On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll give it a 2 and only because it was quiet and that's what I expected. Everything else did not match the description of the hotel.The entire building needs renovation and staff replacement. Restaurant, torn, dirty chairs and swinging tables.Children's swimming pool, one mushroom in the drain, in larger ones it is better.

Rested in early October 2024. I have never seen a worse hotel - queues all around: in the restaurant, in the bar, very dirty - all around. I was 10 minutes late for dinner. you won't find anything, no free space, no spoons, no forks. The staff is not qualified, it seems that some profane people from the street are working. When you sit down at the table, someone's terrible glass can stand on it for an hour and no one will clean it. When they finally take it away, no one wipes the table even after a remark. They clean the rooms more or less normally. The hotel is simply HORRIBLE, I do not recommend it to anyone

Not recommended, the food is always the same and not even well prepared, no salt, no pepper and no other spices really in the food. You don't really get an explanation of where and what is. At the bar in the evenings, the same cocktails are always made in a different way. The water in the pool is like the Arctic, ice cold and that's why there's no one in there, everyone is by the sea, which itself is warmer. The only thing that was OK was the Bonsai a la carta, which you had to reserve the day before, otherwise it sucks.

Hello, we went to the hotel at 14.30, but we were told that our rooms were not ready and that they would be ready during the meal period. We had dinner and came without rushing. We were told that we would have to wait another hour or two and the rooms were not cleaned yet. We started to feel sad right at the entrance as the lobby was completely full with people waiting. I'll edit my comment when I leave.

We have spent our vacation in this hotel, very nice environment, friendly workers, interesting local dishes, a lot of kinds of cheese, tasty vegetables and fruits, all-inclusive bars, clean bathrooms, mini-bar inside the room is free.Bar on the beach is fantastic, tasty juices, full access to cold mineral water, a lot of deckchairs, every Friday the workers organize a really great dinner in a national style with a lot of tasty dishes, with a lot of music, flags, balloons, smiles, that gives you positive mood and emotions. The animators are very friendly, active and funny, during a day guests can participate in aqua-aerobic classes, play water polo. This place is a best decision for a 100% relax.Everything about the hotel itself (room, food, service, cleanless, hospitality, swimming pool, sea, beach) is super, but the "objects" around on the territory of hotel is another story:1. Spa on the territory of hotel does not deserve a positive opinion, because after the massage session the workers are creating stories about different illnesses and deadliest diseases, you get such "diagnosis" at the moment and the only way to be rapidly cured is to accept another massage for 80 EUR.2. Be attentive also with additional entertainments on the territory of hotel, for example picture with camels, you are not even asked and informed about the price, they just make you any random pictures with the animal and then in a rude way ask to pay them around 20 EUR.3. NOW IMPORTANT: Dear administrative of hotel, you have a really very good conditions for vacations, families, elder people, young couples, I have just one appeal to you - Please cure the sick ginger kitten on your territory who has problems with his left eye and global health, he is very weak. This kitten lives close to the bathrooms from the side of the swimming pool. This poor animal needs to be cured by any specialist. Please help to this ginger tender kitten to survive.

Terrible experience.1- The air conditioning in the premises of the hotel, restaurant, bar, etc. is turned on with a reduced schedule only 3 times a day (while outside it is 45 ° and imagine how to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and consume any drink... totally sweaty)2-The sea is 20 minutes away at a distance of 1.5 km and if you have children, (think that you have to carry the child, the stroller and the strollers on an overpass)3-Wi-Fi only works if you are in the lobby of the hotel or if you are ready to spend every day on the overpass bridge 40 minutes round trip on the way to the sea because it works great there.It does not work in the hotel room, nor in the pool, nor in the restaurant, nor in the bar.4-The activities that take place is the most beautiful part.They take place outside in the pool, park, etc. at 14:00-16:30 (the temperature is 45 ° and people can be eating lunch or resting in the hotel rooms) and the participants in these activities are 10-15 people where 5 they are the hotel staff.There is no music and any other activity that can take place during the hours when people are free (morning, afternoon and evening).5-The staff and even the reception do not know a single word of English.At first it seemed funny, but the communication with them was done by taking out their phone and writing it in google translate and in the same way they answered.6- If you lose any accessory in the restaurant or in the pool frame (as happened to us) where the hotel camera is above our frame, the answer I received is that the quality of the camera is not good and we have a way to identify who has it received, if it is a customer or staff (this event happened on August 10, 2023)

We had such a great holiday in your hotel. The animation team was really great, the rooms and hotel clean, wifi good, people nice and food good. One thing to change is variety of food because everyday was almost the same. There was turkish night and bazar, live music, foam party, dancers… Super hotel 👍

stay in July, 2022: An excellent ecosystem, which offers everything needed. As a vegetarian, at Amelia I am satisfied with the fresh salads and the abundance of fruits and vegetables. In general, the food could be better. Lots of pools, great beach connection, warm deep, slightly rough sea. Friendly receptionists and staff, helpful and always available for all guest needs. Clean toilets and amenities everywhere, especially around the pools and beach. .. a composition of guests of all ages... In general, what we come on vacation to Turkey for, - quality warm sea and relaxed days, given as an offer is excellent. I would vacation again in Amelia and I recommend it. Some of the other reviews contain elements of truth, and there is space for improvement, but the overall impression is excellent.
