We stayed from August 10th to 15th. The service was excellent. We loved it. We went as a honeymoon couple. First of all, we'd like to point out that there were a lot of children. There were more foreigners than Turks, but it wasn't a problem. The hotel was generally nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms. Dilek took great care of us. We thank her. The food was good, but we didn't like the desserts at all. The evening events were very nice, but they should include more fun activities (foam party, in-hotel disco for young people, etc.). For those arriving without a car, Antalya city center is a 2-hour drive away. For those who enjoy exploring, there aren't many places to visit nearby, except for the ancient city and Manavgat Waterfall. Thank you again.

You will definitely enjoy your stay here! The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming — special thanks to Dilek, DJ Halil, and Fatma for making our time here unforgettable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you feel cared for from the very first moment. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the vibe is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 10 days on a fully inclusive family holiday and have had a great time. The weather was very hot but made much easier to handle because of the fantastic family pools, water slides, drinks and ice creams. The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff were amazing and worked constantly to provide for us and all the guests. There’s enough shops locally and the beach isn’t more than a 10-15 minute walk. Although I would recommend taking the free hotel mini bus to the beach. Plus it’s worth spending the 20 euros on a taxi and venturing to the local town centre in Side for the main historical sites, restaurants, bars and catching the sunset in its beautiful harbour.
Honestly this hotel is well worth the visit and would highly recommend visiting.

We stayed at Arcanus Trendline Side Hotel, and unfortunately, the animation department, especially the animation manager, turned our vacation into a major disappointment.

First of all, the animation manager is extremely disrespectful, not only toward guests but also toward other hotel staff. We personally witnessed him yelling and arguing loudly with the life guard, who was just trying to do his job. This happened right in front of guests, without any shame or professionalism. It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch and totally unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer hospitality.

The daytime activities were a joke. Either they started late, were canceled without notice, or done with zero energy or interest. The animators themselves mostly sat around looking at their phones, completely disconnected from the guests. There was no enthusiasm, no engagement — just a group of people going through the motions without caring.

But the biggest disappointment was the MiniDisco. We expected a fun, energetic time for the kids, but what we got was the exact opposite. Loud music was played through the speakers while the children were left to dance by themselves. There was no animator guiding them, no interaction, and absolutely no attention to the children. Our kids felt ignored and unwanted. The next day, they didn't even want to go back — and honestly, I couldn't blame them.

This hotel clearly has a major problem with its animation department. The lack of leadership, the disrespectful attitude toward staff, the public arguments, and the complete neglect of children’s entertainment make it very hard to enjoy your stay. It’s truly sad because the rest of the hotel staff, such as housekeeping, restaurant, and bar workers, actually seemed dedicated and tried to do their best.

If you’re planning a family vacation and expect some decent animation or kids’ entertainment, this is not the place. I do not recommend it — especially because of the toxic atmosphere created by the animation team and their manager.

I really loved this hotel, the food was great and there is a big selection that caters for everyone, my husband is fussy and still he found something every day. Very tasty
The staff are all wonderful and friendly, and extremely helpful. Please note that the monthly salary is extremely low in Turkey so tips are happily received but the staff do not expect or push you to give anything, I just feel it's polite to do this and always have in every country I visit.
The hotel is absolutely immaculate, staff work extremely hard all day every day to keep it this way and it doesn't go un noticed.
Entertainment is good and a variety throughout the week, poolside activities are great and they have inflatables in the main pool a few times a week
I would highly recommend the hotel to families with younger children, my ONLY fault and this isn't at all a fault with the hotel is that we travelled with our 17 year old. I don't think this hotel is suitable for families with late teens, simply because the pool areas are very busy with small children, having said that some teens would be absolutely fine, just ours personally wasn't. We did however find the adult only pool that is 16 plus and that solved that problem
Over all a fantastic holiday had by all

The hotel is immaculate, very clean. The staff are all very helpful. There is plenty of food to choose even the fussiest if eaters. There are no sunbed wars - Plenty of beds for everyone. The beach is a short bus ride away. Again loads of sunbeds, very clean, the water is so clear. A good choice of food & drinks at the bar too.
The animation team are very helpful, they include you in a selection of games. The beach volleyball & boules are recommended with Burcu.

We have had such an amazing time on holiday here at Arcanus. The selection of food was amazing and everything was clean and delicious. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always there to help. The animation team were amazing and there was always so many activities for us to do. We loved the Arcanus beach too with an easy shuttle trip down; the beach was very clean. They some great evening entertainment with different shows every night. Everyone here made our trip to Side very enjoyable and we would love to come back.

We had an amazing vacation in Turkey! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was absolutely delicious – so many fresh and tasty options every day. The drinks at the bar were top-notch, especially the cocktails, which were made with care and always served with a smile.

But what really made our stay unforgettable were the incredible animators. They put their whole hearts into their work – always full of energy, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere from morning till night. Thanks to them, every day was filled with laughter, great activities, and unforgettable memories.
