We had a very nice room with a sea view. The location on the beach was also good.The problem is the cats in the hotel, which run around everywhere and shed their hair, which caused allergic reactions in my wife. Complaints are ignored. Birds were having fun in the rice pot on the terrace, which is just disgusting.Drinks ran out and were not replenished (Campari or Guinness).The hotel is only suitable for cat lovers who are not sensitive.An additional star just for the great room, the rest, as described, cannot be accepted.

Türkiye DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-KemerJuly air 35-40°, water 27°About 50 minutes from Antalya Airport, with a view of the mountain range, is the Hilton Kemer, which is often declared 5 stars but realistically 4 stars. It is a small, very compact hotel and not a resort. All the normal requirements of a holiday hotel are met here in a small space. There is no garden area that invites you to linger and walks on the beach are not possible here either. It is a sloping, 2 meter wide and 100% pebble beach. There is no sand, it goes straight into the depths and the gravel becomes inaccessible without shoes at lunchtime. The lounge area (no cushions) is completely floorboarded, clean, guarded and secured by lifeguards. The hotel offers a great location, renovated rooms, outdoor and indoor pool, wellness & spa, restaurants, small shops and numerous bar and culinary oases/original fast food areas. GREAT taste!! The staff at the lobby bar and restaurant are friendly, respectful and courteous. It doesn't bother us, but the hotel is almost 90% occupied by Russians and the concept also seems to us to be designed for Russian guests. This certainly ensures good occupancy, but it tends to deter other potential guests and experience has shown that this is not good for any hotel in the long term. We did not see any instructions, a tour guide or contact person for excursions from our travel partner TUI. The new TUI app doesn't help. Flight times, excursions, test????? Other providers have offered us much better service in the past. Zero support, zero service from TUI. We took all of our money back with us for planned trips. In theAt the hotel, the friendly, German-speaking employee Sibel helps the few German guests as best she can. Several inquiries from the hotel did not result in any contact being made. Unfortunately, the hotel's well-thought-out hygiene concept is rendered absurd by the ignorance of the predominantly Russian and Ukrainian guests. The daily evening shows have a professional character and are worth visiting. Stayed during our stayThe hotel's own sound system at the pool and on the beach is at a pleasant level. From 3 p.m. onwards, however, an incredible bass boomed every day from the neighboring hotel with beats at the threshold of pain. Our duplex/maisonette suite is very clean,is hygienically cleaned daily, has comfortable beds/mattresses and functional, tidy furnishings. One small drawback should be changed: the window in the upper room cannot be folded and offers a direct view of the beds in the lower area. A blind would make sense here. The upper room does not have a window with an outside view, but has its own air conditioning and a second bathroom. WiFi is free throughout the hotel. The menu is varied, tasty and of high quality. Sunday is fish day with a fantastic selection of fish and shellfish. Our tip:Lobby Mickey & Brown's coffee and cake specialties.Our conclusion: In our opinion, suitable for families with children aged 14 and over and the hotel has a bit of a party feel. But it could also be due to the many Russians. Despite it:Thumbs up, keep it up and in the futuregood luck to the house.👍

In general, I was satisfied with everything, I didn't like the interesting and delicious food, but the lunches were generally the same concept, so it got boring after a few days. It was nice to have a different show every day.

Had a great stay at the Double tree, room very clean and comfortable bed, food quality was excellent and clearly labelled for food allergies, branded drinks served on all inclusive, varied entertainment at night, pool area keped beautifully clean. Food trucks a great idea, staff were very attentive and friendly without being intrusive, special thanks to Ali and Berivan for looking after us. Great holiday thank you 👏👏

Just wow, what an amazing hotel. The staff are an absolute dream team they couldn't do enough for you. The food was extensive and fresh, something for everyone. Definitely going back later in the year. Highly recommended 💯

It was a dream Holiday! The Staff here is incredibly friendly and always in a good mood! Also the Hotel Manager can be seen several times a day all over the Hotel area, chatting with the guests and supervising all processes!The rooms a very spacious! We would recommend Mountain view rooms for families with children, as they are very quiet. There are excellent shows every night until 10:30 pm and these might be a bit noisy, if you have a seeview room and want to go to bed before this time.Food is excellent: Breakfast with a Big variety and freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch with various very good options (street Food concept with various little „Trucks“), especially the Burgers and Asian Food is very good.In the evening, Dinner is under various topics, we enjoyed specially the seafood night and the Turkish night.There are many bars all over the area. Er enjoyed the evenings in the Sea View Branson Bars, where you have excellent bar keepers and a great variety of Cocktails, including Fizz Cocktails with egg white. In addition international branded Spirits are used, so excellent Taste and no fear of headache.The Pool area is perfect for children, as half of the area is max. 40cm Deep. There are nice waterslides and a Big swimming area, where also workout activities are offered. Not to forget Sauna and Hamam in the Spa area.If you want to get sweets in the afternoon, there are plenty of choices: Ice cream, self made chocolate, cakes, Cookies, all very delicious.For Kids there is a supervised Kids Club and playing area with very nice staff.Also the beach front area with private Beach is very nice and you can swim in crystal clear waters, as the Beach consists mainly of little stones and no Sand.And After a day full of activities, you can relax at the live piano and saxophone at the Main bar in the lobby.I can only strongly recommend the hotel and the staff, always ready to go an extra mile for their guests!

I’m not even staying at this hotel and it’s inconsiderate “entertainment” policy leads me to write a complaint. We’re staying in the hotel next door and haven’t been able to sleep for two night due to the absolutely ridiculous volume their bands, djs and karaoke is being played at. It’s so loud that we can hear it clearly in our room 200 or so meters away with the window closed.I can’t imagine how loud it is for the people actually staying at this hotel 🤯

Hotel is really nice, so nice that we didn’t leave on our 7day trip. Great food choice and quality, great staff that were really friendly. We have a baby and the high chairs throughout the hotel restaurant offering came with a bib, spoon, wet wipes and mat.. never seen that before, so helpful!! We also had photos taken by the hotel photographer and he made such an effort to capture some great moments, we didn’t bother with excursions but instead came away with wonderful memories!
