Everything was fine in the hotel where we checked in on 05.08.24 August, the food and drinks, the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, which shows that there is a good management, it is reflected in the room staff, tell me, I cannot find anything negative when I look at it, but if I were to write it down, the variety of desserts is very large, but similarly, the gaming and activity areas were small, despite everything. We want to see you again next year

As my conclusion, this hotel is OK but I would say it’s far too low level to said as 5 stars hotel as written on google map.I stayed main building on the middle level floor with land view. The terrible thing was bats were coming to our balcony every night and there were a lot of droppings left on the floor of balcony every morning. As many of you know, dropping from bats possibly causes disease, especially for children and elderly people. Therefore I needed to say again and again to my daughter not to go out to the balcony. I strongly believe the hotel should not regard themselves “Child friendly hotel” until they manage this problem. It was truly a nightmare. The staff in HI kids were so nice, but still I can’t recommend here for my family and friends.In addition to above, the room was looks nice (of course except the balcony), but a bathroom was not clean enough. The bathtub was not even flat surface, cracked paint let my daughter’s leg hurt. And look at a shower head holder in my photo, this is what I said, it’s fine but it’s not 4 or 5 stars hotels like.Besides, some parents were smoking around kids pool where banned smoking, but life savers never got them.This hotel let cats in even in restaurants, and let them walk freely among guests legs. I easily can guess it’s not good for hygiene.I really hates someone harm my daughter’s health, so I will never come back here.Foods were also not bad, but my 3 year old had to choose either dried tasteless vegetables and deep fried things or spicy and too much herb meal for adults.And I heard people complain about an orange juice that they provided is not flesh juice.A few staff can speak English, and I don’t know if it was regarding it or not, but when I asked a front desk if they can rent a nail clipper, a woman said “Sure, I’ll let someone bring it to your room.” and I was waiting all day long, it didn’t come. I asked again on the next day, another woman said “We don’t have it.” I didn’t get it at all.We were so so sad that indoor pool couldn’t be used without notifying anything in advance.If you don’t care about these, you’re children can make wonderful memories at here, like my daughter did.There are a lot of programs but you can find it only if you go to kids room directly, so please find it from my photo. My girl really wanted to make cookies but we found it only after it had already gone.BUT the late dinner will help you a lot if you arrive the hotel in the midnight.

Advantage:1. Delicious grill (but very small selection).2. Good staff (mostly), very nice people.3. Excellent boron with cocktails.Disadvantages:1. Animation is weak, there is nothing to do.2. The pools are cold, not heated enough and not all.3. The staff at guest relations pretends to be involved, but they are not interested in solving problems.4. Cats are everywhere - pissing, fighting, falling in love. inside the hotel, everywhere.5. Monotonous food.6. the hotel does not care about the opinion of the guests: requests to make the pools warmer (at least to match the promises in the advertisement) are not interesting to them.6.an expensive transfer from the city - in the bottom direction to Antalya is 60 dollars.

We were looking for family friendly hotel as we were going with 2 year old and 9 year old and gma and gpa. Amount of activities for kids they offering is great (including thier own restaurant and menu with little table)! Staff is extremely nice and willing to help at anytime! Resort is always clean even though you do not see people cleaning - seemless. Food great and variety is huge! Drinks are made by bartenders are delicious! Have nothing negative to say about this resort, absolutely Beaty!

Best hotel/ Resort we have been to so far. It deserves more than 5 stars for service and care of customers from the moment you enter. Every detail has been thought of, clinic, mini market, boutique, bike/stroller rentals. Even when it comes to food a big variety is offered with delicious international dishes and live stations. If you want to be spoiled , then this place is for you!!! Will definitely visit again and again. Thank you

I've been here a couple times and it never disappoints. The service and quality is getting better each time. The staff is very respectful and cheerful. I'm in love with their cocktails in the mixology bar. The flavor combinations are just divine. It is so easy to find food at every corner at almost any time. The a la carté restaurant's quality is alright but I expect them to expend their menu items. I'm definitely coming back on my next holiday!!

It's a beautiful tranquil surrounded hotel. Perfect for families with children and especially with elderly disabled person. They have a modern baby and small children area which has a kids club and great splash/ water park.I would definitely come back again and spend longer time here. The food is excellent quality and fresh and tasty.The guest relations are very accommodating with making your stay even more memorable, get things done to meet your needs, also very polite and friendly , and speak very good english.
