Thank you to Akra Kemer family, we are staying with my wife and our little baby. We were very pleased that almost all of the guests were families. We could not enjoy the holiday very much because our baby got a little sick from the weather change, but we will choose it again next year.

Even though we are at the beginning of the holiday, I wanted to comment. The beach is perfect, the food is outstanding and the service is great, thank you very much for everything. The rooms are very clean and the products used are also of very high quality.

It is a wonderful hotel, the staff is attentive and friendly, when you sit in any corner of the hotel, a staff member comes and takes care of you, the food is diverse and delicious, the sea is superb, the pool is superb, the cleanliness is superb. Preferred with your eyes closed.

I wanted to make a comment before the last day of our holiday, because they have such a good staff that I should write down their names before I forget. Everything is very good. A wonderful hotel that is extremely focused on customer satisfaction. Since we arrived without a car, the security helped carry our luggage to the hotel entrance without us requesting, starting from the reception; Mr. Emir, who helped us very politely, sincerely and with a smiling face.The food is very delicious, so we would like to thank the restaurant chef and his team. We would also like to thank you, Mr. Muhammet, the extremely attentive and polite waiter who worked at the end of the restaurant at Palmiye restaurant on Tuesday evening.Finally, we would like to thank you, Mr. Kaan, for helping us at Safran A la carte restaurant. The entire staff, including the names we mentioned, were well-intentioned and friendly. It is one of the rare hotels that I can easily recommend and consider coming back to.Deniz & Kaan Aydin

Just spent two weeks at this hotel and can honestly say it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Food and service were fantastic and the staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas. Tried all of the A la Carte restaurants plus the buffet and was impressed with all the food choices and service. Will be going back for definite!

After travelling a few luxurious hotels around the world, this definitely was the best one so far! The accommodation was comfortable and clean as expected, the food was extremely delicious and the best thing about this hotel is the service for sure! There are a lot of activities for everybody, the beach is right in front of the hotel and there's always a new show at night, with great singers and overwhelming performances. A big thank you to the whole crew (organisation, entertainment, reception and especially to all the kind waiters). We'll look forward to see you again!

Plus - Great location , its own beach access and lovely pier. Decent food selection.Minus - we haven’t been able to sleep (at all!), extremely loud evenings like at music festivals at the nearby hotels. Even with closed windows - it’s so so loud in the room. When asking the staff to act and do something about it sadly they weren’t able to help/do anything with the noise so we ended up moving to another room in mid of our stay.If you plan to get a decent sleep during your vacation - this might be not a hotel for you.

My husband, my son (who is just over a year old), and I stayed at this hotel for our vacation. We really enjoyed the buffet, which offered a variety of delicious dishes every day. My husband especially loved the baklava. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and they spoke both Russian and English. We also visited the hotel's spa, where the staff was equally friendly and attentive. The massages were done quite well. The hotel had a children's room and nanny services, but it was inconvenient for us as the nannies could only work during their breaks from their main duties. The hotel also had a playground, which was difficult to access with a stroller. We had to go around the lawn. The playground was very dusty, and we were surprised to find some cat droppings there. As a result, we ended up going to playgrounds outside of the hotel's premises. There was only one women's restroom on the hotel grounds where we could change our baby's diaper. I also made a big mistake by deciding to visit the hotel's hair salon to trim my hair and get a new bang style. Unfortunately, the result was that half of my head ended up with one continuous bang. It really upset me, and I cried for a long time. I want to mention that we had an upgraded room with two rooms and a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi was not working despite us reporting it. Our room was supposed to have a sea view, but instead, we had a view of the roof and the stage for the evening shows. The housekeeping service was quite random, and they didn't change the bed linen throughout our stay. I would like to highlight the evening entertainment shows, which took place every night and could be observed from our window. The noise bothered us, and it took the hotel manager five days to address our complaint. They offered us a different room, but it didn't have a bathtub, and we didn't want to spend time packing and unpacking our belongings as our vacation was nearing its end.

I am staying in the hotel right now with my wife and 1 year old son and reviewing it accordingly.While the hotel boasts commendable dining options, excellent service from the waitstaff, and a range of amenities like an indoor and heated outdoor pool, spa, gym, bowling, cinema, and library, it falls significantly short in providing a peaceful and comfortable stay, especially considering the price point of its accommodations.The suite, despite being marketed for its luxurious features like a jacuzzi and sea view, disappointingly overlooks the party areas, leading to considerable noise pollution that lasts until midnight due to the lack of effective soundproofing. This issue is exacerbated in a hotel that promotes itself as a venue for late-night entertainment, making it unsuitable for families with young children or guests preferring an early night. Furthermore, the malfunctioning jacuzzi in our room, which remained unfixed despite reporting the issue, along with the hotel staff’s inability to offer a quieter room alternative due to full occupancy, has significantly impacted the overall experience.On a positive note, the hotel shines in its culinary offerings, with good food available in the buffet, café, and à la carte restaurants, alongside great service from the waitstaff. The variety of amenities, including the pools, spa, gym, and recreational facilities, adds value to the stay for those who can overlook the noise issues or plan to partake in the nightlife the hotel caters to.In conclusion, while the hotel offers several commendable features and services, it’s best suited for guests without young children or those who don’t mind the vibrant nightlife. For those seeking tranquility or traveling with family, it may be wise to consider other options.
