Luxurious beach! The hotel is lovely, all the staff are friendly and helpful. There are no complaints about the food - everything is just wonderful!In the evening there is animation for adults, during the day you are always invited to play volleyball or do yoga. For children, in addition to entertainment throughout the day, there is disco time after dinner and a children's club.Entrance to the sea without panton from the shore, the beach is sandy and clean. There are always free sun loungers, you can retire if you don’t want to listen to someone else’s speech.The water is clear! Even near the shore you can find beautiful fish. For those who like to snorkel, there is a coral reef with a wonderful underwater world.The rooms are cleaned every day, always quickly and clean.Thank you Feyrouz for a wonderful vacation!❤️

From the moment we arrived, we've been treated to exceptional hospitality and outstanding service.The resort is wonderful, with stunning surroundings and well-kept facilities. There are plenty of activities to keep us entertained, ensuring that every day is filled with fun and relaxation.I must extend a special thank you to Miss Mariam at the business desk. Her professionalism and willingness to assist have made a significant impact on our stay. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for us, always greeting us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Absolutely loved staying here, the staff were amazing and friendly. The resort was beautiful and the perfect location, beach was stunning, my favourite thing to do was snorkelling along the reefs at the beach. Reda and Ali made amazing drinks for us and were the best people ever, super funny and friendly! Will definitely recommend Jaz Fayrouz to anyone looking to stay at Sharm el Sheikh!

I would like to express my impression about this hotel. I visit it second time. I am impressed by its staff, they are ready to help the guest anytime, they are polite, concerning. The location of the hotel is amaizing. The beach is wide and clean. There are many entertainments in it. The cousin is very varied. Ther are many guests from different countries but the atmosphere is friendly and warm. Of course, it depends on the staff. I hope to come a back again

I spent 4 days with my family as it was my mum’s birthday.I have been to too many hotels around Egypt, Europe, etc., but the price and the service quality were over the top.The resort is 2 min away from the beach, and the staff are super helpful and friendly.Honestly, I was surprised with the quality of the staff, food and rooms.Thanks to everyone involved; too many people to mention.

In this hotel is fantastic photographer - he really is professional in him field.He explained how be right poses for a photo. Photographer even told how have balances in different poses.He made a lot of professional and beautiful photos during short time (half an hour).About hotel:- Very good beach but often we had need reserved beach chairs beforehand.- The selection of food is small but as for me sufficient and meal is pretty delicious.- Hotel rooms as for me need renovation.- Free gym is big plus.- Many crows.- friendly personnel but majority haven't English or have little knowledge.- Coral reef when is lot of colorful fish.- Territory around hotel is very beautiful. Many palm trees, several fountains with goldfish, comfortable sofas and other things.
