We were at the hotel in February. The hotel is located in a huge green area, beautifully kept alleys and bushes. The rooms were clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The service is absolutely fantastic, from gardeners, maids, waiters, bartenders and receptionists, to managerial service. Mr. Hosni is a golden man who was able to make the stay even more special. The pools are clean, the water is heated as planned, only in some of them. The beach is clean. A lot of food, a wide selection, dinners to eat but only with your eyes because you couldn't try everything. I sincerely recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back.

There is a lot of variety. Special recognition and thanks to the quick diving instructor. It is also important that conversations with the instructor are conducted in Polish. After diving, great impressions!!! We highly recommend the Akassia Swiss Resort Diving Center!The hotel has plenty of swimming pools and a very large Aqua Park, an adventure for everyone, both young and old. We visited the resort with 2 adults and 3 children - 1 year, 3 years and 10 years. The resort is big. We had a good room, although it was small, but we managed. We spent a little time in the room anyway. The room was otherwise nice. We lived by the pool, it is large, 1.5m deep, and there is a pool bar near it where you can drink alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks. We reached the sea in 5 minutes. There is a small lagoon cut out there, great for children, but it is really small and deep, up to the chest. A short distance away is a pier from which you descend to the open sea where there are beautiful corals and lots of fish. Great for diving. There must not be waves, otherwise there is a red flag and you cannot sink. There is a beach bar by the sea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and afternoon snacks - hot dogs, ham, ice cream. There is also an aqua park in the area. There are two small pools with slides for small children, the water is not even knee deep, we have been there often. For the older ones, there are a lot of big slides, our ten-year-old had a great time there. There is a bar in aqua, but it is for guests from the other hotel complex, so I won't give you a drink there. There is a bar next to the 50m pool, but they only serve alcohol there after 6pm. In the area there are shops and a spa salon where I make braids and cut men's hair too. Don't forget to bargain. The worst thing was the food. We ate it very quickly, lunches were expensive and dinners as usual, sometimes good and sometimes bad. I would expect far more from a complex of this size. That's why I only give 4 stars, minus one star for the food. Otherwise, I recommend the area for families with children, it is really perfect for the money. Everyone puts their hand out for dyzko, but it's Egypt's national sport. There are also small carts driving around the area that will bring you to where you need to be and that is also great fun.

On the plus side - the hotel is clean and well-kept, with lots of greenery. Lots of evening attractions, helpful animators, very polite and helpful staff. The room was cleaned every day, of course with a surprise of towels.The minuses - the food is very monotonous, the drinks are not very tasty, the beach is small, the reef near the hotel is quite ok, but it's hard to explore the whole thing because the lifeguards immediately whistle.Overall rating 6/10.

Big hotel consisting of small buildings with pretty awesome aquapark. Clean all around with nice green areas all around the hotel. Food was the only issue that was a little problematic for us, the diversity of it was very small...I found it also problematic, that till 10 am you are not able to get a decent coffee except for the one given on the breakfast.

This is our first time in Egypt. We always preferred to go to Turkish hotels. After few days of our holidays here I can tell you that this our first but not last time in Egypt. Everything so far is top quality. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, helpful, always smiling. The true gem of this hotel is Mr Wael Elsaie who took care about us above my expectations. The hotel facilities are very clean, and taken care of, the cleaning service of the room is superb. One big swimming pool is heated and the water is very warm, kids spent countless of hours in this pool and we can relax. The weather is perfect, clear blue sky and slight breeze. Beach is sandy with plenty of sunbeds. There is a hotel staff at the beach who helps you with finding a free spot with sunbeds which is really helpful if you come with 3 kids like we. The selection of food in restaurants is moderate compared to other resorts we have been so far, but everything is delicious - quality, not quantity. Alcoholic drinks are good and strong, beer is very good - pilsner like. Free WiFi is available in the whole hotel with decent speeds. All in all, we love it so far, we strongly recommend this hotel, and we will prefer Egypt over Turkey in our future trips.

its very good here! The Food is Delicious but without many changes. The Room is very beautiful but sometimes the light is not so good. The Pools are good, like normal. The beach is good but the part where you can swim is not so big. the staff is so kine and polite. And the Animation and the shows are great. The shows could be longer.

I recently stayed at Akassia Swiss Resort and was impressed by the good food and friendly staff, always ready to help. However, the entertainment (activities and shows) could be better. The coral reef was stunning for snorkeling or diving. Overall, the resort is great value for money. Definitely a place to visit!

Very enjoyable 2 weeks. The food is excellent, wine and local drinks are included everything is well maintained and clean. There is a huge water park for the children and adults. Highly recommended.
