Buffet food was really great, changed day to day so didnt get boring! Facilities were amazing, so many pools and the aquaparks were great fun for the kids and adults too..would definitely recommend for families

Last week, my family and I had the incredible pleasure of staying at the IC Palace Hotel, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived until the bittersweet moment of check-out, it felt like we were transported to paradise.First and foremost, the staff deserves a round of applause! Their friendliness and warmth made us feel like cherished guests rather than just another family checking in. Each interaction left a delightful impression. They genuinely respected and treated everyone, from couples to large families, with the same level of care and attention, which truly elevated our experience.Now, let’s talk about the food! Wow, just wow! The selection was vast—something for every palate, and everything was delicious. Each meal felt like a culinary adventure, with flavors that danced on my taste buds. I was particularly smitten with the ice mocha at the café—it was divine! I'm already dreaming of having another one and relaxing by the pool.Speaking of relaxation and enjoyment, the nightly professional dance performances at 21:30 were the cherry on top! It was as if the resort is dedicated to ensuring that every evening feels festive and special. Watching the skilled dancers brought smiles to our faces and thrummed an energy throughout the audience that was simply contagious.If you’re searching for the perfect combination of rest and fun, look no further than the IC Palace Hotel. It truly is the best resort experience you could wish for. We left there feeling rejuvenated and already planning our return. Rating: 6/10Our recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs.Positives:One of the standout features was how child-friendly the resort is, especially in terms of facilities. The kids' disco and the nightly shows, like the bubbles, trolls, and the lab, were well-done and a highlight for our family. The buffet also offered a good selection of food, which was a pleasant surprise.Negatives:Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite dated and seemed like it hadn’t been renovated in years. The Kids Club was a major disappointment, with very basic activities and unenthusiastic staff who didn’t seem interested in engaging or entertaining the children. The hotel staff, in general, lacked initiative and weren’t very helpful. We weren’t given a proper explanation of the available facilities or services upon arrival, which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, some services, like hair braiding, the spa, and water activities, were overpriced.Overall:While there were some enjoyable aspects of our stay, particularly for the children, the overall experience fell short of expectations. With improvements to customer service and more friendly, engaging staff, the resort could provide a much better experience.

All I can say is WOW!What a truly fantastic hotel this is.It is beautiful. The hotel itself is not one of these ugly modern looking hotels but has great architecture and the hotel grounds are green and very well kept.Plenty of pools which are all very clean inside and around.The buffet restaurant is fantastic. We were here for 2 weeks and never got bored of the food as it did vary each night. Breakfast is amazing, especially the omelette place.I highly recommend trying the steak restaurant. (You do have to pay extra for this). It is well worth it! The steaks I had here were amazing. To be honest probably the best steak I have ever had was the “steak Dallas” and I have eaten steaks in a number of places.The staff were all fantastic throughout the stay. All very friendly and attentive. Special mention to Ikander in the kids club. She was brilliant with my two children Ross and Chloe.The rooms were kept clean daily and once again the staff were lovely.Rooms comes with a safe to keep your belongings in as well at not extra charge.The mini bar in your room is well stocked with soft drinks and beer.The alcohol which is part of the all inclusive is amazing. So much choice and top quality liqueurs.Had an absolutely fantastic holiday.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my young family. The range of activities, especially the kid's club, made it enjoyable for the kids. The multiple pools were a hit, although I was disappointed that despite being told they were heated i didn’t experience this as despite great weather the water was very cold.Ensuring the heated pool is maintained properly would greatly enhance the experience, especially for families with children. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room didn't work well, but the provision of a fan was appreciated.Despite these minor setbacks, the staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was clean, and the entertainment was fantastic. We also had the pleasure of meeting families from all over the world, which added to the experience. While the rooms felt a bit outdated, the overall atmosphere, service, and food quality, including the barbecue and snack bars, were excellent. Plus, the proximity to the beach was very convenient. Overall, a great experience with some areas for improvement.

The hotel in general is fantastic and the staff make it even betterNothing is too much bother for them.Pool areas are kept pristine with lots of life guards and the water park is great for keeping the kids amused for hours.Food is what's expected from a hotel like this and always different dishes daily.Definitely be back to this hotel

As a family we have been to many holidays/ hotels but IC Green’s service, staff, commitment to detail, helpfulness and hospitality beats every other hotel . These guys work super hard to make your stay wonderful and as comfortable as possible. The rooms were cleaned daily, front desk always helpful, the waiting and bar staff are very very hardworking and always wear a smile.. extraordinary service at great hotel by extraordinary staff ! Highly recommend

The room was nice and spacious but offer little noise insulation. The food is nice and fresh, however, they lack seasoning and creativity. Rather than attempting to make something different like sushi, they should focus on doing the dishes well. The barbecue started towards the end of our stay and that was great as the menu was fairly similar before. As someone who is allergic to cats, I wish the hotel was a bit more mindful of it. I noticed a number of guests and staff touching cats and then handling food or the utensils used by others which isn’t hygienic at all.The patisserie and sandwich bar is very nice but staff could make it better with a smile. Bar staff were very nice and friendly and the main bar man was always trying to maintain the standard even when busy. Guest relation sent a cake to our room for my partner’s birthday which was a nice gesture. It would also be great if parents with kids were reminded to be respectful of others in the hotel as at times we had people playing loudly in corridors or rooms even though the hotel has multiple playgrounds.We will be more than happy to go back.
