A lovely trip down Galle Road. The resort is situated by the sea with a calming sound of Ocean. The food is exceptional along with the drinks. Further, rooms are spacious and luxurious giving asense of comfortability for pure serenity and pleasure..

Terrible hotel, we had breakfast and dinner, there were very few people, for dinner instead of a buffet they gave us three shrimp and that was it, we came for breakfast and there wasn’t any, although everything was paid for

Can give overall 4 star.Good place to for family and friends day out or stay in.Food is ok, not a variety of options.Rooms are very large, nicely designed.Open to the beach.

Nice Hotel with good customer care... Very supportive staff.. Specially in the restaurant.. We were offered a ocean view room for normal room rate. Specious luxury & clean room with clean bathroom. Got early check in and late checkout. Everything was perfect except the food.. Very small buffet with less food choices. Only one or two salads. Desserts were not in 5* hotel standard. They served fresh fruits, bread pudding and samolina pudding. They gave ice cream only on request. Very low budget for food. I recommend to book this beautiful hotel without food. Room only.

We recently went on a day out to Club Waskaduwa Beach Resort & Spa and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.Starting with the positives, the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and the pool area was decent. However, the positives end there.The food was terrible and left much to be desired. The variety and quality were both very poor, making the dining experience quite unpleasant.To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the buffet area was not working, creating an uncomfortably hot environment. We had to sit outside to escape the heat, which was not ideal.Additionally, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful, which further added to our dissatisfaction.Overall, while the ambiance and pool were okay, the poor food quality, malfunctioning AC, and subpar customer service make it hard to recommend Club Waskaduwa.

I would not recommend this place for a vacation. The food was not tasty at all. I booked a full board room, and they claimed the buffet was international, but it turned out to be local cuisine more akin to what you'd find in a small restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant was poorly maintained, and some of the air conditioning units were not working, making it an uncomfortable dining experience.Rooms are not maintained properly, When I entering to the room bad smell (Moldy Smell) come out. Further, Huge noise coming from some of machine or from Air condition machine etc…Wash rooms not clean properlyThey are using WhatsApp message for internal communication instead of intercom. It is good communication method. However, they will not respond any time (Some delays) to the customer inquiries.Finally, we are un happy of hotel facilities which they provided to the local customers while they are charging considerable amount.

The hotel is facing a high risk of closure due to several critical issues. Firstly, the management is poor, which has led to subpar service quality. Hygiene standards are particularly concerning, as the conditions are unacceptable. The food quality is also very poor, and the staff fails to refill dishes once they are empty. These factors combined create an overall negative experience for guests.

My stay at Club Waskaduwa Beach Resort and Spa was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. They were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel itself is a pristine haven of luxury, with impeccably clean rooms and elegant decor that truly sets it apart. And let's not forget the dining - the food at Club Waskaduwa was simply outstanding. From the delicious breakfast options to the delectable dinner menu, every meal was a treat for the taste buds. If you're seeking a combination of top-notch service, cleanliness, and exceptional dining, this hotel is a must-visit. Five stars, no question!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmly and professionally from the front office department, they are very friendly.The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. The wooden floor are very comfortable and colour matching are also good in the room. The sea view give get me a amazing experience and the location is absolute beautiful. The restaurant serve a variety of tasty foods. Overall the stuff and service are good.
