Ban Sainai Resort, Aonang, Krabi: A Memorable Birthday!I recently stayed at Ban Sainai Resort in Aonang, Krabi, and the hospitality was outstanding. The resort surprised me with a birthday celebration during breakfast, and when I returned from exploring Ao Nang beach, I found a charming towel decoration with a "Happy Birthday" card in my room.The staff's attention to detail was impressive, and Abdul, or Dul, the buggy assistant, was exceptionally friendly and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. The resort is beautifully nestled in greenery, creating a scenic and tranquil environment. I can't wait to visit again!

The whole experience was just perfection. I struggle to find anything to improve on. Everywhere you look, it's like something out of movie - gorgeous scenery, friendly and polite staff and amazing pool!They even have a good yoga mat to practice on at the gym which was impressive. Attention to detail and there is a focus on making everything eco-friendly which is a nice touch.I cannot thank you enough for this gorgeous experience - and the staff! Will be recommending this place to everyone and also cannot wait to be back!!

The great and well-maintained facility, located a little away from AoNangHill, made our vacation very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay!

I really loved this place. I feel like I lucked out when I found availability. The resort was tucked away from the main road and very quiet and relaxing. I booked the room on the pond with a hammock and spent a lot of time laying in it admiring the beautiful views of the limestone cliffs mainly because it rained frequently during my stay. The room has umbrellas for that. The room is also stocked daily with bottles of drinking water.Staff were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was included and had a variety of offerings including continental breakfast with fruits, muffins, and local cuisine, and ordering off the menu.I loved all of the beautiful plants and variety of animals on the property. I enjoyed watching the water monitor swim across the pond in the mornings and sun in the afternoon.It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach through town. The resort offers a shuttle service daily with pick up and drop off which is an added convivence.I'd stay here again if there is availability on my next trip.

Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff!! The rooms are spacious and cozy and nestled in greenery. The resort is very eco friendly - water is provided in the rooms in glass water bottles, street lights are solar powered and even the soap, shower caps and eat buds in the bathroom are wrapped in cardboard.We took a family cottage which was perfect for our family of 4, we had connected rooms and yet had our privacy. There are so many little little things done in the room and all around in the resort that make you think that the management has been really thoughtful - for example just before you enter the cottage there is an earthen pot filled with water so that you can wash your feet before you enter the room. There are umbrellas in the rooms and a little complementary jar of dried sweet banana chips for those late night sweet cravings :-).Overall, had the most amazing vacation thanks to Ban Sainai!!

Best resort I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful location - peaceful and idyllic. Staff are fantastic - so friendly and polite and helpful. They can help you organise tours. The pool is incredible and the rooms are very comfortable. We booked a Mountain View room and had an outdoor bathroom which was a bit of a shock at first but then we embraced and enjoyed it. Rooms are cool and stay cool during the heat of the day. Stayed here as a couple for our honeymoon and so glad we treated ourselves. I already miss it.
