Aydinbey SIU Collection on suure haljasalaga klubihotell Beldibis esimesel rannajoonel. I've been planning this for a long time, but I'm finally ready to do an honest review.The hotel declared itself as 5 stars even after renovation. Actually, that’s why I went there (but in vain).Let's start with the pros, oddly enough they exist. Very beautiful area, gorgeous piers. The rooms have new renovations and furniture (but with some nuances, for example, a piece of tile was broken in the bathroom near the faucet (apparently during installation), but they left it that way (the budget for renovations ran out). Very tasty ice cream in the confectionery and decent coffee.This is where the pros end and the big cons begin.A beautiful area that stinks of sewage (and closer to the reception the smell was sometimes unbearable). The rooms stink accordingly. This is no joke - during the 9 days of my stay it stank every day, sometimes less, sometimes more. There is probably a problem with the sewage system, but the owners prefer to invite second-tier artists rather than spend money on repairs.The second point is the dirt in the room. I played it safe and every other day I left a tip of 500-1000 rubles - for this they brought me a fluffy robe, laid out swans on the bed and tried to clean up. But this was generally a superficial cleaning. There was a century-old layer of dust on the huge mirror, which I had to wipe off myself. The glass windows on the terrace were so stained that it was disgusting to look at.When I checked in, I could barely get myself a proper blanket, they are there - but they give them to you if you run into them too much. And so you are greeted by a thin sheet and that’s it.Then every day I begged for a soda opener (there was none and it was unclear how to open bottles), tea, cola, etc. (because the minibar was not replenished at all). I had to make 1-2 calls, because sometimes they didn’t respond, and sometimes they fulfilled the request after a certain number of hours.But all this pales in comparison to food and alcohol.For 9 days the food has not changed even once, the same boring salads and choice of dishes. Once they served mussels, the line was like a mausoleum. In general, for fish and meat (some kind of small fried food, not steaks), the queue was simply gigantic, because there was nothing to eat. At first I also took fish there, until I realized that they fried it and everything else in some kind of rancid oil, and after 5 days I developed gastritis (which had to be treated a month after the vacation). The stench was terrible, there were simply no hoods or they couldn’t handle it.The menu is full of tasteless tomatoes, in different shapes and forms. Everyone ends up with overcooked spaghetti and fries. More or less, something edible runs out within half an hour and is no longer replenished.There isn't really any fruit, except green apples and kiwi. At first there were nectarines and melon, but on the third day they were gone.I am silent about red fish or some other “elite” snacks. There are not even basic things - for example, sausages and sausages that are chemically red in color and have the same taste (as from the 90s, when they were made not from meat, but from paper).There is no service, no one brings coffee and tea to the table in the morning, you yourself go to the coffee machine and pour it into a cardboard cup, since the mugs run out and are not replenished. In the evening you also get your own drinks. Once they brought me champagne in a glass that was all stained and covered in lip prints. From that moment on I drank only bottled water. Restaurants by appointment were always half empty, but you had to make an appointment a week in advance. I was able to enroll in Italian and Greek, in the hope that maybe I could eat normally there. Somewhere. Overcooked risotto with 4 dry shrimp (claimed as seafood risotto), avocado salad was Swedish steel greens and a slice of avocado. The dessert was simply not defrosted until the end. The girls at the next table complained that it was completely impossible to eat lamb, since the lamb apparently came from its own death and at the same time was long-lived.I tried alcohol once - I asked for a Pina Colada so I could sit with a cocktail and watch the sunset. In vain. This swill (there’s no other way to call it) was simply disgusting, I don’t even know what they added to it. A minimum of alcohol, it was almost not felt and a maximum of some kind of rubbish.For the first time I was happy that the vacation had come to an end. Spoiled.
It was a very good vacation! We rested from September 10 to 17. We arrived at around 10 am, we were greeted at the entrance very politely and attentively, we were taken away our suitcases, shown into the lobby and immediately told in general terms about the hotel, given a map of the hotel and the operating hours of all services. We were allowed to walk, eat and relax until check-in time. By the way, the hotel has a system without bracelets, which is convenient and beautiful. We checked in at around 14.00, before which we had already had lunch and a drink at the bar. The hotel area is incredibly beautiful and green, consists of small white two-story buildings with 4 rooms each, connected by narrow streets surrounded by greenery and pine trees😍 7 swimming pools, 2 with wooden platforms near the family buildings, 3 in a row closer to the sea and one very warm one closer to the residential area and one, very small, for very young children, or just to lie down in some water) And there is also a water park for children) 3 bars - central, lobby and beach. The alcohol is imported, premium class, the cocktails in the bars are varied, they are made both according to the menu and according to your requests, bottled beer efes, Miller, becks. Large main restaurant, excellent food, chicken, beef, vegetables and a variety of salads, there was sushi, always several types of pasta, potatoes, a large selection of cheeses and cold cuts, steamed dishes, soups, too many to list, the choice is really huge, everyone will find something to taste. Very tasty Turkish flatbreads, baklava and a huge selection of desserts. There is a food truck for snacks, a snack bar, and an ice cream bar. Very beautiful and cozy rooms, modern renovation, stylish interior. There were no problems with cleaning and maintenance. If you turn on the cleaning icon, it will definitely be cleaned. And in general, the staff is very friendly, this is the case when you want to leave a tip and thank everyone for their work!

