I haven't written a review in a long time, but I want to prevent discerning tourists from choosing this hotel. I knew that this is not a luxury segment, but it's somehow strange to see paid fresh drinks in self-respecting hotels of this price segment. I could go on, but I'm too lazy, I came to rest :)

A hotel for families with children. Animation, water park. The territory is large, but it is somehow not noticeable (since more than half is occupied by residential buildings - this is a green zone. The housing stock is very good). Several bars (each with its own working hours). On the beach "bar" - these are several "beer-water" kiosks. Toilets on the beach were also an unpleasant surprise, for a hotel with such "stars" - old, at the level of a public beach, often - not clean and there are few of them (!). Evening shows - very weak (it is obvious that they try, but it is not interesting). Sometimes live music / bands perform - here as luck would have it)). Food - as everywhere - not brilliant but good. The pool area is pleasant. The staff work at a high level (polite and courteous) the language of communication is English, some understand and speak Russian (but not much). In general: a family and pensioner hotel. Sometimes boring, but for those who like this kind of rest - good.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. We (2 adults, 4 children under 6) were initially given a room on the third floor without an elevator, far from the restaurant and the hotel's center. The hygiene was poor – neither the rooms nor the cutlery in the restaurant were clean. When I asked for a different room, I was told the hotel was overbooked and I would have to pay extra for a change. Ultimately, I had no choice but to pay an additional €500 for another room. This one was on the second floor and right by the pool, but it also had no elevator.

Conclusion: Never again!

We stayed at GURAL for two weeks between August and September, and everything was simply perfect. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Our room opened directly onto a huge pool — it almost felt like we had our own private pool since there were so few guests around and the pool itself was so spacious. The beach was very close and easily accessible, no need to walk for kilometers.

Sports lovers will be delighted: tennis, volleyball, basketball, and football courts are all available. Every evening there were spectacular shows, concerts, and outdoor DJs, with fireworks and endless entertainment — truly grandiose, like world-class events.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every single day and at any time, day or night.

Special mention goes to the SPA. You absolutely must try it! I had the most extraordinary massage from Jennyfer — honestly the best massage of my life. I’m not the only one who thought so. My advice: book it at the beginning of your stay, because you’ll definitely want to go back for another one. It’s worth every cent, and more.

The housekeeping staff and all the employees were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling, ready to anticipate every need.

I recommend GURAL 100/100. It’s also a real paradise for kids, with waterslides, water games, and fun activities all day long.

Bravo and thank you to the whole team — we will definitely be back!

The animation manager was very bad, very rude and indifferent. We did not like it at all. It was really the worst holiday I have ever had. I do not recommend it to anyone.

First of all, I would like to thank my brother Serkan, who drives a golf cart at night, for not letting us down and helping us every time. I would like to thank Ms. Eda and Ms. Özge at the pool bar. I would also like to thank my brother Tarık, the bartender. He touched our hearts with his glass wipe cocktail and I met court tennis here, which I tried for the first time, Rabia, who made me love tennis. Thank you madam. In general, we were very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm writing a review on the 4th day. Family holiday, with children 1,5 and 12 years old. Beautiful and well-kept, green place. Service, entertainment for adults and children, food, beach - all great for us. Thank you.

Great place for families with young kids.
The staff was great. Downside was the beach with stones and the pool room which didn't had a separate window that could be open during the night beside the balcony door, which was common with other rooms.

We booked a one-week all-inclusive stay at Güral Tekirova Premium for three families from August 4-10, 2024. Unfortunately, the experience was far from premium. The hotel has a few shaded areas, finding a comfortable spot to enjoy a cup of tea was nearly impossible. One such shaded place is the patisserie, but it is only open from 11 AM to 6 PM, and sitting there outside these hours is not allowed. The indoor areas are cramped, and there’s always a line for meals. The organization is lacking. For instance, meat products are cooked on the spot, which means you have to wait at least half an hour to get them. The boiled eggs were dirty, and guests were handling the fruits with their hands to check ripeness without any staff intervention. This level of service is simply not what we expected from a Güral hotel.

Close to the old town and shopping area.. Fantastic service.. A friendly resort for children and adults.. A water park and show, competitions, a kids club and its events, everywhere and at any time. There are restaurants, cafes, activities, and swimming pools for every area.. A family resort par excellence.. Note the family rooms. Excellent and spacious, but the master room’s cooling level is not appropriate. We submitted a request for repair or modification, but it was not done. It was not bad, but it is not suitable for those who like to sleep at a higher temperature.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The drinks were exceptional, from the wines and champagnes to the whiskey and beer, all served at a high standard. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the evening shows were entertaining. It's a fantastic retreat for families with children. Highly recommend!
