The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful Arabic architecture that really sets the atmosphere. The food was excellent, a highlight of our stay, and the service was impeccable. However, my experience was soured by some significant issues regarding the reef.The snorkeling area is restricted to a very small, approximately 50-meter stretch. With the high volume of tourists in this tiny zone, the experience felt overcrowded. It was disheartening to see more humans than fish, and it’s clear the reef is suffering from the strain. I visited last year, and while it’s still beautiful, there are now noticeable signs of degradation—bleached and dead coral near the surface. Outside the restricted area, the reef still thrives, but guests are prohibited from exploring there. I understand there are concerns about currents, but responsible swimmers should be allowed to explore beyond the rope with care and personal responsibility. Limiting everyone to this small space isn’t only ecologically harmful, but it also reduces the chance to fully enjoy the reef.Moreover, the beach was closed each morning until 1:00 PM due to wind and waves, even though conditions were mild, around 15 knots with minimal waves. This restriction unnecessarily limits the already short time to experience the marine life.I was also disappointed to find no reef-friendly sunscreen available in the hotel store. This should be a basic requirement in a location dedicated to preserving its natural beauty.In summary, while the hotel is perfect for those looking for a comfortable stay with great food, it’s a letdown for marine life enthusiasts. The over-regulation, lack of ecological respect, and restriction of reef-friendly products show a lack of commitment to preserving what should be the main attraction. I left disappointed and likely won’t return.

Perfect hotel! I spent 1 week from November 23 to 1, everything was perfect! Everyone took great care the beach and magnificent the hotel is a pure jewel the food is excellent special mention for Ahmed from the kitchen who made himself more than available and very pleasant the only downside is that he does not don't speak French but otherwise everything was Magnificent thank you Charmillion

Here we are for holidays in Egypt...So let's start from the location, well guys, it's immense, a week isn't enough for you to visit it all from the pool area to the beach area, not to mention the immense food area.The only negative note is that the area is a bit windy but you get used to it because otherwise you'll die from the heat.Food, well, being Italian I have a bit of difficulty judging but I can say that the food is good, the chefs are always available and the staff at the tables are very kind.The rooms are immense and very comfortable.Overall, an excellent hotel that we will return to

Snorkeling does not disappoint, straight from the jetty. Friendly staff, good food. The mediocre entertainment and the fact there's too many rude Russians lets this place down.

Beautiful resort on the coast of Sharm El Sheik. Excellent service, friendly staff. The cuisine is less good. A few meters from the Resort there is a comfortable, well-served beach and what is even more extraordinary is that in front of the beach, going down from a pier, it is possible to admire the riff without having to go on excursions. The sea sinks in a festival of corals, fish and very clean sea.

I was there with my family ( I’m a child) and it was pretty good. Beach was clean hotel too but… staff. Staff wasn’t great and they weren’t even smiling, but one men was great! Thanks to Abdallah for always smiling and being great at what he is doing. Food was good too

Just returned from a great relaxing stay at the Charmillion Club.Plus points are all the staff attentive and friendly big shout out to chef AhmedAll the grounds and public areas are well maintained and clean.Beach area is not soft sand but the reef made up for its amazing for snorkeling.Was only able to book 1 of speciality restaurants as the booking system opens at midnight and they f your not awake by morning all the slots have gone.I would of given a higher score for the rooms but they are showing their age and need a lift plus more sockets the only usable one was by the kettle which meant a juggling schedule of charging all our modern day items and brewing a tea or coffee.The only little niggle was other guests who ignore signs and queues and rudely push there way in without a please or thank you.

My experience at the Charmillion was very positive indeed. everything was clean from the pool facilities to the restaurant. The all inclusive buffet was great with a great variety of dishes. I was a bit let down from the fish restaurant where the food was a little miserable and seemed frozen fish not fresh. The Egyptian Staff was incredibly cordial with us, they weren't pushy for tips at all. The Coral reef beach is also quite near with sunbeds and you can have a swim looking at fish and corals, It was amazing! The staff always smiled and helped us promptly. Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star due to the the Italian guest relation operator Martina was the one giving us a bit of attitude when I tried to book the dinner at the fish restaurant. I couldn't book the day before as I would have been to Cairo on that day so I asked her to help us out for this special occasion. I followed the procedure as instructed by the reception. She told us to leave a message to her through the reception as a reminder (it's weird as it sounds like she could have done it herself??) I didn't want to be difficult so I followed what she said. After spending 30 minutes queuing at the reception, the receptionists were only 2 and they were working very hard, they told me I could have done it at the guest relation area. So, I went back to her a bit confused and asked her to do it as the reception suggested and she changed completely. she raised her voiced and her face turned. I was a bit surprised from that behaviour. She told me NAME? TIME? What time? Extremely rude! I'd suggest you train your staff better in these cases. Also, she assumed I spoke Italian when I spoked to her in English as I felt more comfortable. Her bahaviour would have been unacceptable in Europe. I have worked in hospitality for years and this is definitely a red flag. Also, The resort hasn't replied to a single email I sent to them before getting there. I wanted to find out more about tours and facilities but they totally ghosted me. I even tried to call them but nothing.In any case, apart from these small details, I 'd suggest the resort to anyone and I will be back again.Thank you so much :)

Booked for one week with all inclusive service I was impressed by the attitude of the employee. Very good service, with special compliments to the restaurant manager who is putting efforts together in order to make the quests be satisfy.A big plus is the diversity of the food (options for special needs are available) the complex is very well kept, room ok, a la carte restaurants available for 2 books. Some of them located in the others hotels from the big complex. Club resort guests with all inclusive service can use facilities from another hotels.The entertainment team quite active, shows and activities during the day.Regarding the lobby bat some evenings with non alcoholic smoothie s but alcoholic drinks aren't what they are suppose to be, even if is local. The hotel has also a farmacy, ATM machine and some shopping center. The prices are bigger than normal shopping area.,Different pools for kids and adults, the beach has sunbeds, also an area for snorkeling.I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time here and the staff are amazing. Rooms need some updating especially bathrooms but any issues are fixed straight away. Great foid options for vegetarians - chef made food specially if we didn't like something. Not all areas wheelchair friendly and beach area is quite small and not accessible for those with mobility issues
