Otelde çok küçük bir sağlık sorunu yaşadım müşteri ilişkilerinden Oleksandra hanıma yönlendirildim kendi eli ile hiç çekinmeden bana pansuman yaptı bu zamanda işine bu denli itina gösteren kişi ilişkilerini çok sıkı tutan insanları görmek çok zor bu durumu görmek beni çok mutlu etti Oleksandra hanıma çok çok sevgilerimi ve teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum❤️

We came to have a holiday with my wife in the summer.
Even though we arrived after check-in time, our room was not ready and we were kept waiting for half an hour.
The room, which was said to be a nicer room, smelled of sweat and there were eaten leftovers (fruit, etc.) in the minibar.

The corridor on the lower floor of the hotel (left elevator exit) smelled so bad that it was not pleasant at all because there was no way down to the dining area.

The sea was not pleasant, it was stony and suddenly became leathery.

Although the food options were enormous, they were tasteless. Meals were prepared in the middle of the places where you ate, for the sake of consistency, and the smells mixed with each other.

And the most explosive thing is coming; The electricity of the hotel or area went out and the generator did not work! Since it was dinner time, the smoke from the dining hall completely surrounded the lower floor. There was no electricity for about 2 hours, and the room was full of children and crying people who were locked in the room due to the door system. In the meantime, God forbid, what could have happened if there was a more serious problem.

The only good thing about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff…

We spent our 4-day holiday here in July 2024. The reception was truly disgraceful, we were only able to check in to our room approximately two and a half hours after arriving at the hotel. (The room was not ready, they gave me a different room and it was not ready either. The receptionist did not speak Turkish. We explained that the room was not ready, cleaning, extra bed, etc. in every language, but each time, he went to the room section behind the reception area and came back and tried to find a solution according to the directives he received from there. . As a result, we were able to go to the room after 2.5 hours) The food was not bad, the desserts were bad. The sea was wavy and there was trash in the sea.

we booked the hotel for three nights, changed our minds on the second day and extended for two more 😊 Total - five nights.
When booking, we indicated that we would like to get a quiet room on the top floor.
They gave us a wonderful room on the fifth floor with a wonderful view of the hotel grounds (pine forest), mountains and the sea 😊.
The animation in the hotel is very active, the guys are trying, the girls are great, Umira helped in all situations, thank you for everything. I will definitely come back here again!

Air conditioning works flawlessly, from Daikin. And this is important. The rooms for big families are well done in two floors, 2 bathrooms. Food is excellent, all types of fish prepared very tasty. Personnel is very attentive to our needs. Needed some medications, it was delivered from a pharmacy on Sunday. Thank you for that, Yulia from Service Desk.

Very Nice hotel, especially for families with kids. Good food, beautiful view on the mountains. The sea is very close to the hotel. Good animation for adults and for kids. There is mini disco every day and program for teenagers and adults. The bars are quite good as well and we really liked the atmosphere

A great place for a family holiday. There were 11 of us. The place is very magical, especially for mountain and sea lovers. Ultra all-inclusive is at a good level. The pools are not crowded which is great. The toboggans are a bonus. The sea is beautiful. The entrance to it is over stones. But no shoes are needed. The evening program is average, as is the animation program. The main languages are Turkish and Russian. Russian tourists here behave like everywhere else in Europe. Except for this, it was one of my best vacations.