We stayed here with my wife and our 1-year-old daughter between 2-6 September. We were looking for a hotel with plenty of greenery, and we're glad we came here. All the employees are friendly. The food is beautiful and delicious. Especially the baklava was amazing. They said there was baby food, but there wasn't when we went. The chefs prepare all kinds of purees for the baby, and we had no problems with that. It was another nice thing for me that they gave me bottled beer. (Miller, Ephesus, Becks, non-alcoholic beer) The sea is very stony, we recommend that you take sea shoes. Be sure to take swim goggles as well. It is very enjoyable to swim with tiny fish. The room cleaning was not very meticulous, but they took every warning into consideration and cleaned it again.We ate well, drank well, and had fun with our baby. Will come again 👌

We stayed at the hotel between 14-19 July. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. Our mini bar was constantly renewed. The location of the hotel was very nice. The number of pools was very sufficient and we did not have a problem with sunbeds even once. We did not choose the sea because my son was small and the entrance was stony. The employees were very friendly and attentive. I wish I could write the names of all of them here, especially thank you to the staff at the bar. But I think the number of employees in the restaurant was insufficient. There is no problem with the interest, but we saw with our own eyes that they could not keep up. When we sat at the table, we waited for a while to be cleaned. Apart from this, we had dinner at the Turkish A la Carte restaurant one evening. The service was good, but unfortunately the taste was very bad, we woke up hungry. I hope we will meet the taste in our next stay. We will definitely choose it again☺️
I wanted to refute all the bad reviews, the hotel is truly wonderful, from the food, service, beauty of the hotel. Ibrahim, a wonderful customer service employee, helped us with issues with Ala Carte restaurants, responsive and polite, in general, I definitely recommend it to all my friends

The hotel is modern, family run, the food is varied and very tasty. The staff responds to all requests in a timely manner. There are not many people, the sunbeds are always empty! We will definitely come again if the prices keep up. This is love!!!

Our experience was highly unsatisfactory. The staff was very scarce and inexperienced. As a result, tables were not cleaned promptly, dirty dishes, and no one came to you. We had to clear the dirty dishes from the tables ourselves.There were often long lines at the grill due to the limited food selection. We moved to another hotel in the same price range, and the variety of both fruits and food was significantly greater. There were no menus in the bars, making it difficult to order cocktails. The bartenders were clearly inexperienced, and even if there was one qualified bartender, he didn't work every day. The coffee was not good.When we checked in, the minibar was empty, and it was only refilled after we complained. However, on the second day, it was not replenished again, and during our four-day stay, it was refilled only once. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom.Every day, when we went to the reception, we saw someone complaining or arguing.The only positives were the hotel's location and its Instagram-worthy appearance: beautiful pools and nature

