A very nice hotel

You are completely. We are relaxing now. The bar has not been replenished for 3 days, what a disgrace. There are no seats at the sea by 8 o'clock. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, too, as at the sea, there are few seats. Maximum 5-10 tables and then they take them and you wait. We expected better. Not this.

I stayed in the new building in the back.
It's one of the hotels I've been happy with.

Great experience 😃 We enjoyed every day of our stay! Highly recommend for every family with kids. The place was great! The service excellent and the food delicious! Beautiful beach and crystal clear waters! We had a great time here!

The hotel is beautiful in general, but I will give a low grade to this hotel because of the ridiculous behaviour of the people working in the animation, Altuğ Arda, who works in the animation, they constantly came and asked for Instagram, they asked for a number, Altuğ, they constantly tried to take me to the club, so such things are very bad, he took my number and wrote to me at night, they sent ridiculous messages to him, they wanted to meet outside, there are animators who make such high-quality ridiculous moves, I was waiting for this hotel at a more elite level, in short, the animation staff could have been better, but I also consider my complaint. And I will never come to this hotel on this holiday again.

I had an amazing time during my stay, thanks to the incredible animation team! Every day was full of fun, energy, and great memories.
Mert truly stands out with his fantastic energy and warm attitude – always smiling and making sure everyone feels involved and happy.
Emrah, the animation chief, is very professional and runs the team perfectly. You can clearly see how well-coordinated everything is under his leadership.
Altuğ is full of life and always comes up with fun games and shows that everyone enjoys.
Mehmet is friendly and very active – he’s always around to chat, dance, or just make you laugh.
Arda is super creative and talented, especially during the shows – very impressive performances!
Julia brings an international touch with her elegance and kindness, always helpful and sweet.
Alina has such a warm presence – always dancing, smiling, and making sure guests are enjoying themselves.
The whole animation team works with such harmony and positive energy. Thanks to them, we never had a dull moment. Big thanks to everyone – you made our holiday unforgettable!

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff in every department were kind and professional.
One person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Mert from the animation team. His energy, positive attitude, and friendly personality brought so much joy to our days. He always made sure everyone felt included in the activities and was having fun. Whether it was games by the pool, evening shows, or simply chatting with guests, Mert was always there with a big smile and great spirit.
He is truly a star and a big reason why we would love to return to this hotel again. Thank you, Mert, for making our holiday so special!

The resort in overall is a very good one. Ihas spatious superior rooms, very clean ones, delicious food, but laacks a loot in service and beverages. Its strongest point is the location, cleanness, and nature. Its weakest point is the service . The sevice is terrible. Miscommunication, arrogant attitude from the staff starting from the reception to each and every bar in the resort. I would not reccomend for this issue, as it is a crucial point in your treatment as a guest.
