We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks, the rooms are very clean and modernly furnished, the food and service were great (I'm pretty particular when it comes to food and I'm pretty enthusiastic about the selection, there's pretty much everything you can imagine and could wish). The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is great. A small deduction for the location because in the evening there are many sellers in front of the hotel and want to sell pretty much everything (all kinds of drugs, etc.). My partner's cell phone was also stolen, so you should be careful and not spend too long in front of the hotel with sellers, but the hotel itself can't do anything about that. They also asked several times if they could help us, etc. We will 100% book the hotel again next year.

Me and my friend stayed at Troya hotel in July 2023 and came back in 2024 as we had such a good experience.Checking in was simple and easy. On check in at our 2024 stay there was a delay with our room but we really didn’t mind as there was plenty of seating in the lobby and outside which we used to relax after our flight. We didn’t put any complaints to the staff about the delay but they still left a bottle of wine in our room for the inconvenience which was so nice.The room we stayed in was perfect. A special thanks to house keeping, who cleaned our rooms every day even when we had left it quite messy. They even managed to tidy our things a little but kept them in the place that we had left them so we could find them when we came back.The buffet had so many options. I really enjoyed the variety of options and the restaurant staff and chefs were very nice and helpful.The location, pool and outdoor space was just what we wanted however our favourite thing about the stay was the bar staff and entertainment.I want to highlight the people who made our stay extra special: Franco, Adey, David, Yelian, Noemi (from the bar) and Osvalbo (entertainment). They were exceptional! They were so friendly, remembering our names and making us feel very special and valued.Coming from hospitality myself, I know how difficult and stressful it is, but the staff made it look easy! They worked so hard to make our stay amazing and we will definitely be coming back next year!From Elisha & Mia :)

We recently spent 10 days at the Alexandre Hotel Troya in Tenerife. Our double room with a jacuzzi had stunning sea views and was comfortable and well equipped. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The spa area was pleasant, but the Roman bath didn't work. The evening meal left a lot to be desired and the pool bar was a bit complicated. The staff seemed stressed at times.One unpleasant incident was the appearance of cockroaches in the room. We were then able to change rooms without any problems. The proximity to clubs led to some noise, but it was nowhere near as bad as other reviews have said.

Hotel was really clean and well presented. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was big enough and plenty of sunbeds. Great location, just down from Costa Adeje and Veronica’s Strip. It is quite noisy on a night time due to being close to Veronica’s but it isn’t too bad. Wide selection of food on the buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tenerife.

I have stayed in this hotel for two years running and I cannot fault the location, staff and service I have received. The location is perfect if you want a hotel near the beach and only a 15 minute walk from Siam Park / Mall. The staff have always been so friendly and the entertainment in the evening is so good. The food choices are endless and the rooms are clean and all come with your own balcony. I will definitely stay here again. Perfect for couples and families

We really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Troya. The rooms are really modern and cleaned well. The hotel facilities are also great, with a clean pool area, free air conditioning and spa. The location is in a good spot, just far enough off the busy strip, right across from the beach and a 8 minute taxi from Siam Park!My only negatives would be our hotel room was right about the hotel entertainment, so there was little chance of getting an early night. The pool bar was very short staffed so took a while to be served during the day. Lastly the food wasn’t the best. It was great for lunch but not breakfast or evening meal.Overall i would definitely stay here again and we’re looking forward to our next trip to Tenerife.
