Kirjeldus

Hotell asub India ookeani rannikul. Külastajad saavad kasutada basseini koos päikesevarjude ja lamamistoolidega, spordikeskust ja spaasalongi. Kohapeal on mitmekesise menüüga restoran ja baar. Vaba aja veetmiseks pakutakse erinevaid meelelahutusvõimalusi nagu veesport, sulgpall jm (osa teenuseid on lisatasu eest). Hotelli kõrval on liivarand. Dickwella Resort tubades on suured aknad ja mugavad voodid. Külaliste mugavuseks on privaatsed rõdud või terrassid. Osa tube on merevaatega. Kõikides tubades on televiisor, väike külmkapp ning tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus. Hommiku- ja õhtusöögiks pearestoran pakub ka Sri Lanka ja Euroopa roogasid. Lõunasöök on saadaval pizzerias.. Rannabaar on mõnus koht, kus sõpradega kokteile nautida. Hea tagasisidega hotell.

Dickwella resort is very famous for it's great location and their quality of service. I've seen so many comments regarding this and I actually experienced it. It was a lovely stay. Food was so good. They had so many varieties of food to choose. View near by the pool area was amazing. Everything was great here.

We made a last minute booking on the previous day 10 pm and lucky enough to reserve 2 rooms. Check in was quick and arranged the rooms very quickly. Special thanks to staff at front office, they were very helpful.I have rated 4 stars due to incidents took place in the main restaurant with a restaurant manager (I assumed as he was giving instructions to all waiters).When we (6 people) went to dinner, restaurant manager tried to move 2 Chinese ladies who were eating in a big table to accommodate us. Hence It was unprofessional and rude to move someone who was eating, we informed that we will go to another table.Next day at breakfast we requested a waiter if it is possible to take some snacks for out son as he did not eat breakfast at buffet, he said yes, sure and brought a box. We put some cakes and buns to the box from buffet. Later restaurant manager came and spoke in very high tone, that we cannot take food outside, and took the box away. The waiter who gave the box also was confused and asked "you cant?". So later waiter told that he will send some snacks in a plate as room service. It's better to resolve what you allow and do not allow with the staff, instead of embarrassing your guests.

The experience on our stay at Dickwella Resort and Spa was a great experience.Very friendly staff always ready to help us without any hesitation. Food was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Clean swimming pool was excellent. Sorrounding sea beach gives guests a beautiful atmosphere and a clean breath.I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel any local or overseas guest.Entire hotel team is very flexible for all of our request.I wish them all the success.

It is a peaceful and lovely location. The surrounding beach is amazing. It is worth it to walk around and explore the scenery.The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there are a few issues. The ACs are old and our fan did not work properly.Service is accommodating, but a bit lax and slow at times. Pleasant though.

Had a really pleasant stay. We arrived late to the hotel but actually managed to enjoy the stay there.The view was the highlight as the beach was great despite the rough sea. You can have lovely sea-bath and a dip in the large pool by the sea.They had live music after dinner at a roof top kinda place with breathtaking night time views which really was amazing.Staff was great and accommodating.Food was actually better than expected as per the reviews and had a large variety and great taste.Hotel had lots of facilities ( but we could have used a little more introduction about the facilities it had , for example things like mini golf )Issues come with the room. We were provided a room with a view half obstructed by their seafood restaurant-Bay Watch which was disappointing. And the room amenities were too dated and could use an upgrade, specially the locks.The most disturbing thing was the parking which was considerably far away from the reception and had to carry the luggage from there. Could have used some sort of a shuttle service atleast, as the reception had no clue the difficulties faced by the guests when checking in as it can make a bad first impression.But altogether it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay ❤️

I recently went on a outing to Dickwella Resort organizing with the office. The location is stunning and has great surroundings with 3 sides of the hotel open to the beach. Have a great view of the calming sea from the dining area. The architecture of the hotel and the rooms are bit old looking but it looks nice. We went on a weekend there where no much guests as I noticed. The staff is also very helpful and friendly with the guests. The rooms are fine and the facilities are also super 👌. We booked full board and the meals were also delicious. Recommended for a visit. 💯
