Check in was very late due to a delay with our transfer, the reception staff were very accommodating, although we were not given wrist bands and weren't really provided with a great deal of information. We'd booked as 2 couples on 1 booking and emailed and asked for rooms close together, on arrival we had been allocated rooms on totally opposite sides of the hotel. They did manage to change so we were closer after we asked. There was a small buffet selection available from the alacarte restaurant in reception, however after being sent there from reception the guy inside was very confused as we weren't on the list and then left us stood waiting to enter for around 10 minutes with very little explanation of the issue.Rooms - the rooms are lovely, very spacious and the en suite has a bath which was nice. Cleaned to a high standard each day & towels (including pool towels) replaced daily if left out. Mahmood was our regular room cleaner and his service was exceptional. Very friendly and kind and flexible with our requirements. General condition and decoration was very good.Animation/ entertainment - the animation team were lovely but there was 1 wake up / morning song, a stretching class & aqua aerobics a couple of songs/dances in the afternoon and that was pretty much it. Evening entertaining was fairly non existing and what was on wasn't great. Unless you want to pay to go out clubbing in Hurghada you were left to your own devices at night with very little to do.Beach - beautiful beach and lovely jetty / pier you can get in around half way down and there were some fish you could swim around with, nothing too spectacular but something.Hotel Bazar is OK although shops over priced and shop keepers and quite pushy even for Egypt! Pharmacy wanted to charge £15 for a small mix of cream for a Mosquito bite. The pharmacy at senzo mall charged $2 for the same thing.Spa / Beauty Centre - Exceptional! Not too pushy, happy to haggle a little and very very good service offered at very reasonable prices. All welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for you!Trips - Ali & Osama were lovely. Really helpful and very lovely guys. The trips were overpriced however and they weren't allowed to drop the prices to anything that became reasonable. Orange Bay was £15pp more expensive than Get your Guide for the same trip. For a group of 4 people that's £60 above the going rate so we unfortunately didn't end up using them which is a shame as they were really lovely guys.Pools - a seperate child's pool but for very small children. Therefore bigger kids were using the main pool where the pool bar was, there was a rope to section off the shallower end but it was quite busy mainly with children in the deeper end as well. The cleanliness of the pool was very good and the lifeguards were all fantastic and did a great job trying to keep unattended children under control!! A man who appeared to be the boss of the lifeguards came over and appeared to be shouting at them on one day though, I found that unprofessional and all the lifeguards looked upset and sad afterwards. Considering they're about the only people who do a very good job consistently I didn't think this was appropriate and it wasn't nice to see them looking down. They were a million times more productive and interactive before he came over.Waterpark - the actual hotel complex has 3 small slides more suited to children that adults although adults are allowed they're very tame. The hotel waterpark is across the road and is really good! Some decent quick slides and some more chilled ones. Toilets, shower a bar and sunbeds all over there. Defo worth a visit over. Shout out to 2 of the staff who were very welcoming and friendly and to all of the lifeguards.

Thank you very much for a great holiday. The hotel staff was kind and friendly. Animation program fun. Nice and clean everywhere. There was plenty of food and it was good. I would very much like to come back to you again ♥️ My little girls were with me for the first time by the sea and they felt like they were in paradise.Thank you once againLucie, Nicole and Diana Chyl ☺️

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the furniture is elegant, the service is excellent and the level of cleanliness is outstanding. The drawback is that the sea is very shallow no matter how much you walk. The swimming pool is small in relation to the size of the hotel and the number of guests, and the food is not delicious despite the large number of varieties and the sweet buffet is almost constant daily.

The location is perfect if you plan to take advantage of the kite spots located just next to the hotel, otherwise the place is surrounded of construction sites that create unpleasant atmosphere.The rooms are quite specious but obviously old and not maintained very well. However they are clean and quiet. The housekeeping has to be explicitly requested and tipped in order to get the attention of the staff.The food is food is one and the same everyday. However there is variety of choices, especially vegetarian.Alcohol is domestic and with mediocre quality.

Super hotelApril 2024From the beginning, the hotel liked. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Lunches tasted me too much. The pools were nice and the sea wonderful. The best were the animators who invented different entertainment every day. The best of them was the leg.

Waste of money and time.Pool isn't heated even in colder daysMediocre quality of food and usually it's changed mid beufet as they provide low quantities so don't expect to eat what you like -if there is- you just eat what you getMost of the staff members aren't friendly, and when we had a complaint, they asked us to write it in our feedback on checkout!!Boring beach with no activitiesAn overall bad experience, not recommended at all

A hotel with excellent service, as the room was very comfortable for me and my family. I spent my vacation there in the summer of the previous year and I really had an enjoyable time. The food is varied, the service is 24 hours a day, and room service is always available on a daily basis. As for the beach, it was sandy and the snacks were always fresh. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel management for their warm reception of customers

I would first like to talk about the staff’s reception of me and my family. It was a reception full of attention and we saw good treatment from the staff. I would also like to say that the hotel is very clean, the food is in varied quantities, the rooms are very comfortable, and the sea beach is beautiful.
