We spent 8 days in the hotel. In general, the hotel is in need of general renovation, it is clear that its heyday passed several years ago. The room was clean, although the furniture, installations and equipment were outdated. There was a problem with water in our room, when we turned on the tap, the water came out dirty with particles of sand, and after about a minute we were able to wash ourselves. Water pressure very low. The air conditioning worked, but was very noisy, which may disturb some people while sleeping. The floor in the room is washed every day, towels are replaced with clean ones and a 1.5 liter bottle of water is provided. The appearance of the room is poor, the walls are chipped, there is a gap between the entrance door and the frame, a very old bathroom - but no mold or vermin.The food is monotonous, with little choice, especially for Europeans. Coffee in jugs (no coffee machine), fruit served whole (bananas, kaki, pomegranate, oranges - a different fruit every day, not all at once ;) ). There was nothing crazy about eating, but you didn't go hungry.The drinks are very weak - there are practically none. Mixed two types of juices with local vodka. Snacks only at the pool bar from 4-5 p.m., usually some pizza or fries. Interestingly, beer is free from 1:00 p.m.The swimming pool and sunbeds are fine, the hotel area is clean and well-kept (despite the visible age of the complex). The biggest advantage is the descent to the sea in the form of a cliff and a coral reef. You won't find a sandy beach here, most of it is packed with sand and gravel just to be able to put a deck chair. There are large stones about 30-40 m deep into the sea, so I do not recommend hiking apart from walking along the wooden platform/pier. At the end of the platform there is a cliff in the water, on the slope of which there is a reef. The water is very clear, you can clearly see the bottom about 10 m below us, there are lots of colorful fish. It's definitely worth going snorkeling.The animations are the same every day: darts, table tennis. In the evening there is usually a performance by local "singers" or karaoke.The dominant language in the hotel is Russian. 90% of guests are Russians and Ukrainians. You can communicate in English, but there's nothing crazy about it. Anyone who has had contact with these nations knows that they are not good at culture. You can also see the better treatment of these guests.Our departure from the hotel to the airport was scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Check-out is until 12:00. After checking out, our all-inclusive wristbands were cut off at the reception and we were unable to use the bars or dinner. After this time, you are strangers to them (unless you pay extra).The latter dotted the i's. After the first day, we felt like returning to Poland, but with each passing day we gained distance from it all. To sum up, I do not recommend this hotel, unless for very good money and for people who do not care about the appearance of the hotel. Would I go back to this place? Definitely not, I have no comparison with other hotels in Egypt, but for the standard, e.g. Greek, it deserves 2*. Fortunately, we did not suffer "pharaoh's revenge", but at first glance I was convinced that this would happen.

We were there at the beginning of September and felt very comfortable.The rooms and the facility were always very clean. The water was crystal clear and the temperatures were excellent. There was nothing to complain about overall. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.But I would particularly like to highlight Tina. She gave us the feeling of being “among friends” from the first minute on.Tina, if you're reading this, you've made your vacation even sweeter. Thank you for that.We would love to come back.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location, with easy access to Sunny Beach itself and St Vlas, without being in the more crowded areas.The rooms are very comfortable and most have sea views.The amenities are good and accessible.We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Service and Ideal Location.I was impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail. The hotel is in a great location, close to local attractions, and the beach is clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Spent 10 days at the resort from end of September into October. End of Bulgarian season so some of the facilities such as the beach bar and Tides grill were not open. The rest I can not fault, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location and views from the hotel were lovely.

We found most of the staff courteous and more than happy to help. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful especially if we needed more items in our room. Reception staff also good and nothing too much trouble.Restaurant staff the same really helpful.Some of the bar staff seemed less than enthusiastic but possibly due to the long hours they work.The facilities were good but we found the swimming pools too cold to enjoy the sea was warmer. Not many people used the pools. Some floor tiles near the pool areas raised or broken hopefully these get repaired soon.The food on offer was plentiful ,the salads and fruit selection really good. Plenty of choice at every meal time.We missed the 1st evening meal due to flight been delayed and had sandwiches from the coffee shop area. Not great the bread was very dry possibly been stored all day in the fridge area.Our room size was great over looking the pools,gardens and sea. Sunny Beach at night was very well lit up and this hotel is within easy reach of Sunny Beach with bus stops close by.The downside in the room which affected our sleep, noisy air-conditioning, plastic covered pillows and mattress protector plastic as well.Man made quilt meant it was uncomfortable to sleep well.The sheets and pillow cases were OK but using plastic protection on the bed and pillows were not good. That is the only reason for the low score on the room.

This hotel is beautifully presented both internally & externally. Well maintained both for cleanliness and efficient staff who make an impressive multilingual attempt as the native language is too complex, their efforts were appreciated.The international cuisine was varied and of a good standard. Plenty of options to choose from for the diverse tastes. Available from early morning to late evening.The pools were well maintained amongst stunning coastal views. Plenty of sun beds & parasols to accommodate with daily fresh towels on hand.The room was spacious, comfortable with plenty of storage and the shower was as powerful as a hydro massage spa.Daily housekeeping was provided including refreshments, toiletries, bath robes & slippers.The location is peaceful and the main centre is a short walk away along the private beach.Who could ask for more?
