The Hotel Palacio de Isora is a true oasis of luxury and tranquility. From the moment you arrive, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. However, what truly stands out is the impeccable level of service offered in all areas of the hotel.In particular, the Red Level restaurant deserves special mention. Lorenzo, one of the staff members, is distinguished by his professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. His ability to anticipate guests' needs and offer personalized recommendations elevates the dining experience to another level. Every meal at Red Level is a unique experience, largely thanks to Lorenzo's care and dedication.On the other hand, the team at the Agave restaurant, which serves lunch by the pool, also deserves recognition. During our stay, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality, making each lunch special. The staff is attentive and always ready to ensure that every meal is perfect, whether you're enjoying a light dish or a full lunch.In summary, Hotel Palacio de Isora not only offers first-class facilities but also excels in its exceptional staff. Both at the Red Level restaurant, with Lorenzo leading the way, and at the Agave restaurant, every meal is an experience you will fondly remember.

A little disappointed with the hotel. I expected more.
It is a pleasure to share my experience at the Meliá Palacio de Isora Hotel, in Tenerife. My family, consisting of 4 children and 2 adults, enjoyed an exceptional stay in the Red Level section, from August 10 to 18. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and made to feel at home by the Red Level team. This was our first time at this hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations.The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable environment for the whole family. We tried the food from all the restaurants, including the buffet, and overall it was pretty good. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, which was an ideal choice for the family due to its cozy atmosphere and delicious food offerings.One aspect to improve is the restaurant hours, since the kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m., which means that orders are not accepted after that time. This can be inconvenient, especially in Spain, where you dine later. Extending hours would allow you to enjoy a relaxed dinner without the pressure of closure.I recommend that families reserve their lunches and dinners upon arrival at the hotel to avoid setbacks. The hotel staff was a highlight of our stay. Every member of the team, from reception to housekeeping, restaurants and entertainment team, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication, making our first experience at this hotel special.The recreational facilities are impressive, with the largest infinity pool in Europe as one of the jewels. We enjoy unforgettable moments in a quiet environment. Also, the spa is spectacular; We sought out Cristina's massage on several occasions, and it was one of the best we have experienced. The spa is a true oasis of relaxation.As for hammocks, it is true that it can be difficult to find one available after 10:00. I suggest numbering the hammocks in the Red Level areas and distributing them evenly, preventing some guests from reserving them for days in a row. Additionally, it would be helpful to have staff supervising these areas, as many hammocks sit empty for hours with just a towel.Overall, our stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. I want to make a special mention to some employees who provided us with exceptional service: Kenyori, Naomi from Red Level Family, Eduardo and Lorenzo from La Terraza Red Level Only Adults restaurant, Mohamed from Oasis restaurant, and Raico, Fran and the Red Level team Family. My gratitude extends to the entire hotel team, from the reception to those responsible for the restaurant, swimming pool, cleaning, spa and entertainment areas. Everyone contributed to making our experience unforgettable, demonstrating that the hotel's success is based on solid teamwork.I have read some negative reviews about this hotel that I do not agree with. It is unfair to discredit the work of so many people who strive to offer high quality service. For us, this was a fantastic experience that we would recommend without hesitation.

The Worst Experience at a 5-Star Hotel !I paid nearly 2500 EUR for a room in a 5-star hotel for three adults for six days—specifically opting for a Front Ocean View because the photos showed a beautiful view of the ocean, perfect for relaxing on the balcony. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked (a month in advance!) was not available. Instead, we were given an "upgrade" to a Red Level room. I’m not sure what exactly this upgrade was supposed to entail, because the view from our balcony while sitting on the chairs was as you can see in the attached photo...The room was supposed to accommodate three adults, yet the third adult was forced to sleep on what was grandly referred to as a sofa, but was actually more like a chaise lounge. And then there were the cockroaches scurrying around the bathroom, which seems to be a standard feature of this hotel... though I must apologize, as just a few days earlier we stayed at another hotel (with no stars at all), and there were no bugs running around there.Some might argue that I should have reported these issues to the staff, but honestly, why should I have to? Don’t they have eyes? Don’t they think when assigning rooms? Can’t they see who is arriving and what they’ve paid for?Oh, and one more thing—the pool might be the longest in Europe, but it’s filled with saltwater, which was not mentioned on the hotel’s main website.That said, I must give credit where it’s due—the hotel staff, especially those responsible for maintaining our room, were simply wonderful. They were courteous, attentive, and did their best to make our stay comfortable, despite the disappointing conditions.In summary, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a supposed 5-star hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone, despite the excellent service from the housekeeping staff.

The service, led by Beatriz Vega and her talented team, exceeded all our expectations.From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that made our experience memorable. Beatriz Vega and her team show exceptional dedication in providing high-quality service, ensuring every detail was perfect.Each dish we tried was a work of art, both in presentation and flavor, and the service team worked in a coordinated and efficient manner to make our experience outstanding. The passion and commitment of Beatriz and her team are reflected in every interaction, making the Agave restaurant a true gem.I highly recommend visiting the Agave restaurant. The experience provided by Beatriz Vega and her team is simply unmatched.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience, especially in terms of service and food.From the beginning, the buffet was a complete nightmare. There were long queues to access the food, which was frustrating in itself, but the worst part was when I was finally assigned a table. It was completely dirty, with the previous customer's dishes still not cleared. This level of neglect in cleanliness is unacceptable and created a very poor impression from the start.Moreover, the employees seemed completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. While I understand that during peak season there can be a high influx of guests, the hotel should have anticipated this and hired enough staff to adequately attend to all the customers. For the price we paid, one would expect a much more efficient and personalized service.The overcrowding was not only evident in the restaurant but also in other areas of the hotel, such as the pool. It was practically impossible to find an available sunbed due to the large number of people. This excessive number of guests in all the facilities significantly impacted the overall experience negatively.

The hotel is palatial in appearance and has a fabulous feeling to it. The room we had was big but a tad shabby, bath panel broken and marks on the bathroom surfaces. The bed was large and comfortable and the balcony was lovely even though we overlooked the staff parking area. The staff were all helpful and several were totally wonderful. You need their app for booking restaurants other than the main one, it was tedious trying to get bookings as spaces only open for two days ahead. The infinity pool was stunning, not heated and salt water. Not enough sunbeds or parasols as people would bag them with towels early😔. All the food was great to exceptional. We needed a gentle week to unwind and it was perfect. The gym and spa were well worth a visit too.
