Ok so honest review here, the hotel itself is huge with loads to do for all ages so you will never get bored. The rooms are really spacious/ clean & filled up with water every day in the mini fridge. Our cleaner also made animals out of towels/ bedding everyday which put a huge smile on the kids faces. The food is average very same same which is slightly disappointing. The drinks were not good for an all inclusive hotel. They were poured into really small cups so we found ourselves in a queue more often than not to then have to pour the drinks ourselves half the time (non alcoholic). The entertainment was what seemed fishing for likes & reviews. The kids shows were ok, the adults shows were in my opinion below average. I have to give a HUGE shout to the x2 life guards that made the holiday for our family, they were brilliant with the kids & ourselves putting a smile on the kids faces every time they saw them they also came to find them every day to say hi. 😁

It's really nice choice, my family have enjoyed this experience, it is one of the best water park in the area and has a lot of things to do.

I had a few issues during my stay, most were remedied by management but some persisted.The food and drinks were quite poor, very little selection in terms of food and unfortunately a large portion of Russian guests think they are exempt from queueing. To be specific, during the first half of our stay cocktails were terrible, after talking to management a few adjustments were made. Mojitos specifically were improved. Islam Mohammed from the lobby bar was great, listened to our requests and adjusted cocktails to meet them. He provided great service. Food from Cave Du Roi wasn't the best however two staff members made us feel very welcomed. Mustafa Mohammed and Mahmood Ali were amazing, drinks were quick and Mahmood brought us various snacks etc without asking. Drink glasses were WAY too small, i shouldn't have to get multiple servings of juice/fizzy drinks to settle my thirst. Drinks machines were also out of service, i've NEVER stayed at a hotel that relied on bottled drinks being poured. Both always had a smile on their faces. The pools were well kept with plenty of sunlounger space. The rooms were tidy, cleaners were neat and friendly. Personally, I've stayed at much better hotels in the same price range. The main complaints relating to food and drink should be quite easy to remedy however.

An amazing experience at the hotel! Its so sp clean, and great slides and pools!The welcome from everyone is so good and nice, the food is delicious and good variety.Our room was so perfect, Entertainment was amazing! The animation team are the best ever!!

For the first time we chose a 4* hotel based on a recommendation; we usually stayed in 5* hotels on the first coastline. We are very pleased with our holiday. The area is excellent, especially for families with children, there are many playgrounds and entertainment. The staff is friendly, I would especially like to mention Ahmed Eladliyfrom from restaurant and express special gratitude to him for his excellent service. Room cleaning is also very high quality, daily. We will definitely come back here again.

Excellent resort with very friendly and professional staff. Our room(3107) cleaner Omar was very good at cleaning our room with always smile on his face.Whole resort including room, open areas, restaurants and bars were spotless. Plenty of food options to choose from, lots of slides, swimming pool for kids and adults. You can even use sister hotel next door. Make sure you wear appropriate footwear as lots of walking involved. Overall excellent place to stay with family.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Really hard to complain. It is immaculately kept and they work endlessly keeping it beautiful for the guest. My little snag would be having to go to the reception daily as my room card key would stop working everyday. I was told to keep it away from my phone, direct sun light and water.I purposely didn’t have my phone all holiday and kept it in a bag or pocket. And still after an evening out I’d find myself back at reception yet again.Also the stage area was not nice to watch the evening entertainment. As a non smoker I found that anywhere I wanted to sit I was surrounded by a fog of smoke. My child has Asthma and the whole holiday has been coughing. I think area is big enough to be sectioned for smokers of non smokers.My children had the best time they formed great relationships with the animation team.In particular, Sofia, Taz and Didi.Most of the guest at the hotel are Russian, so my children couldn’t really form friendships, but as they were English-speaking reps, they really made my children feel comfortable in the settings. The only thing I would say is I think the reps should be allowed to go in the water as sometimes my children were a bit apprehensive and the reps made them feel so at ease. It would’ve been nice for them to be able to sometimes go in the water with the children, especially during Activities.Overall the hotel and the staff were amazing.
