A really recommended hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and nothing is missing. The food is very good...always fresh and above all!!!!Very clean in the dining area!!! I've had a completely different experience in more expensive hotels. There is a lot of staff...so everything is always taken care of.The rooms could be a little cleaner...but we couldn't complain here either. It was okPool area very clean, with animation. If you prefer something quieter, you can use the quieter pool area.There are always enough loungers available...no matter when you come.There are lifeguards at the main pool and in the slide area... I've never experienced anything like that before. Whether you need it... but it's kind of cool.All in all it was a great stay

A really great hotel... great for families.The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious.The sandy beach is about 5 minutes away. Compared to the other beaches, this beach is ideal for building sand castles with the children :-)

Unfortunately, the children's beds were only cots and completely uncomfortable. The parents' beds were good. We stayed in the neighboring hotel “Georgioupolis Suites”.

This stay will remain unforgettable for me. I was very satisfied from A to Z. The range and quality of the food was amazing, there was something for everyone. The service and friendliness of the staff (from the cleaner to the manager) is first class. We were here with a couple who were friends and had a small daughter. That's why I would particularly like to emphasize the commitment of the animators. Everyone did a great job from morning to evening. A special thanks goes to Isabell. She always made a special effort, from face painting to the mini disco and even at the daily activities, she was always there with an incredibly friendly demeanor and a good mood. The kids always felt particularly comfortable with her, keep it up. By the way, the sea can be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot and has an incredibly beautiful, clean beach! Highly recommended!!!!!

What a treasure Georgioupolis Resort is! The lovely pool area was a delight, and the apartments were spacious and clean. My kids' favorite part was the aqua park; they didn't want to leave!

Great hotel and staff. Reception staff need a bit more training (restaurant booking for children, late check out) , also they should accept credit card for beach towels deposit instead of sending customers to a cash machine search in full sun.... Hotel manager is very very good. Water park is great but they should really forbid people smoking there. WiFi is all right.

Egyptian style of service in Greece.At this hotel, you will fight every time for normal service and your rights.The location is not so perfect - they have a few rooms with a "sea view". The best view is in the pic attached. But the beach is 300 m from the hotel. The hotel is based in front of the main road and is so noisy.According to hotel rules A la Carte restaurant should be booked one day in advance max. But all of them were booked for one week ahead. The administration didn't know how it was possible.The beach with clean and soft sand and kids' aquapark are two big advantages.The hotel, for sure, is not 5*. 3.8 stars max. Service is awful and rated under 2*.Mostly focused host to German-speaking tourists (including kid' animation).There is another hotel nearby - Georgioupolis Suites. Positioning as with a higher level of service. But rooms there are smaller than in Georgioupolis Resort Aqua Park and SPA.

Wonderful concept, with its own private beach, 2 excellent pools and a mini aquaparc. The evening shows and activities were top notch, special thanks to Nikoleta for her amazing work as animator, including the morning yoga sessions on the beach. Unfortunately the food (the warm plates) in the buffet didn’t match the high quality of the hotel (the drinks, incl juices and wine, despite being paid, were of very poor quality), neither breakfast nor dinner, but the a la carte restaurants are delicious and offer an amazing experience. The gym could use some renovation. Regardless, we had a great time, efharisto to all!

Damn near perfect. Rooms were like 95 per ent clean but on the whole I fully recommend. Best buffet food I have had in any hotel in europe, superb watermark, superb private beach. Best resort holiday I have had

The location of the hotel is good,a little bit far from Heraklion Airport, but clise to Chania.The beach is close and there are a couple of pools. The hotel is clean and was cleaned on a daily basis. The staff was always really nice and helpful.In the restaurant the food was always refilled and with a huge variety, always with fresh fruits as well. What i didn't really liked that the drinks were not self service.In total is a good hotel I really recommend it for families as well.
