Awesome, food and drinks could be better

A great facility, not a castle of beds.Beautifully green, very well maintained.We were completely satisfied, the rooms were cleaned daily, the towels were also changed daily (which didn't have to be), we were satisfied with every buffet or snack,However, we generally don't complain much. All restaurants were no longer open at the beginning of November, the bars were also somewhat restricted, although occupancy was only 25% (if at all).So why should there be so many staff when the guests were missing?So long story...:You're really complaining at a high level if you think the food is cold or you have to pay extra for pressed juice.We really enjoyed the off-season, hardly any annoying kids or annoying queues.One thing I have to point out is that the path into the water is rocky - take slippers or bathing shoes with you ☝🏻

I can't understand why some people rate this hotel poorly. All in all, it was a lovely, relaxing holiday. Mr. Ibrahim welcomed us very nicely and also said goodbye. What if we had a problem? It was completed to our satisfaction. Many thanks to the owner who values her guests very much.Kind regards to Ms. Özlem who runs this Hotel Gözleme, a lady full of positive energy. We stayed at Club Nena for 8 days at the beginning of November. They are spontaneous vacationers and are actually mainly on vacation in Egypt at this time of year. This year, however, we were unlucky and this time we ended up on the Turkish Riviera. The hotel is actually quite quiet and clear, the rooms are simple with a bathroom that is much too small, but ok.The beds were a bit of a disaster for us because they were far too hard and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.When taking a shower, the water comes out of the shower head, but not where it should.The staff speaks poor English but you can communicate to some extent.Since the hotel is closed for a few months in mid-November, there were only a few service staff there, but they always tried hard.Entertainment in the evening was almost non-existent, 15 minutes of children's disco and then the same music played every evening.Therefore, the guests sat in small groups or alone, drank 1-2 cocktails (which were just carelessly served in plastic cups) and then most of them disappeared into their rooms between 10 and 11 p.m.The facility is quite nice, but there is rubbish everywhere that isn't really picked up.In the main restaurant the coffee and tea stations are always dirty. The tea station is covered in lime and the coffee is actually not coffee.All in all, the holiday was ok, but we won't come back again because the selection of other hotels is too large.

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate. A lot of food to choose from (not for the night snack though). If you want some drinks other than beer or vodka with juice you need to pay extra but for that price of stay I think it's fair. There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too. In the evenings there are events like discos, dance or magic shows which were cool. Side is worth visiting but you need to take a taxi and it's quite pricey. Overall, nice people, clean, always something to do, a lot of food, nice green outdoor spaces, it's quiet so you can relax.

Four of us on a family vacation and we're having a great time. 🤗 The staff is very friendly, accommodating and unobtrusive. They are always smiling and workhard. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is excellent, very tasty and there is a lot of choice. The pools are always crystal clear, the surroundings are well-kept, and the beach and sea are beautiful. 👍🇧🇦🇹🇷

Oh where do I even begin to explain how many things are wrong with this place. First of all I have been toTurkey 7 times and I myself work in a hotel so being in a place like this brings horror to my heart. We arrived at 11:30 pm exhausted and hungry. When we asked where we can eat they pointed us to the restaurant and what we found there was far from pleasant. No AC inside, food looking disgusting, no staff, warm water from the machine, then someone showed up and turned off the lights so we had to eat in darkness. Then we go to the rooms- in the hallway heat( a 5 star hotel in high season and temperatures in the 36-38° C trying to save money from the AC....what in the world), in the Elevator no AC or air, we go inside the room and feel unbearable heat, I ask the bellman please turn on the AC for us, he does and then leaves. What we found out pretty soon is that this AC is not working properly or cooling off this small room, the bathroom can't be described as anything else but Sauna and as I found out on the next day there is a pretty good reason for it. When you are in the shower and look up you can see a hole on the vent system that lets in not only sunlight from outside but also all the heat. In the morning we find out that the distance between the hotel part and the restaurant is half a kilometer, I am travelling with two elderly parents that have difficulties walking. And believe me we tried we really tried to speak with management and with our representative about this, but boy oh boy have they been unhelpful and plain rude. The Manager of the front desk pretty much hid from us despite my efforts to speak with him 3 days in a row. Our representative was rude and yelled at me over the phone.Will I ever book a holiday with Tez Tour again? I don't think so.*Now let me describe the food situation. Food quality low, variety- the lowest I have seen, restaurant overall super low, staff-these poor kids are really trying under the circimstances. The fact that for between 500-700 people capacity restaurant there is two serving plates with tomatoes for breakfast and scrambled eggs every other day should tell you enough. I would describe this "5 star" hotel and restaurant as embarassingly bad. We got so tired of the food by the 4th-5th day that we started to go out to eat just because we couldn't take another recycled from the previous day meal. Oh and let's not forget that they stop the AC in the restaurant by the end of the mealtime.... to save money of course.* Animation team- the weakest I have seen so far during my 7 stays in Turkey, especially the head of the team, short funny looking guy who only in his own head thinks he is funny. The music after the entertainment is over at the pool bar is mainly Turkish, which at one point starts to get really annoying.* Beach- rocky-you definetly need water shoes, plus during this time of the year the sea was very stormy, and it gets deep really fast. This is mother nature, but another reason not to come here at the end of August or not at all* The only good thing I can say about the hotel were the SPA employees that were chatty and friendly, me and my fiance had good massages there.All in all, because of this unbearable heat everywhere you go, because of the rude, unhappy and miserable looking staff and the bad food I would never come back to this place and would advice for anyone who is reading this not to make the mistake to book this hotel. Absolutely ruined vacation that cost us 3 000 euro.

Pros:Staff is very helpful and warm.Interesting animations and shows.Great live musics.Too many options to eat.Nice aqua park.Cleaning is good. Rooms are big.Environment is very cool.Cons:Desserts could be better ( there are more than 20 kind, none of them actually tasty. Instead, it would be much better to have only one but tasty!There is no place you can swim in shadow. Could be better if you could add roof & umbrella partially on swimming pools.Dj in underground Disco is the best to ruin every music, no idea what he is doing.

We spent our family holiday here in August 2024. It is a very good hotel, not 5 star though, perfect for kids, distant from city life. Pay attention to humidity, it can bother many and be hard to breathe. If you are not coming with kids, go elsewhere. This is a sort of place you want to go nowhere from. Taxis are expensive and there are not many things around. Here are some remarks we would like to share.Positive: perfect beach with kids playground, a lot of greenery, nice pastry in Café Sultan, animation for kids in the evening. Pools for kids are Aquapark are great.Negative: smaller rooms without a proper cable shower, dining space is terrible, crowded (often hard to find a table) and dispersed, frustrating when you need to get a fork, knife, glass or food. Food is repetitive but not that bad.
