We rested at the Lokeanika hotel for two weeks.
A 5* hotel is not attractive at all, either in terms of service or attitude.
Upon arrival, I had to sit in the lobby for several hours, as early check-in is not provided. Even if you arrive late at night, you will sit in the lobby until 2 p.m.
The kitchen has a variety of dishes, for every taste and mood, from diet dishes to nuggets, red fish, redfish, beef, lamb, turkey! also on Fridays there was a fish day, with a huge amount of sushi, red fish, etc. Many different desserts, baklava, fruits.
The room is cleaned every day, one cleaning lady cleans very well, and the other only cleans.
Although the room is small, it is quite cozy! air conditioner, refrigerator, everything worked perfectly.
Upon check-in, there was a set of mini-bottles of Pepsi and juice in the mini-bar, but this is a one-time use, the bar is not refilled.
Also, the clinic lady brings a bottle of water to the room every day.
Separately, I would like to note the rude behavior of the employee of the spa salon, when issuing towels. Too intrusive massage offers. And if you refuse, rudeness and disgruntled behavior begins.
The coolest employee of the hotel is the leading animator Ozil and his assistant colleague! They do their job well and every evening was filled with fun and satisfaction!!!
The beach is always clean and tidy, and in the bar on the beach you can support yourself with doner, kutabami and pizza. Drinks on the beach include beer, ayran, wine, water in sufficient quantity.
The entrance to the water is small pebbles, so it is desirable to have corals to be comfortable.
Conclusions: Everything was pretty good for a 4-, but for some reason there is no desire to return..

People, be more respectful of the work of the cooks, take as much food as you can eat!!! It is very hard work, standing in the heat and preparing treats for us!
Many people pile food onto a plate with a slide and then it all goes into the trash!

We are relaxing in this hotel. The food is delicious and varied. There is a lot of entertainment - volleyball, exercise, disco (lasts only an hour, they just put on music, without a host; for comparison, the hotel opposite has a disco with a host until midnight Lucida) evening show. The hotel staff is attentive and caring. The sea is clean, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. A huge plus - there is a non-smoking beach.

We had a cursed room which experienced a boatload of problems, especially in the first two days. Room number 1201 in the main building. We experienced: TV issues, dirty shower rail, multiple issues with the entry door and the lock, water outage and AC malfunction. We also needed someone to fix the safe box, because for some reason they don't offer to set it up for you when you move in. You just HAVE TO wait 30 minutes.

The staff on the reception, especially the multilingual brunette woman, have an attitude problem. I mean, we experienced a faulty door/lock, I was locked out of my room and there was no urgency. Instead, she said "I've done everything I could to help you". Seriously? In a 5 star hotel, you expect a HUGE problem like not being able to enter the room you paid for to be given certain priority. It took me 4 (four!) trips downstairs to get someone to fix this issue and each time I was greeted by a different receptionist who gave me different ETD, ranging from 2 minutes to 15 minutes. And it was NEVER that time. 2 minutes is 15 and 15 is an hour.

Anyway, after the room debacle, the stay was thankfully uneventful and pleasant. Although, the room lock issue was recurring. It's a 50-50 after every cleaning.

The food was alright, though it wasn't until the very last fish dinner that the restaurant really shone. A lot of recycled food which comes in a variety of dishes, like filled veggies and salads, which I do not recommend most of the time. Poor chicken cuts and a lot of cheese which just doesn't look fresh. Only once I felt like I was at a 5 star UAI restaurant: the fish dinner. The rest of the time, the only saving grace for this 5 star restaurant would be food variety - otherwise, not great. The restaurant staff are also annoyingly running all the time and racing internally to take your half filled plate away as soon as you are not paying attention. It is funny, as when you are entering the restaurant, you are reminded about not wasting food. But the biggest food wasters are the staff themselves, because they take your plate away as soon as you turn your head away, regardless of whether it is empty or has like a full meal on it, which you want to eat later. But when you need water, they are nowhere to be found.

The service, as you can already tell, is so-so across the board.

