This was my first time at the hotel, but I'd choose it again. The rooms were clean, and the food was varied and delicious. There were many activities throughout the day. The animation team was always with us, and they were truly entertaining. I'd like to thank each and every one of them. I'd also like to thank Nur and Can from the animation team.

The rooms and cleanliness are passable.
The food isn't bad, you won't go hungry.
The drinks are appealing to everyone.
The entertainment is a disgrace, practically non-existent.
The biggest problem with the hotel is that only a male group is allowed in.
We've been having trouble as a family for days, and last night, one of the male members was using drugs and throwing himself on the floor. God forbid, if he does something to your child, who will be held accountable?
Sure, the financial situation is clear, but this hotel is listed as "minus".
Look, your hotel's reputation has been tarnished because of a group of men.
Now, no matter what the management tells me, this is unacceptable.

This was our first time at the Haydarpasha Palace Hotel.

Our 6-day all-inclusive holiday in Alanya was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, every detail was flawless. The hotel's overall structure, location, and amenities made every moment of our holiday enjoyable.

The food was absolutely wonderful. Every meal was varied and the flavors truly delighted our palates. The fresh and carefully prepared open buffet offered a variety of options to suit every palate.

My compliments to the chefs at the barbecue.
Everything, from desserts to main courses, was of the highest quality and delicious.

The sea was generally clean. Watching the sunset and relaxing with the sound of the waves was priceless. Similarly, the pool areas were extremely hygienic and well-maintained. Offering separate areas for both adults and children was a great advantage. Our time spent by the pool was just as enjoyable as the sea itself.

The spa center was a true haven of relaxation. Massage, sauna, and Turkish bath services provided a way to unwind from the holiday's stress. Thanks to the professional team and peaceful atmosphere, we felt refreshed both physically and mentally.

I'd also like to give a special mention to Ms. Gülhan Yıldız, who was responsible for our room cleaning. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and meticulously meticulous. Finding our room spotlessly clean and tidy every day was a true pleasure. Ms. Gülhan's sincerity and genuineness made us feel right at home. Meeting such staff is a clear indication of the hotel's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

However, despite all this, the entertainment team unfortunately fell far short of our expectations. There was no engaging program or interaction with the guests. The evening activities were extremely lackluster and offered no entertainment. Such a weak entertainment team is simply unbecoming of such a high-quality hotel.

In short, this hotel, with its services and staff, delivered a holiday experience that far exceeded our expectations. I simply believe the entertainment department needs significant improvement. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We look forward to returning soon!

This was a hotel we chose as a large family. It bears no resemblance to the photos or videos. It's truly not worth the price. We're still staying here. We wanted to go to our room tonight. Someone in the hallway, who apparently had been drinking, passed out and was having a seizure on the floor. We came to this hotel with our children. It's supposed to be a family hotel, but they only let a group of men in here for the money. Are we supposed to keep our children safe here? Our child was having a seizure, and no staff was watching without intervening. While he was banging his head on the floor, other hotel guests intervened without concern for their safety. This hotel will never be repeated. Everything is inadequate. I only mentioned this because it's an important issue. The food and such are a bit bland, but that's not even a concern. Even considering families, don't come here.

I visited this hotel at the end of May - beginning of June of this year. This is my first time visiting an all-inclusive hotel. I was very pleased with the service, all the hotel employees are very friendly, smiling and nice people. They can always make you laugh and make funny jokes. The food is very tasty and the selection is quite large. There is also a lot of entertainment. There is a gym.

A very successful and beautiful hotel. It offers a wonderful holiday experience. I think the rooms, cleanliness and food are sufficient. However, I don't know why some staff behave unattractively. The reception is very slow. Coming from the road and waiting there is unbearable. Apart from these negativities, as I said, it was a nice hotel. It is especially ideal for a family with children.

Wau was on family holiday first day had issue but hotel solve it out quick, the staff are best entertainment great, rooms nice, food is not my taste but it’s not bad, more liked the buffet near pool, I just can say this hotel deserves 5 stars no rude faces the staff always smiles, only the music/and shows should be go on till late. will be visiting again definitely. It’s like a castle I think nicest hotel around that area.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the food is good. But there is one problem. One of the pools is intended for adults, but there are a lot of children. When i choose a swimming pool without children, I want to relax in silence, but it was noisy, the children were jumping into the pool.

This hotel is a palace!! It’s beautiful inside and out, the pools are amazing for the kids. Activities day and night for kids and adults. So clean and all the staff are so polite and friendly, always willing to help and serve. On-site shop is equipped with everything you need and arcade onsite with pool, bowling and arcade games at extra cost. Watersports available at extra cost on their own beach. Water slides kept our kids entertained for hours and hours. The food is brilliant, so much choice and everything is so tasty. Only downside is the transfer from and back to airport is long approx 2.5 hours. But despite this I would 100% recommend and 1000% go back. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember forever

We had an absolutely incredible and unforgettable holiday here! The food was amazing, with so many options available and quite a few restaurants. Their splash pool, trampoline pool and slides were a huge hit with my 7 year old and my 2 year old. We will definitely be going back again

Really great family holiday destination focused on being child friendly. Just don't expect full on 5 star experience. Staff are mixed on a scale of great to indifferent. Food is OK and rooms are basic but acceptable. Cleaning is hit and miss with floors and bathroom cleaning reasonable.
