my stay:

• The pool water was uncomfortably cold.
• Smoking was prevalent among hotel guests, making it hard to avoid cigarette smoke.
• Constant loud music from a neighboring hotel disrupted sleep and relaxation.
• The nearby mosque's call to prayer at 5:30 AM was very loud and disturbed our rest.
• Noisy cleaning activities in the early morning hours made it difficult to sleep.
• Even with earplugs, I could not sleep more than 4-5 hours due to these disturbances.
• Loud music played incessantly during the day, making it impossible to relax.
• The hotel did not match the description on the TUI website, which promised a secluded and tranquil environment. Despite being a loyal TUI customer, this experience was far from the relaxing vacation I expected. After filing a complaint with TUI, I received a 10% refund. While this is not much, it is something, and I appreciate the gesture.

We recently enjoyed an 8-night stay at Balmy Beach Resort, and it was a delightful experience. Here's a summary of our stay:

**Hotel Grounds and Atmosphere**
- The resort is beautifully maintained with lush greenery and a calm environment.
- The hotel grounds were exceptionally clean, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
- The pool area was spacious and lovely, but there could have been more sun beds to accommodate all guests.

- The sport center is well equipped with new equipment, and they offer great courses such as fly yoga.
- Every evening, there was live music in a relaxed setting, creating a pleasant ambiance.

**Staff and Service**
- The staff at the resort were super friendly and always willing to help.
- Most of the staff spoke enough English to understand our needs.
- A special mention to our waiter, Seban, who went the extra mile to ensure our dining experience was exceptional.

**Dining Options**
- The main restaurant served excellent food with a wide variety of dishes. There was never a boring meal.
- The snack bar near the beach had decent food, but it wasn't as remarkable as the main restaurant.

**Surroundings**
- The village of Beldibi, where the resort is located, is not particularly scenic.
- However, there are beautiful natural sights nearby, such as Gyönok Canyon, which are worth exploring.

Overall, our stay at Balmy Beach Resort was relaxing and enjoyable. We would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a serene and well-maintained place to unwind. The friendly staff, great food, and variety of activities made it a memorable vacation.
