Before booking read well done not the same mistake as meI don't know where to start between the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the fact that it's noisy at night, the fact that I was there in all in but which is actually not vrmt an all in…Do you think it's normal to come out of the shower to go into the bedroom to get my pajamas and find myself directly with black feet? In a room which is supposed to be cleaned every day... do you think that over the 10 days of your stay neither glass nor cup was washed in the room? Empty glass bottle? Well, it will stay there until the last days! Stained shower towels (before use), cockroach found on the first day that we crushed and which stayed with us for 10 days, 3-4 days later a second one which stayed on the ground for 3 days (well the proof that the floor is washed regularly 😒)When we arrived in the room we had 1 bottle of water and 1 pepsi and an orangade in the fridge (by habit of all the hotels where I have been I drink the bottle of water and tell myself that the next day I will have some a news) do you think! Certainly not if you want a bottle of water you will have to go to the bar yourself and PAID 0.60 EVEN IN All IN I am not close to a cent it is mainly the fact that if I go to a hotel in all in It’s not so that at the end of my stay I have to pay for it, I take half board. In addition, cocktail level at the bar in all in many are certainly paying less expensive but paying once again is not normal in all in…In terms of staff there are good and bad, reception level is mixed, a good point however almost every person at reception speaks French which is appreciable.where the staff is less pleasant is at the buffet level at the level of the room staff the people in the morning and midday are really not friendly for the evening supper the staff is a little nicerHoweverThe cooks don't talk about it, not a hello, not a look and if he could throw your food in your head I think he would.To continue talking about the buffet, it has a lot of potential because the food is quite good but it would be great if it was hot…Drinks are from fast food type vending machines where the coke is good 2 times out of 10... whether at the buffet at the pool or even at the bar...The last days of my stay I wanted to take advantage of the swimming pool because I chose this hotel because it is sold as a hotel with x swimming pool including 1 heated… Well I didn't know how to go in because it was too cold yet the first days it was heating...Soundproofing level of the room we will come back... incessant fan noise night and day to that you add the trolley which travels from the first hour of the morning which resonates in the room because the tiles being the same as outside it resonates in the room...I am not making this comment to have excuses or promises that everything will change because I will no longer set foot in this hotel but I am making this comment to warn people who, like me, say that it is not 3 bad comment which is right bha yes... simply avoid itAaah and supplement the magnificent view from the room on the road avenue

I'm leaving this hotel today.Very bad experience.First evening we and our friends notice that the room safe is closed. We asked for accommodation at the reception 3 times: today as we are leaving it is still closed.Zero hygiene level.In the restaurant we found dirty plates and cups all week and the placemats never changed. Gravy stains from the previous diner.Pool no lifeguard control and floor very often slippery and dangerous.The only positive note is the entertainment of the Alpiclub kids. All polite, thoughtful and available to make guests feel at ease.Tenerife is certainly an island worth visiting, but this very dated structure needs to be reviewed in all its availability.

Don’t like to give bad reviews, and overall our holiday really wasn’t bad. We enjoyed it a lot!But the hotel didn’t make it, as you expect, unforgettable. Lots of things are old, which is fine if you maintain it well. Screws in the pool are sticking out, the wood is loose and 80% of umbrellas need replacing. However, the most disgusting thing in the hotel is the pool toilets, when I saw children running in without shoes my stomach started turning from disgust. Y I K E S. The food was okay, we were never hungry and didn’t eat things we didn’t like. But the true and unforgivable failure here is that in the evening there is no way to have a drink outside. With this beautiful weather, a Sangria outside would have been great, especially if you pay for all-inclusive and are now ‘forced’ to go out from the property. Reception wasn’t friendly, they looked tired. That actually goes for all staff with some exceptions (life guards at the pool). It was not allowed to smoke on your sunbed, which was great for non-smokers, my smoker friend wasn’t all too happy about that, but it makes a lot of sense! Having animation is great, but if you don’t speak Italian, Spanish or French you’re out and they very professionally ignore you. Overall, the hotel is a ‘mwah’ and given the price-point that’s fair but they can be good with really small investments and a tiny increase in their rates 😊 Take a note, mister GM and prepare your budget for next year, from one GM to another. 😉 I’d love to come back after adjustments!

Just got back from staying here loved ever minute. When we first got there it was late but the Piano bar was still open so we could get drinks and a sandwich before bed. Check was fast and easy to do.The staff were very helpful and explained what we could get by what time. The room was amazing lovely view of mountains and you could see the sea. Good location. They have people in the Reception area offing days out.Go exploring and things like that every day.So if you want to go on an excursion , you can. Cleaning people everyday of beds made everyday.We had a bit of an accident with a broken glass.And they came and cleaned it up quickly , so the kids didn't get hurt. The entertainment when you're buy the pool , they are fun and a Energetic great with kids adults. Water aerobics water dancing.It has been an amazing trip.And we can't wait to go back.

The staff and entertainment team are great - it's a brilliant hotel for kids! Lots of swimming pools, activities and a big sports court. The food was also really good - different themes every night so didn't feel monotonous. The hotel is also very accessible for wheelchair/mobility scooter users.The hotel is clean however dated - the rooms especially. The bath towels were terrible, so thin and rough on the skin. A lot of the communal furnishings need updated too with chunks missing, sofas ripped etc. It needs modernised. For this reason I would say it is not a 4 star. The grounds however are beautifully kept with lots of flowers and greenery on terraces! We preferred the night time activities when they were outside!Location is good in terms of proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. but the hotel is next to the main road with cars flying past - the crossing is further down the street to the right. With cars parked, it's difficult for cars to see people crossing and they drive ridiculously fast there! Just be careful as it was quite daunting at busy periods.All in all, it's a nice hotel with great staff and amenities albeit rather dated.

Stayed here All Inclusive for 11 nights and it's great for families with kids. Themed food nights and plenty of good entertainment. Food had a decent selection but needs to be kept warmer, as do the pools earlier outside of the warmest months. Beer is great with San Miguel self pour for AI customers. Rooms decent size and cleaned every single day. Would stay again but only if the food was kept warmer in the buffet hot plates.

We really enjoyed a family holiday. The hotel is really geared up for families, facilities-wise but also activities for the whole family.The entertainment team is great. They cover a good number of languages and really know how to engage and keep the children entertained. There are different teams for different languages and activities.Food was also great, every night a different theme but yet plenty of classics for the picky ones.Lastly, the kids disco and post shows also deserve a mention.Good Job Jacaranda.
