The hotel is a perfect price performance product with just a touch of quality. It covers all the money given. It's a family hotel, there are children of all ages everywhere. Some places on the beach are sand, the sea front is pebble, the sea bottom is sand and pebble mixed. It gets deeper after 4-5 meters. There are life preservers from time to time. We stayed in the first week of July, the sea was 80% wavy, but the last 2 days the weather improved and the sea became a safe haven. Seawater is like a sauna. The sun loungers are around 40 meters away from the sea, because the beach is a sheltered beach where the caretta carettas spawn. Don't be surprised if you see baby carettas hatched at night, they are trying to follow the moonlight and go to the sea. Unfortunately, there are people who go in the wrong direction, and then the officers intervene. There is an aqua park, but it does not have a slope that would create extreme excitement and it does not appeal to adults. But it is ideal for children and young people. There is also an aqua park for babies. The pools are clean. Activities are available every night. Even all public toilets around the beach and bars have air conditioning. There is a shower and a changing room. Beach towels are provided by the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the furniture is new, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is just like in the pictures. There is a single bed for the child. If you wish, you can also choose a family room. Food varieties are sufficient and delicious. There is no indoor car park, there is a semi-open car park with an awning, but if you cannot find a place, you can park on the open, safe roadside in front of the hotel. There are basketball, tennis, volleyball, football and mini football fields. A la carte restaurants are paid (except fish restaurants). Arcade room (game room) is paid. The sun loungers on the beach are very close, but since there are so many sun loungers, no one comes near you. There is a sun lounger section for adults, ages 13 and over are welcome. I think a cabana lounge can be rented for a fee. As for the shortcomings, there are mosquitoes everywhere. For this reason, there are blue lights from time to time for the fly grill :) On some days in the evenings, the municipality's vehicle to combat vectors comes and sprays pesticides. But it is not enough, flies can bite you everywhere, I think you should bring your mosquito repellent along with your sunscreen. The second minus is that 80% of the hotel's employees are foreign nationals (Russian, Central Asian and Filipino). The employees speak Turkish at a basic level, but sometimes it is difficult to understand Turkish, so we had to speak English. It is not clear whether we are on holiday in our country or abroad. I don't want to blame the problem here on the hotel. Unfortunately, our nation does not like work. I now agree with this thesis. There are generally no Turks in the service sector because they pay less money to foreigners than Turks and because they cannot find Turkish employees. In short, I will come again. You cannot find a better quality 5 star all inclusive hotel for this money. The hotel attracts you in every sense (except mosquitoes).

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there are few attractions for children - only the swimming pool (slides too big, playground with nothing). The hotel is clean, there is a large selection of food, there are evening performances, mainly for Russians

We travelled with 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 7) and very lucky to choose this hotel.First of all, facilities, room are super comfortable with great service. Restaurant quality is good, especially the local food. Everything inside the hotel is clean and close by, information is clear as well.Secondly, staff, they are all friendly and especially the kids club girls and activities teachers. We can have some quiet moments by putting kids in the mini club.Thirdly, location, everything is super close by, if you want any activities, you can just book in the hotel (although pricey) but save time.Something to be careful with:1. Supermarket inside hotel, can easily double price for suncream, chips, slippers, i will not suggest if not have to.2. Photos, there is photo activities with parrot, we love the photos but it cost 10 euro per photo even the digital version. Of course, it is open for negotiation, but still very expensive.3. Water activities, we love it a lot! But there is drone taking pictures and of course it is extra charge like 100 euro per video, and 60 for all pictures.

Rooms: sea view rooms are very loudly. There is a lot of noise in the evening till 1 am from the stage of Belek Beach but also from both neighboring hotels. We had to switch to another room in Elite part of the hotel and there we found a real silence at night. All rooms are convenient and modern they wererenovated not a long time ago. Mini bar refilled each day (in Elite 2 cans of beer, mineral water, 2 cans (0,2 l) of Sprite, Cola, Fanta). One star minus in my assessment because of the noise.Service: quite good, friendly and cooperating in case of problems.Kitchen: mixed feelings, taste quite good but each day exactly the same buffet - not only for breakfast but also for lunch and dinner. Fruits for all meals pretty poor - just strawberries and unpeeled oranges / apples. Good variety of sweets for dessert (lunch/ dinner). Food choice is limited but I had a chance to take something good each day (grilled fish or chicken), some green salads were also available. No sea fruits in menu at all. Starbucks coffee available for free (no limits).Beach: stony beach, you have to wear special boots for comfort walking. A lot of pool / beach beds available.Pool: clean water; especially friendly pools in Elite part of the hotel.Location: pretty far from Belek center, nothing interesting nearby.

Amazing beach resort, we've enjoyed our stays. Room was cleaned, restaurants, cafes and bars, all inclusive. Facilities were fantastic. Enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool side, beach side, and dining were always marvellous, staffs were above and beyond. We met lovely staffs at the Pilates. Nice cocktails at the activity pool bar. Thanks for the lovely holiday

Amazing hotel, great food and drinks. Pool was a little cold but going early in the season that's to be expected. Location wise it is a little out of the way so a hire car is a good idea to save money on taxis. Staff were amazing and friendly, the rooms were always clean and each had their own balcony. The only Downside we encountered were the shops and the on site photographer. As there are no prices shown for the photographer you don't know the price until the end, and although you have the choice not to go ahead, he was very persistent and although it was great quality, it was very expensive!
