A hotel worth recommending, a variety of dishes served during meals, nearby numerous bazaars with clothes and shoes with Polish-speaking staff.

I don't know where to start... I rate the hotel 2 stars. For the first time since I was in Turkey, I was disappointed by the opinions posted on the Internet.. the hotel was described as wonderful with delicious food.. I was looking for answers to these opinions for 7 days and I started to wonder how there could be such a gap in opinions and I really can't understand these what do they give 5. Unless these opinions are written every day by Mrs. Marzenka who works there and saves this hotel as much as she can. After this mishap, I don't know where to look for reliable opinions anymore. Let me start by saying that the breakfast trays with cheeses and sausages were the same all week long, and each day they were drying out more and more (on the day I arrived they looked disgusting, which forced me to eat pancakes, even though I preferred to eat something healthier). The white cheeses were yellow and the ends of the meats were curling and changing color at the ends... for the first time I felt aversion to eating... if it weren't for the fritters, eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, I would have had to go out to eat or go hungry. If there were no pancakes, they made pancakes from which the next day they made disgusting piles of chocolates to decorate the tables, although who knows whether they thought it was a plate to eat... The wine was such that the next day I had a hangover and a headache, so I just drank beer. It was written that the rooms were cleaned every day... unfortunately this is not our case... for 3 days the cleaning consisted of replacing towels, and sometimes we got 2 instead of 3, and only after the intervention they washed the floor, but nothing more than the table was dirty with traces of drinks were like that... on the beach there were only fries, a hamburger, a pear, an apple and beer. so if you want something healthier, you eat fruit or you have to go back to the hotel for dinner, so you can't stay on the beach all day because when you get hungry, you have to stuff yourself with what's available, and the fries are a mixture of crunchy and rubbery, as if they were reheated twice. .Beach towels pay 1 euro, but not for the entire stay, only until you want to replace them, then you pay another euro... for washing :) as if it couldn't be included in the price. When choosing coffee mugs, you had to find a clean one. Poor, downright hopeless animations. The hotel was so boring that it was better to wander around aimlessly than to stay there. No music, silence as hell... Well, for the first time in my 7 stays in Turkey, I came back disappointed, because you are waiting for this holiday and you don't need much other than to simply eat tasty food and relax with nice Turkish music, which I love....... .........:(. Well, this hotel has huge shortcomings... unless you just want to sleep there, then it's ok, because the silence there is perfect for that... NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL... And if To talk about the advantages, I have two... nice rooms and good dinners.

The rooms are great, only the bathrooms need to be renovated. But the service is at the highest level. Great atmosphere, wonderful young people.The food is delicious. Everyday attractions.I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely come back 😊

Hello, I was on holiday with my family, the rooms had a shower, the stairs and walls were crooked, the service was nice but they couldn't bring bottled water for me.Water you have to pay 2 €They throw people into the water at the swimming pool, they show how to solve a Rubik's Cube, they solve one side and I can solve the whole thing myself, but the washer is a flap.

The air conditioning doesn't work, you can't sleep at night, it's terribly loud and water is dripping. The service was quite nice, although they couldn't provide the normal amount of towels. As a group of 6 people, we were given only 2 large towels and 3 small ones. Despite many attempts to talk to the staff, it still did not change. Paid bottled water. Fungus in the shower. To sum up, the hotel is not worth 4 stars

The proximity to the sea is not very important because there is something like a stream next to the places by the sea and human feces flow into the sea. I think they have done a shame on the beach or something, you cannot swim in the sea. As for the pool side, I don't know if the hotel management is this year or not, but there are strange tourists from India and Far East countries such as Bangladesh who enter the pool wearing underwear and shorts. Even though I complained, nothing was done. I can say that the food is average, there is a lot of variety but there are few delicious dishes. The pool is dirty because the hotel is very crowded. I do not think of coming again.

The beds are very old and squeaky. It is a suitable hotel in terms of F/p. The food is also diverse and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bellboy Muhammed Bey's welcome and farewell made us feel at home. We would love to come again ☺️

Rooms are great. Food even better. Been in Turkey at least 10 times, but this is an excellent kitchen. Bad is the not free wifi. We paid and the first day internet was down whole day. Also the little extras here and there I don't like. Allin is allin and not 1 euro extra for fresh druit drink. Personel and staff are friendly and work hard. Location is a bit far off Alanya, so you depend on taxi or bus. But is 25 minutes to centre and just 1,50 or 2 euro.Have to update this info.There are 2 many Russians. They are not nice guests. They are loud and pick lines. Also in the more quiet swinning pool, they bring own radio's. Selfiish people. Not all, some Russians act like normal guests.The hotel has a lot of power downs for a short while.They forget now day after day to change towels of put water in the room. The floors are not clean, we clean em ourself now.I like privacy and not to get photo's taken in the pool every time.Also I am here to relax, I do not want salesman to aproache me. If I need something, ill ask for it. Leave me be on my holiday.The music on the main pool is too loud. We don't even want to be there. The music is so loud, even in our room we can't hide for it. Today was a bit better.Food is still fine, but the coffee machines break down a lot. If you ask for help, they will... but by the time the machines were fixed, the kitchen closed and dinner was cold.Still ok here, but not all is fine for sure.

First time flying out of the Uk to Turkey and Club Mermaid was where me and my girlfriend stayed, i really enjoyed it all the waiters and workers was very nice and welcoming, the room was very nice with a nice balcony view, I don’t have any bad things to say all very good! one waiter especially Muhammad deserves a pay increase he made sure everytime we was accommodated and was so friendly and he needs to be recognised for his hard work! Thankyou.

I had a lovely holiday with my family in Turkey. I went there together with my wife, kids and parents. If you are looking for a holiday with a good price, service, location and food I will recommend Club Mermaid Village in Alanya, Turkey.You can find there excellent customer service which listen to your needs. Special mention to Marzena, who speaks Polish and German and provided that final touch where you felt like home.Fantastic variety of food, cooks, waiters and bartenders where always happy to listen to your needs. Entertainment team was outstanding they where making a difference.Well done and see you soon.

I visited Club Mermaid and well what can I say.. Avoid at all costs! Stay away from this place, management team are awful, they are unfriendly, unkind and ignorant. DO NOT consider booking here. Me and my family had a horrible experience where my 15 year old son was almost attacked by the manager. I say almost because the public intervened and had to stop the man from attacking my son. There was a women who was filming the incident but i was not able to get a copy of the video as evidence as she was pressured to delete the video otherwise I would've posted the video online for everyone to see.The only positive aspect of our holiday was the restaurant staff were friendly.

We are staying in the hotel now , we love the service only the food in the evening does not have any taste.They clean the rooms everyday but they don’t clean it well , if I come back to my room my bathroom is still dirty and my Floor tho , they say we change the bed sheets every 3 days but they don’t