The worst hotel ever. They invest in advertize and ignore the simple rules or service, cleaning and hospitalityThere is no food at all, dirty plates and tables and no staff to clean at least or ask how can help you.Nothing in the menu for the kids and nothing changes even after complaint.No entertaiment and for the guests the only activity is walking :)The rooms are small and smell horrible of WC.The WC is licking and there is nobody to fix itThe customer service is unfriendly and tell to everyone that you are free to go if you don't like.There was no chance to make a reservation at a la carte restaurants as only one worked and it was full due to hungry and dissapointed guests.Horrible experience

Very good 5 stars hotel turkey style)Lovely staff and excellent food!I would recommend to play less russian music and add more advanced local and international .Also to safe the world and attract Europeans attention must be paid for sustainability and completely exclude water in plastic bottles especially small ones.Thanks a lot ❤️
We stayed at the hotel from May 3rd to 10th. The hotel is beautifully designed with everything new and aesthetically pleasing. The pools are gorgeous, as is the children's aqua park. However, the minibar is never restocked; we had to bring water bottles from the bar to the restaurant. The tableware is dirty and insufficient, and the tables are also dirty. The waitstaff is slow, disinterested in their work, and when ordering drinks, there's a long wait. I didn't have the option to pour milk or tea myself. Forks or knives are always missing from the tables, and the chairs are dirty.

My son and I checked into the Siu Collection at the end of August with high expectations (2pm). After waiting for 1.5 hours, we were able to move into our rooms. The reason was that there were a lot of guests checking in that day, according to a staff member in charge. In my opinion, the staff was understaffed and many employees were overwhelmed with their work.Our room was big enough and very clean. However, as the hotel had newly opened, there were many construction defects in the room, which were repaired after a short consultation with Mr. Selim (Guest Relation).During this waiting time before our check-in, we were able to visit the outside of the hotel, everything looked immaculate. When we arrived at the pool, we noticed that 90 per cent of the guests in the hotel were from Turkey.Right by the pool, several stalls were set up with drinks and fruit. Here I noticed for the first time in the hotel, whoever comes first, is allowed to touch everything and also go to his place with overfilled plates. In these seven days that I was at the Siu Collection, I unfortunately noticed every day how all the guests went to their tables with several overfilled plates and only a part of it was eaten. The rest was thrown away by the staff. The staff tried to be polite and helpful every day, but you could tell they were "tired" as the whole hotel was understaffed and staff were responsible for several areas. In short they were overwhelmed with all the work.Fitness studio: My recommendation - please clean more often and install disinfection equipment.The location of the hotel is very good (transfer time from Antalya airport approx. 1 hour).The pools are very nice and everything still looks new. There is a main restaurant and 2 other restaurants (for a fee).The main restaurant served the same food every day (breakfast and dinner). If you were late for breakfast, you literally got the rest from the other guests. The dinner was not 5 stars in my eyes, sorry, something has to be done here.For breakfast, you had to get your own coffee, tea or soft drinks, as described above, there was a lack of staff everywhere.The great thing about this hotel, for a 5 star hotel, was that on some days they didn't have Nutella or they ran out of drinks. Then you were allowed to eat pancakes without Nutella and no one cared, except Mr. Selim (Guest Relation) who tried to sort everything out. This went on for the whole week and every day different things were missing.I paid a certain amount for a week, but unfortunately I did not get the service including food back and this is just disappointing.These incidents were also discussed with the various managers. They tried everything to ensure that our holiday was still enjoyable. Here I would like to highlight the following staff members Mr. Sinan Bey (A la Carte Restaurant), Mr. Regaip, Mr. Burak, manager of the animation team and say thank you thank you thank you to them. The only thing about this hotel was the great conversations with you.Mr. Sinan, thank you very much for letting us eat in your restaurant every evening. The quality of the food and the friendliness of you and Mr Mirza simply overwhelmed us.As I said before, the great conversations with the managers will remain in our fond memories. It's such a small world and I hope to meet them again somewhere else.At the very end, if asked, would they book this hotel again, I have to tell you in all honesty, NO!!!!The owner of the hotel and the people where all the decisions are made should please think and ask themselves, is this the right way where we are going.
