We visited this hotel during the summer holidays. I can highly recommend him.Upon arrival, we were immediately warmly welcomed and accommodated in a wonderful room. The gentleman helped us with our suitcases and showed us how the air conditioning works, etc.The food is excellent, be it lunch, dinner, breakfast... always a lot of food to choose from, a grill outside in the garden and wonderful desserts. Snack and ice cream during the day. You can also eat right on the beach.The beach is beautiful, clean, the sea is warm with a gradual entrance, there are plenty of sunbeds, showers, toilets, refreshments everywhere.The hotel has a wonderful garden to relax in, as well as plenty of swimming pools, sunbeds, a pool for adults and an agua park.Every night in the theater there is a program for children and then a fun program for adults.From the hotel you can walk to Konakli for the markets or take a bus to Alanya. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.We were 3 adults and 2 children and we all really enjoyed our vacation. Hotel, location, food, staff, everything was just perfect. We will definitely return to Hotel Turtaş ❤️

The hotel is very nice, its room capacity and cleanliness, its location and the fact that the hotel is right next to the beach, the garden, the pools, the pool capacities according to age, the beach is very nice, the restaurant is spotless, the food, desserts, fruits, etc., a wide variety of drinks, very beautiful views in the hotel garden, the bungalow houses in the hotel garden facing the sea are very sweet, the staff is friendly, especially Thank you very much to the friendly Mehmet Çavuş who is in the hotel management. He is a nice person for his hospitality. Everything was great. We enjoyed our holiday. I hope we will be there again with my family next season.

Very nice hotel and service. A rich complex with plenty to do.The minuses: a lot of cats that are everywhere, including the restaurant. And Russians - just like cats, they are everywhere.

I have been choosing this hotel for 4 years. The only reason why I chose it is the price and performance 👍 the cleanliness and food tastes satisfy me. The Aquapark is enough for me, the staff is solution-oriented, the cleaning is much better than the hotels I have been to before, I think you will not regret it if you choose it....

It was our very first family vacation and i don't have what to compare but i can say we had the time of our lives.We had everything we needed.The rooms was clean.Our room was 2 meters from one of the pools which was very convinient for a family with 3 kids.The slides were great.The food was amazing.Waiters were good,entertaiment was great,kids activities were very fun.All of the stuff were amazing. They took care of every our need.We will definetly come again.

🏖🏝 Our honeymoon was almost spent on an island in paradise, thanks to Club Turtaş. Great food, great service and friendly staff. You don't realize how the day went thanks to the activities. Highly recommended.

This was my third stay in Turkey and it was definitely the best of all.Hotel- quick check-in- beautiful big room with sea view- room equipment without damage- perfect cleaning serviceAll inclusive program- good variety (except for meat and desserts)- very appreciated that there was always enough of everything, even 15 minutes before the end of opening hours- always some food and drink available, morning, noon and evening in the main restaurant, all day on the beach and afternoon snacksBeach- clean beach right next to the hotel- plenty of space on the beach at any time- unbroken deckchairs- nice beach bar without loud music- clean toilets for all day- plenty of food and drink availableSwimming pools- children's pools with water slides, no queues at all- large pool for everyone- a relaxing smaller pool in the garden among lots of greenery adult onlyAll the staff were very nice, helpful at any time of the day.The only dissatisfaction was the paid wifi. Although it was really expensive, it didn't work much in most places in the hotel, especially not in the room. For the price, we would expect working wifi.

Great hotel for 4 stars! Hotel is near the city and shoping center! In my opinion - food was prety good and delicious. I stayed in this hotel for 1 week and I think this is enough for me. So it is necessary to spend your vacation in this hotel!

We overall had a very nice stay. There are some minor issues, that could be fixed.In the all inclusive program, drinks are served by a barman into extremely small cups, which demands you to run back and forth for refills and causes long queues at each bar. At the beach, this was really uncomfortable, as you can't just drink up properly and have to run and wait for refills in the extreme heat. A self-service station or larger cups would in the end benefit even the staff, as it would release some workload.The internet connection throughout the hotel would deserve a serious update. The lobby WiFi is unstable and the lobby is constantly full of people trying to get online. We paid for room WiFi access, but the signal didn't even reach our room, so we felt a little robbed.In the restaurant, cutlery is set on the tables, but when the tables are rotated, the cutlery isn't refilled in time, so we repeatedly struggled to find a table with a fork to eat with. We don't blame the waiting staff for this, I don't see a way how they could keep up with the speed of rotation at that many tables. It would be nice to set up a station where you can just grab your cutlery yourself.I would like to end with the positives. The room was comfortable, clean and fairly big, and was cleaned properly each day. The AC unit was strong, which is much appreciated.The food was amazing offering plenty to choose of. I really enjoyed the variety of traditional desserts, and we would like to give a big shoutout to the gözleme stand. The lady making them was super nice, and it was a very comforting snack to have by the pool or on the beach.The hotel is extremely child friendly and can get loud at times, but as a childfree couple, we much appreciated the 16+ relax pool, located in beautiful garden occupied by local cats and birds.Beach was equipped with plenty of loungers and the beach staff did their best to keep the beach clean. The beach bar offers some generic snacks and a small variety of fruit and salads.We had a positive experience and would come back or recommend the place to others. We would like to say thank you to the staff for being kind and helpful and for making our stay pleasant!
