We were very satisfied during our stay. The staff was courteous and friendly. The beach is a quick walk away. The breakfast is excellent with an endless variety of dishes!
The pool area is beautifully landscaped and in perfect condition. We have absolutely no complaints. We'll definitely see you again! Thank you very much.

Second time, but only for a cappuccino and friends. Everyone was happy!

The location is within walking distance of Jomtien Bus Station. The room was reasonably priced. Songthaews are also available for easy access.

This hotel is good. It is small but has complete facilities. The atmosphere in the hotel is luxurious. The breakfast is delicious. The balcony in the room has a beautiful view. The bathroom is clean and luxurious. The bed is comfortable. But the room smells of cigarettes. I would like to improve the cigarette smell. But overall, it is very good.

Perfect Stay at Fifth Pattaya Jomtien – Highly Recommended!

Our experience at Fifth Pattaya Jomtien was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, spacious rooms that are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the quiet atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxing.

The pool area is stunning — peaceful, clean, and beautifully landscaped, perfect for a swim or lounging with a drink. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a great variety of fresh, delicious dishes.

The location is ideal — close to the beach, restaurants, and markets, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every need.

Fifth Pattaya Jomtien truly offers 5-star service at great value. We can’t wait to return. One of the best hotels in Pattaya!

I had an amazing stay at Beachside Hotel in Pattaya(fifth jomtien ) The location is perfect — just steps away from the beach with stunning ocean views. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or exploring the local area, everything you need is right here. I can't wait to come back again!

A very nice modern design hotel with great swimming pool and play ground for kids.
Nice breakfast with omelette and noodle station. Very clean room and good service. Very good price for this quality

Update **

We left on day 2 of our 6 day stay and headed back to Bangkok. Our shower had exposed wires hanging down from the ceiling and the room they moved my daughter too still had a damp smell. We found out why, the showers do not drain so the water sits in the floor and floods the bathrooms. The manager was lovely and so understanding and sorry. She gave us a refund on the days we didn’t stay. For this reason I’ve rated the staff better than I initially did, but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. Outside is tatty and the tables/stretchers have seen better days.

Mosquitos are a real issue here. The room was full of them, not sure if they breed in the water trays of the air con but we switched it off and seem to have a lot less than the first day. The beds are hard but it didn’t bother me.

The on site restaurant food was ok, service intermittent but it wasn’t horrendous.

Location is amazing, just a stones throw from the beach, but so far that’s the only positive. I try and leave fair reviews but upon arrival we waiting at the desk (5staff working) for 8 minutes before we were acknowledged. We booked this hotel as they have a fitness suite, yet at no stage in all our messages did they inform us it was closed so we could move hotels. We are also facing onto a construction site so there is constant noise and building going on. One of the rooms smells of damp really bad and we are split across 2 floors. Considering we booked this months ago, it’s been poorly placed. As a hotel owner myself, I’m truly disappointed. We were given room keys and when we got to our room it was still being serviced.
