It's highly recommended not to take the all-inclusive option, as it's not an "all-inclusive" option, as the name suggests, not even close. I had a coffee order, having paid much more for the all-inclusive option, and when it came to serving it to me, they said that if you wanted a regular bar coffee, you'd have to pay extra for it, and if you didn't pay, you'd have to get a measly machine coffee that was worse than hitting your father at Christmas. So, after I politely told them at the time why they couldn't serve me a bar coffee like they'd previously given a foreigner for free just for asking, they told me he paid for that coffee, when clearly I saw that no money was exchanged at any point. I told them I didn't understand and that I think it's terrible that they treat foreigners much better than Spaniards, and a waitress (I won't name her out of respect) gave me a look of contempt, snorting at me as if to say, "Go away, leave me alone." I immediately went to reception to complain about it and asked to have it on paper so I could post this review later.
Two days later, around 12:15, while I was enjoying myself at Loro Parque with my family, they called me asking why we hadn't checked out of the room since they had written down that we were leaving the hotel that day (August 3rd), when in fact, we had already booked and paid for the residence (a 4-bed suite) and the all-inclusive until August 6th. After talking to them about how they had made a mistake, they logically concluded that they had started to investigate the error, and that's when, five minutes later, they called me back saying they had made a mistake, so they were the ones who made a complete mistake with the reservation.
P.S.: The all-inclusive is based on whatever they want, so it's not worth it at this hotel, where I expected much more from them.

What a shame this hotel is. I don't see where the five stars are. The restaurant is very poor and the staff is not very friendly, the only thing is the location.
When you come from Lanzarote, from a hotel that, compared to this one, should have five stars, for having elegant tables, with cloth tablecloths and napkins instead of paper ones, with an extraordinary variety and quality, and super pleasant, helpful, and super friendly staff.
They say that to learn, you have to make mistakes.

Lovely hotel! Very clean and tidy, all staff, polite, friendly and helpful, food was fantastic with a variety of choice and location was superb. Would highly recommend and will return again!

This is my second time at this hotel. I recommend - rooms with a great view, both of the ocean and the mountains on the other side. Varied food, local cuisine, just like in local restaurants. Close to the ocean, viewpoints and everything necessary during your stay in Tenerife :)

This hotel is in the perfect location and good quality accommodation for the price. There is a lovely guy who works at reception called Marco. He is so pleasant and helpful. Having said that, all the staff are really nice. The breakfast is great.

I went to spend Christmas in all inclusive, from the first day I protested about the food, they did nothing to remedy it, it's not that I didn't like it or that there was little variety (that too) it's that every day meat or fish were out of date , an unbearable smell and taste, let alone the drinks that were disinfectant alcohol!! The only good thing it has is the location, the rest a hostel would be better

I was locked in the elevator and the reception girl was kind enough to also lock herself in with us so that it would be more bearable for us.

Definitely not a 4* all inclusive experience. Checked in just now after a whole day of travel and there was no food or water on offer. Had to go out at midnight to find food. Don’t have a lot of expectations for the rest of the trip. Not a place to return to - place doesn’t have the buzz. Never booking anywhere else apart from RIU which has a real 4* experience for the same price. Feels like we paid a fortune for a very sub-optimal experience here.

Hotel somewhat old but well cared for.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, variety in the buffet. Close to Lagos Martiónez, and restaurants and shops. Very small pool. Very friendly and attentive staff. Luggage care service with video surveillance. Advisable

It wasnt the best experience for us when we went in July, entertainment was poor, the food was very repetitive and quite bland. Everything else was just ok. We wouldnt go again but thats just because of the food and entertainment. Staff wasnt the friendliest but they were ok.

The water in the washbasin drains for 5-7 minutes. I called a plumber at the reception - nothing changed.
The elevators are not able to transport people to their rooms during rush hour because there are only 3 of them on 12 floors.
I saw cockroaches twice in a restaurant. Once on a supposedly clean plate and a second time near a tray of meat. Forks and spoons are not washed properly, and cups are generally wet.
The Internet barely works.
The staff speaks poor English.

Spent 10 days here and it's been a mixed experience. The hotel, lovely. The staff, lovely, the cleanliness, lovely. But then there's the food here, I've had to go out to eat every day during my stay here, fortunately it doesn't take much to fill me up, but if you're here with a family of fussy eaters it can quickly get very costly on top of the price for your stay.

There is a small beach at the end of the road, but the best beach is fifteen minutes away, though it was closed due to wastewater at the time (not the hotels fault, just a note.)

Tl:dr: surrounded by great restaurants and with beautiful views, just let down by the food at the hotel itself.

1. All inclusive ends at 11pm- you can’t get soft drinks you need to pay. There’s no food or snacks after 9.45

2. The shower head didn’t hold up the shower so you have to wash and then rinse off.

3. The pools are very small, there’s a toddler one that is a square and a rectangular one right beside it but it’s very small.

4. The atmosphere is quiet it’s not for younger guest or people who like good entertainment. There are no nearby bars or clubs just a beach for more relaxing.

5. The pool music is quiet and there is no one initiating games or activities for guest.

6. Food was not great, also there are no omelettes for breakfast.

7. Deserts are very boring.

The hotel is not bad but when you're on the 8th floor and they turn the electric off 3 minutes before schedule and still stood waiting for a lift it's a joke. The staff never informed us that they stopped the lift.
They also the water problems turned the water off for maintenance and guests couldn't even go to the toilet for 5 hours. Lack of communication.
