I liked everything very much. Large green area. The beach is beautiful and large, and the variety of fish is impressive. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, especially the desserts.The animators try to invite you to all sorts of activities, the evening shows were also very pleasing! Special thanks to the guys Arina and Soliman❤️The price matches the quality 🙏🏻I will definitely recommend it to my friends.And I'll come back here again

Very good hotel! Delicious food, clean rooms. I especially liked the animators, a lot of entertainment programs! It's +-8 minutes drive to the sea, there is a bar there. At sea, take either special slippers or Crocs (there is a reef there). You can swim with the fish if you have a mask. Overall, go for it, you won’t regret it!

My family and I just returned home from a wonderful vacation and we can’t help but write a review! We are absolutely delighted! I liked everything! The hotel itself - the territory, restaurants, rooms. Service, staff. I would like to mention the animation team, a very active and cheerful team🔥 Many thanks to the animator Arina, the only Russian speaker in the team, she was very attentive and responsive to us, always happy to help with any issue ❤️

Absolute wonderful holiday. The animation team were incredible, they work so hard. Friendly and keep everyone entertained and smiling the whole way through your holiday. Fun packed programme. Overall a very good hotel, but everything is ruined by the shuttle to the beach. Only once an hour and there are a lot of people jammed into it; there are no handrails and it’s dangerous to ride standing there. And I liked the food, everything was very tasty, there was no animation, but in the evening there were very good live performances at the bar. Panton opens in the afternoon closer to 15.00, the current is quite strong, but we were prepared for it

Stayed for a week at the end of March with a friend definitely five star, staff friendly, food excellent. Only thing I will say is use the taxis through the hotel but really haggle. Enjoy

NIGHTMARE HOLIDAY!! Absolutely the most awful place you can stay. Do not be fooled by the so called good reviews. On the first night we arrived at 11pm. The room was filthy stains and dirt everywhere. This can not be a 5* hotel at best a 2*. The staff had been rude and threatening after we showed receptionist photos of the room. They did not try to help us get a clean room and instead wanted to charge us more. After we told them we are leaving they had become more rude. Make sure you book on credit card so you can get your money back if you do take the risk to stay here.Luckily we managed to book a hotel 10 mins away pickalbatros honestly saved our holiday.Food was awful. Little choice and basically sausage and mush. Selection choice for salad and fruit was awful

This hotel deserves a maximum rating of 3 stars. Food average. Ac annoying. Rooms and cleanliness average. Not well equipped. No tissues for example. Bad shampoo and shower gel. They also accused us of stealing the yellow pool towel and made us pay 15€. Although we returned it to the towel guy and he admitted so but we didnt have the towel card and Staff wasn't helpful.Bad service.

I would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, despite booking a room with a garden view, I was given a room with a view of the street. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered me a room with a rather disappointing view. It seems that they prioritize Arab guests over others, as I observed an employee bending the rules for them at the water slides. It is disheartening to see that some individuals are allowed to disregard the rules while others are expected to adhere to them. Additionally, it appears that personal belongings are easily misplaced here, as others tend to take them without permission. Unfortunately, the staff's response to such incidents has not been helpful.

The first thank you so much anmation kids Nutella beautfull girle and thank you all anmations I've travelled the world in different hotels but this hotel is the best for value. Loved the fresh pasta station and the flyboarding show! Great DJ and songs. The beach has so many brightly coloured fishes and you don't need to go deep to see them.The staff are amazing to the kitchen, reception and the housekz1eepers. Thank you to Eslam for exceptional cleaning. The hotel room had a free fruit bowl in the rooms and large water bottles.The hotel gave us complimentary late check in which we appreciated.0The hotel was extremely clean, dining area, rooms, pool area, everywhere was gr
