We have now been there 24 hours, and will (unfortunately) stay for a week.. upon arrival we were already given a room that was occupied.. rooms (and the entire hotel) are tired and poorly maintained..Tiles along the pool are sometimes not yet upright, many are broken. On the first day we saw quite a few falls... even a doctor had to come... on top of that they were renovating and one pool was closed. This was not reported in advance. Furthermore, the sliding doors are not properly installed on the balcony, so you can hear everything clearly until 00/01h. Music is on loudly from 10am to 5pm. There are also entire Moroccan families who are noisy and play music boxes until 1 a.m., and the hotel does nothing about it..Food, well lunch and dinner are the same. For westerners it is substandard. The buffet restaurant is just too small. Way too busy and loud.Bars, understaffed and you are confronted with a grumpy employee all day long, as if he doesn't want to be there.Furthermore, the local alcohol is rubbish and gives you a headache.Much is not included, for example a glass of fresh orange juice costs 2-5 euros. After 00:00 the drinks are no longer free... and you are also not free to take your own spreads such as cheese and meats for breakfast. And there are always long queues for freshly prepared items...Animation, they don't do more activities than they do. We reported this, and the next day it was okay. However, they then fell back into the old pattern. Dance activities in particular continue, but sports and games rarely... they also rarely stick to the times stated on the program..The beach is a rocky outcrop that you can walk on with water shoes. This is not possible without shoes. The beach is at least 200m shallow, so if you want to take a swim you have to walk a long way first.Remove your belongings before sunset, including your towels. Otherwise, the staff will take your belongings and you will have to pay $10 per towel... and missing items are your own risk, according to the hotel.Positive things: air conditioning works properly, cleaning of the rooms was excellent.

Everything is super, the ancient Egyptians know no bounds in service. The location is 50 km from the city. Uber works. But it was not pleasant to perform the Friday prayer in such a beautiful facility, under the heat, on sandy carpets (even though there was such a large congregation). Would we go again? Yes

I don't understand the positive reviews about the beach. That was the worst beach I've ever seenThe water is very shallow with stones making it difficult to walk even with swimming shoes. Before you can possibly swim you have to walk over 100 metersStaff isn't the best eitherWe had family roomsOne room wentThe second had old rusty metal guest bedsThere were large yellow spots on the seating areaAfter two days we changed hotelsThe hotel is not for children at allI've never had to change hotels beforeThe location of the hotel is also a disasterThere is nothing left or rightTo go on an excursion you have to drive an hour to Hurgada and from there the excursion takes placeI wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

This place is an amazing . Sea , pool , drinks everything. The best animaton team. We will come back. The room is vedy clean , cleaning every day. The food it was very delicious.

We was here for aweek .staff is so friendly and helpful.good hotel with amazing view,clean rooms and pool always clean ,service is also very good and there is nice coctails,good Atmosphere with Entertainment time .nice Show and good party at beach and good music ,we will come back .

We had a lovely time at this resort. Indian restaurant chef Akhilesh was amazing and really looked after us during our stay. His food is very delicious.Beach restaurant pizza chef Muhammed Bdaa was so friendly and also looked after us very well- the pizza was very nice and he is a very kind person.We will return because of the lovely staff. Many thanks!
