We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. It was on okay stay. The place was central to most of our activities. However the language barrier is so hectic, from the reception, cleaners and kitchen staff. Communicating was a bit of a struggle. The cleaning wasn’t the best. The water wasn’t hot, I understand that place is hot so warm water maybe makes sense however I would’ve love taking hot showers. Breakfast was okay. We found meals we could settle with throughout our stay. Two of our friends had a birthday during our stay. Loved that the hotel put a cute birthday note on their birthday it was so thoughtful. Overall it was an okay stay

An excellent hotel in a great location for those who love Patong)) to the sea at a leisurely pace of 7 minutes, to the party town of Bangla Road 15 minutes. All shops, pharmacies, massages are at arm's length. The service is excellent. Checked in on time. The rooms are small, but you will only need them for an overnight stay 😁Rooms are cleaned upon request, namely according to a sign posted on the door handle. There is a swimming pool on site, small but enough to enjoy the sun when you are tired of the sea. Towels for the pool will be waiting for you in your room. The staff is friendly, the reception will answer any of your questions. Tik, a great smiling girl)) will make a delicious cocktail and give you a good mood👍🏼

Perfect location and hospitality. Staff(specially the ever smiling Mr. SE) is very warm and always helpful. The pool area is neat and the family room was spacious enough for a family with 2 kids. Washroom amenities has a scope of improvement. But for the price point, the hotel is totally worth. Patong beach is 2 mins walk.

Great place to stay and very comfortable. It is also very close to the beach. Truly enjoyed our stay here.The staffs are also very friendly and the breakfast buffet set had great variety. Staff Jame was very helpful and accommodative.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-designed, offering a comfortable and cozy environment. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a functional workspace made my stay even more enjoyable.The services provided by the hotel were top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements. The hotel's facilities, the lounge area, were well-maintained and provided great value for the price.What stood out the most was the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and professionalism. The front desk team was extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured my room was always tidy and stocked with essentials.I want to thank specially Mr. Se, he is a very nice and professional staff.Overall, my stay at the Ibis Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the comfortable rooms, excellent services, and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I would like to provide a 2-star rating due to the inconsiderate behavior of some guests. There was constant door banging until the late hours of the morning, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I understand that people may be enjoying themselves, but it would be considerate of them to be mindful of other guests who may be trying to rest. Again same nationality as per usual

We had a family room booked for 2 nights. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and pool facing. When we checked into room my daughter had read about the play station gaming console being available but it wasn’t there. Once we checked in the reception this was quickly setup by Ram and his team. Unfortunately due to non availability of the family room we had to shift to another hotel. We would have loved to stay in the hotel for longer.
