The food in Apollo restaurant is terrific 💯💯

Dobry hotel szczególnie dla sportowców.

Plusy:
- świetny basen olimpijski 50m, dużo zajęć sportowych prowadzonych przez profesjonalistów (nauka pływania, treningi biegowe, kolarskie, zajęcia fitness)
- codziennie sprzątane pokoje i wymieniane ręczniki
- cały obiekt jest zadbany
- można korzystać z 3 hoteli pickalbatros obok siebie
- darmowy wyjazd na show Neverland
- świetne animacje i weseli animatorzy
- bezpiecznie
- duże pokoje z dużymi łazienkami, lodówką, balkonem/tarasem
- spokojny basen na dachu, tylko 18+

Minusy:
- brzydki zapach kanalizacji obok budynków mieszkalnych
- brak listy dostępnych drinków na all inclusive, te które robili raz były dobre, a raz nie
- obsługa średnio mówi po angielsku, ciężko coś załatwić
- przy zameldowaniu nie dostałyśmy mapy obiektu z podstawowymi informacjami, musiałyśmy się wszystkiego co chwilę dowiadywać
- jedzenie raz lepsze raz gorsze, parę osób podczas wyjazdu dostało problemów żołądkowych, na szczęście na krótko
- brak plaży przy hotelu, dostępna jest jedna dla hotelu ale jest dość daleko i mocno oblegana
- brak możliwości korzystania z hoteli pickalbratros przy plaży
- codzienny problem z brakiem dostępnych leżaków
- dodatkowa opłata za rezerwację torów na basenie olimpijskim

Bel hôtel, la nourriture est variée, les installations sportives sont très bien.

Es ist schon 1 Jahr her seitdem ich dieses Hotel besucht habe, aber ich muss einfach mal davon erzählen, da ich es so sehr in positiver Erinnerung in meinem Kopf behalten habe. Das Hotel war wirklich super, das Personal war total Gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit! :) Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr bequem, mit einem riesen großen Fenster was für eine schöne Atmosphäre sorgte! Leider war das Wlan dort nicht so gut, aber das macht ja nichts da man bei so vielen schönen Aktivitäten auch mal das Handy bei seite legen kann! ;) Das Eis am Getränkestand war so unglaublich lecker! Ich fand lustig um 10 Uhr dass an jedem Morgen so ein kleines Lied zum Aufstehen und wach werden abgespielt wird. Aber mein Highlight war in dem Hotel das Essen im "Buffet" wo viele Verschiedene Köche hinter einer Theke standen und wirklich super leckeres Essen zubereiteten! Ich habe mich immer wieder darauf gefreut, ob Morgens, Mittags oder Abends, ich aß total gerne die Spagetti mit Tomatensoße von Kazim, dass habe ich wirklich an jedem Abend gegessen da ich einfach nicht darauf verzichten konnte da es so gut schmeckte! Aber auch allgemein die Auswahl war super groß und ich bin mir sehr sicher dass für jede Person etwas dabei ist! Es gab auch in einer Theke viele Schalen mit einem kleinen leckeren Dessert! :) Es gab auch richtig tolle Angebote für Aktivitäten! :) Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich total gerne weiterempfehlen! Für jede Person die Hurghada besucht und nach einem All inklusive Hotel sucht ist hier genau richtig! Lasst es euch gut gehen! Danke für die schöne Zeit! :)

The hotel offers very good standards. The food is very good and everyone will find something for themselves. Hotel staff with a sense of humor and very helpful. The rooms are clean, well-kept and cleaned on a regular basis. After each cleaning, there is plenty of bottled water in the fridge, plus tea and sugar. The hotel consists of three hotels: Aqua Vista, Aqua Bule and Aqua Park, which you can easily use. Food drinks everything is available. There are not so many pushy salespeople. There are salespeople, but there are very few of them in hotels and they know what culture is like - people want to relax, they don't oppress people endlessly. I really liked it in that respect. Several swimming pools are heated, so you don't have to worry about the water being cold. The temperature during our trip was 30'C during the day and 21'C at night. I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. We are very pleased with our 10-day trip and I would honestly like to return again to the hotel standard offered by these three hotels.

Very spacious resort, seven different restaurants, two of which require reservations.

Food very good, note several restaurants with European, Oriental, Mediterranean range of food.

Many swimming pools, although it is not allowed, people do put down a towel.

Critical point, at the pool where artificial waves are made, I had a hard fall twice due to the slippery entrance to that pool.

I had about four other people who had this happen to me, I had a conversation with the manager, but he told me that I should have paid more attention.

That didn't go down well so I was offered a free steam bath session in the Spa.

BTW, don't do business with the people who walk around there trying to sell you a massage or whatever for the spa.

There is a spa in the senso mall that has certified employees and only charges 25 euros for an hour of sports massage.

The fare with Uber to this shopping mall is only 1 euro.

The hotel also has a taxi service, which is also very good, but quite expensive.

Please note that the jacuzzis no longer work at the main building.

The hotel is not directly by the sea, and those interested in swimming are taken to the sea by about 5 buses.

Great large hotel complex with different pools and facilities across the 3 hotels. Room was a great size. We did have issues with mosquitos in the room from arrival and despite daily battles trying to banish them it was a never-ending challenge. Pool areas are great. Pool attendants taking drink orders are great. Reception staff were great. Food in general was good, a few great meals and a few average meals, but overall no complaint. Drinks were on the whole disappointing, beer and soft drinks good, but spirits and cocktails were below average due to the poor quality local spirits. The on-site entertainers at night were ok but repetitive, the fire show however was fantastic despite having to suffer 30mins of kids mini-disco and 30mins of German live music beforehand. Wifi was ok - had to reset and log-on again various times a day to get it working.

We have already visited the Albatross Aqua Vista hotel 2 times, as always we are happy!!!
Everything is excellent, large area, 3 hotels in one, many green areas, beautiful decoration of the hotel itself. There are minor complaints about minor breakdowns in the rooms.

I was in this hotel for the fourth time and probably the last time. I was counting on a room with a nice view, I wrote an e-mail about it 3 weeks before my arrival, and what I got was a tragedy, a disaster, a room with a view of the fence. The last photo, the first one, is from a year ago. They don't respect regular guests and that's why I will choose another hotel next time. There are hundreds of them in Egypt, with a better standard

The stay was very good, various food, program was good but during the day everyday was the same.
The Night program was very beautiful, people are really talented.
Drinks, waiters were very nice, don’t wait for tips to do their work, but we like to give them something because it hypes them to do it with good mood.
In overal I would come back to rest here.

Had an amazing stay! Perfect weather, room, food, and great animation team. For everyone there is a wide variety of food, many pools, a great aqua park. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we even got to enjoy all the facilities after checking out. Would recommend!!

We had a great holiday at aqua vista. We loved that you could use the facilities at all 3 hotels and they were all connected so it just felt like one massive resort. All the staff were really friendly. We found the rooms and pools really clean and well kept. The entertainment team were fantastic but we did find the evening timetable a bit confusing. The food was great with lots of choices.

Very nice stay, the staff is very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Lots of activities to do as well. The food is very nice as well, many different meals throughout the day. The pools are also very nice and you have lots of variety.

The rooms and everywhere is very clean
Activities for everyone. My little one is 9 , he spent all the time at aqua park. My oldest son is 13 and daughter 15, they play aqua volleyball, darts and also enjoys the slides . Me and my husband's every day we’re involved in different competitions . It was very fun for everyone. The staff is respectful and careful.