The beach is nice, if you have your coral shoes on. And again, the beach boy who works the beach starts resetting the lounge chair headrests at around 1 PM of ALL lounge chairs - including those which obviously are still expecting the loungers to come back. Why?!
The water can get a little dirty from time to time, but that's thanks to the passing ships. If you are into water sports, there is a place where you can buy pretty much any service right next door (jetski, parasailing etc.). The beach bar is okay, doesn't have a lot to offer, but provides basic drinks, some food and a shade to relax in. I want to give a shoutout to Roman who works the beach bar - that guy tirelessly provides fast service with a smile on his face and I loved his service.

Overall, the hotel has a family vibe to it and it is calm and quiet relative to some other, rowdier and more hip places. They stop the disco at 11 and there is no more noise (from THIS hotel). It is located in Camyuva, which is just another hole in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect much outside of hotel activities. There is a really good mountain view from the beach side, including the Tahtali (Olympos) mountain.

The pools are good. The hotel territory is a little scattered (more so if you get the "annex" room), and is closely intertwined with another hotel called Armas Labada. But it appears that this arrangement is quite common for this area.

Our vacation was good, and the hotel is not bad, although the staff need to be trained on how to do things properly pronto. The hotel always leaves you wishing for things to be different and a little better. 3/5. (minus 1 star for the room issues and -1 for the general vibe and service).

A great place with air conditioning, decent wi-fi and an all-inclusive beach bar with fabulous views. We loved the spa, which offers a range of individual physical therapy and sports massage options. All the massage and therapy staff are highly skilled and clearly know what they're doing. My holiday here really helped reduce the back and neck pain I developed while working from home in London. Also, there are beautiful flowers and friendly cats around, but that is true for all of Turkey!

Had a fantastic week at L'Oceanica, and it was everything we hoped for in a holiday escape. From the warm welcome at reception to the lively atmosphere throughout the stay, everything was on point.

The beach was clean, well-maintained, and just steps from the hotel. Plenty of loungers available, and the water was crystal clear — ideal for swimming and relaxing. The hotel also had great pools if you wanted a break from the sand.

The food was delicious with a wide variety every day — fresh seafood, local dishes, and great options for vegetarians. We never got bored with the buffet.

Staff were always smiling and helpful, especially at the reception — they made everything easy, from booking excursions to answering questions.

The entertainment team was amazing — always full of energy and fun activities for both kids and adults, from beach volleyball to evening shows. They really made the experience unforgettable.

Went there on a family trip (05.05-12.05.25)which turned out to be the best trip so far. The staff is on point and make you feel like they want you to be there. They are very welcoming and helpful with everything. Leaving was very hard. Kindest people you can ask for.
Buldings are clean, beatiful and peaceful, toilets are also big and clean. Beach is clean and has alot of seating.
There is always food. Morning, lunch and dinner are served in main bulding, but in the between times you can enjoy snack bar by the pool, or beach bar by the sea. Snack bar has great sandwiches but the beach bar has amazing kebab wraps and fresh lavash. Also recomend trying Airan, a salty drink. Bar has very good drinks and quite lot to choose from. Cold, fresh, bottled water in fridges always available.
Very child friendly. We didn’t have children with us, but you could see how much they took children into account. Night shows stop at 23:00, and that’s when the bar also closes, then you can go to clubs if you still want to party. Nightlife can go on in Kemer.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Hotel is quite elegant and clean inside, the pool area is spacious and comfortable (good amount of the deckchairs). I had been staying in the annex building and did not feel any difference (except the trips for the meals to the main building). Stuff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. Good room service, however sometimes we had to wait until late afternoon. Lack of small attractions like table games and darts. The worst during the stay were opening hours. For the first time in any hotel in the world I have seen closing (literally closing!) the bar gate at 10 PM. Restaurant - 9 PM sharply - after you were not allowed to enter. That felt more like prison than holidays. Hotel focused on Russian guests, stuff speaks Russian even after telling them you don’t understand. Plus for the animations. Foam party was real fun and the best thing I remember from this place.
