I had to visit this hotel for a wedding. It was a Thursday, and Friday was a holiday, making it a long weekend. I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 AM. At the main gate, the security guard said, 'Sir, we are fully booked today and have no parking space.' However, I saw more than five available slots. He then suggested I drop off my passengers at the entrance and follow a three-wheeler to the parking area. I agreed and followed the three-wheeler.The car parking was nearby, but the road was very narrow. The dangerous part was a railway crossing with no gates, lights, or signals, and it was located on a bend, making it hard for drivers to see oncoming trains. The parking area turned out to be near a temple, but hotel security personnel were present, so safety was okay. I had to put on my coat inside the three-wheeler because of a little rain.When I returned to the hotel by three-wheeler, I noticed the security guard was allowing newly arriving vehicles to park inside. After the event, I saw many empty slots. I guess local guests checked in after 4 PM. This was the worst experience I had at the hotel.The food was very delicious. The garden, lobby, and bathrooms were very clean and well-arranged. The pool area was especially nice, with a beautiful sea view. However, the hall looked very ancient and did not have good lighting arrangements. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel for weddings. However, it can be recommended for day trips and vacations. Overall, other services were totally okay.

A great experience, despite our very short stay. F&B quality above expectations. Still some room for improvement regarding rooms conditions, i.e. bathroom refurbishment, or renewal of mattresses and pillows. Ok to cleanliness. Hats off to the waiting staff at the breakfast room for their outstanding service, very impressed by their high level of professionalism. Would definitely recommend to both couples and families, yet imo given the adult lifestyle vibe of this property, I presume the former would feel more comfortable than the latter.

We stayed for one night on June 29th, 2024, on the company's annual trip with all the families, and it was a great experience. The location is fantastic with a beach view. There is also a large swimming pool. A special highlight was the attentive staff in the restaurant during meals; they were proactive in fulfilling our needs, often before we even asked. The staff was very friendly and kind-hearted. The food was delicious with a wide variety in the buffet. Thank you very much for your excellent hospitality. Good luck! 👍👍👍And thank you very much to the management of our company (Hayleys Aventura Pvt Ltd) for giving us an unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel.

Really enjoyed the time with my friends here. Service was incredible, food & facility excellent. Everyone from staff is super helpful and friendly. Location is great directly at a beautiful beach and with everything around. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable.

Cinnamon Hikka Tranz is a fantastic destination situated in a prime location with an excellent beach view. The rooms are a highlight, each featuring a spacious balcony that allows guests to fully appreciate the stunning sea view.The staff at Cinnamon Hikka Tranz are exceptionally friendly and provide top-notch hospitality. Their attention to detail was evident when they decorated our room to welcome us, knowing we were there to celebrate a birthday. This thoughtful gesture added a special touch to our stay.Overall, Cinnamon Hikka Tranz offers a wonderful experience with its beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway

Wonderful place, food is amazing,Usually I skip all the desserts stuff in other buffets. But due to food was so good I gave a try in desserts as well. And it was so good, all food was given extra effort specially Lunch and Dinner,To be honest breakfast was bit dull, but compared against to their own standard! Its overall best!Pool was so clean! Even can see long distance underwater and also heated (this is my preferred choice for ultimate comfort)Bit crowded but staff was handling this crowd perfectly. So quick and requests always almost catered without a delay.Staff was very helpful and friendly!This my second visit, and I definitely recommend this is one of best places to visitBeach was better at 1st visit than now (it was much clearer and fish was visible those days, but now sea has become bit rough and cloudy) but there is another area with rocks where beach is clearer, bit hard to reach though!Rooms are mid size i would say!Bathroom is compact due to that and at this range it’s acceptable!They have humidity controls in room which is great idea near costal areas with high humidity rates. So rooms are moisture free(glad to have that)Good sea view scenery is here, beach is bit small(10m from width) but since sea is so clearer around rocky areas this can be ignored, because you can see fish just above from the water, due to some natural pools created inside beach where lots of fish resides.Not just regular fish, can see lot of fish species which you can not see in lakes but fish tanks.Overall this was one of my best experiences here at Hikka Tranz!

Went with extended family, a party of eight. We truly enjoyed our stay. All the staff from the front office and restaurant were courteous and pleasant. The restaurant team was always coming by to check in to see if we needed anything. The food spread was good, though we went on a weekday and the hotel occupancy was not at its maximum. The staff were friendly and kind with the kids too. There is a large main pool and a baby pool, with enough space for many guests to take a dip. Access to the beach is also available. The kids enjoyed their evening at the beach. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay. We recommend this hotel and will visit again.

I checked in to Hikka Tranz on Friday 31st May 2024 with my Family to spend the weekend at this awesome location. We were greeted & welcomed by great gesture of the Hotel Staff starting from the Security.Our luggage’s were received by Sampath - (Bell Boy) who was very much concerned that our luggage’s & our little daughter’s bags were safe as well. The Front office Staff were very polite & friendly, they offered a token to our little daughter with a branded merchandise to make her day enjoyable & to create a moment of happiness which she will not forget.At the main restaurant, the staff were very courteous to us. They offered to prepare a separate meal for our little daughter which really surprised all of us & she enjoyed the meal very much. It is a great gesture of your hospitality.The food was great, the location we loved it. Looking forward to connect with you guys soon. Wishing the entire team success in everything.
