I recently stayed at the Lusso Hotel and I want to say that the experience was wonderful from start to finish. A huge thank you to the entire Sole Bar team: impeccable service, a fantastic atmosphere—a real 20/10!

I would also like to give a special thanks to Carelle, from the entertainment team. Always smiling, kind, and present, she greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable. She regularly checked on us and kept us motivated throughout our stay. Thanks to her, we never felt bothered by the language barrier.

For a new hotel, it's a truly well-designed, pleasant place to stay, and with a bright future. However, there are still a few small details that could be improved to make the experience even more seamless and comfortable.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Hello everyone, I am expressing my opinion about the hotel where I spent seven days. This hotel is far from my expectations of a five-star hotel. Keep in mind the following: Only the reception and the main restaurant are air-conditioned, all the corridors of the hotel do not have air conditioning in the rooms, the air conditioners do not work when you are not there. You come home and by the time you get to your room, the heat and stuffiness are (boiling) ... you enter the room and you no longer know what is happening to you, the air conditioner does not work. The staff, under any criticism, do not speak English with some exceptions. You sit down to eat, there is no one to pour you water, etc. The tables in the garden are not cleaned and set, I have no words. The food: you come in for lunch, dinner, nothing is ready, everything is just starting to be made, the same every day, no variety. Entertainment, extremely weak stage and show programs. Better change the hotel. I took pictures with my family here because I will not return.

new really good luxury hotel with top service, tasty food, beautiful beach. We had own Cabanas with own Fridge and even safe for mobile or room card. The Shows every evening were fantastic. Real professional for a Hotel. Coming back for sure. Best Room I believe was ours :) 2702 (small Penthouse suite with Jacuzzi and big terrace. Amazing view.

We came back from this hotel and I have mixed feelings about it. The common areas – the lobby and pools – are nice, but the rooms are definitely not up to 5-star standards.

We had a family room for three adults and one child, and it was far too small. The second “room,” where the child and one adult slept, didn’t even look like a proper room – more like a hallway where beds were made out of a sofa. It was really uncomfortable.

But that wasn’t even the worst part. Even though it’s the hotel’s first season, the room was already falling apart and felt very cheaply built, also not cleaned properly. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he suggested we pay extra for a different room. Later, we discovered that someone had come in while we were out and tried to fix some of the issues 😀. The bathroom was also too small, water leaked from the shower and etc.

Maybe that would be acceptable in a budget hotel, but this one claims to be in the luxury category. Overall, I don’t think this is a 5-star hotel – it’s overpriced for what it is, and I believe you can find much better quality in Turkey for the same price.

We booked this hotel before it was even built and we were very anxious before travelling as it could go either way. Here are our impressions, travelling as a family with a toddler for a week at the end of May:

Highlights:
- Hotel is new and beautiful, very clean and well-kept. Housekeeping is impeccable! With two splash pools, water slides, playgrounds and special kids amenities in the main restaurant, it’s perfect for families and our toddler loved it. The hotel beach is great and very clean with all the needed amenities.
- Food in the main buffet restaurant is lovely and varied - they have theme nights(Mexican, Asian,…) and the freshly made pasta was amazing. A big plus is that you can get food at any hour of the day(or night!)which is important when you have a non-eating toddler. Whoever thought of serving freshly made pita with different toppings and fruit (especially incredibly tasty watermelon!)on the beach, deserves a raise! The same goes for amazing waiters on in-line skates.
- General quality of beverages was a nice surprise as many all-inclusive places fall shot in this department. Everything from iced coffee on the beach, to Aperol and Coctails was surprisingly high quality.
- In general, staff is doing their best but it’s not “Western” 5* level. Everyone was lovely and efficient but a lot of them struggle with English as the hotel seems to be more geared towards Russian guests(intentionally or not…). When we were there at the end of May, most of the guests were indeed Russian but mostly families with pre-schoolers and the vibe was actually really nice.
- There are many “5* touches” such as live music during dinner, a lot of entertainment, spa and sports options, various stores inside the resort… our toddler also very much appreciated the lovely resort cats and it was great to see how nicely they were treated by the staff and other guests.
- I also tried the massage that was great but the prices are on the European level.

Things to consider:
- we’re big time house heads and loved the music that’s being played on the premises but if you’re not into that, it might bother you. The evening entertainment had other types of music as well but during the day and DJ’s in the beach club played mostly true house bangers. For all the house fans, especially with families - this is the place to go(at least it was now).
- the rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear almost everything from the hallways and the neighbouring rooms. Evening entertainment can also be heard until 11 p.m. It didn’t really bother us but it’s worth taking into consideration if you need peace&quiet.

All in all, it’s definitely a place that we’d love to return to!

Had a lovely time at Lusso.
we are leaving after 11 days. full of experiences! excellent food and service in the restaurants. perfect service at the bar in the evening, especially Miss Ilkay, we really praise the trainer in the gym, a real person in his place. after a few hours we feel better thanks to his advice, also the service on the beach Melisa and Emer were really friendly. thank you very much for a nice time
