Şu an oteldeyiz 4. günümüz. Odalar çok temiz hizmet, konum çok iyi ancak otelin kapasitesini karşılayacak havuzu yok. Deniz hayaliniz varsa o hayalden vazgeçin çünkü girme imkanınız yok sahil taşlık değil kayalık. Aquapark güzel. Yemekleri; aç kalmazsınız pideci iki usta da çok iyi. Tavuğun envai çeşidini yersiniz sanki otel önünde tavuk tırı devrilmiş ve tüm tavukları otel 🏨almış, ama tavuğun 10001 çeşidini yapan usta süper. Kahvaltı 🈲 kısıtlı. İyi tatiller

Bu otele 4. gelişimiz. Güzel ve temiz bir aile oteli
Güvenli, havuzları yeterli, tembel havuzunda zaman daha güzel geçiyor. Tavsiye ederim.
Misafir ilişkilerinden sorumlu İkra Hn ile tanıştık, sohbet ettik, kendisine de çok teşekkür ederiz

Wirklich sehr enttäuschendes Hotel. Das sollte ein 5 Sterne Hotel sein.. Hygiene nicht gegeben, Service sehr schlecht (Mitarbeiter komisch drauf) und im gesamten macht es einen ganz unprofessionellen Eindruck. Ist wirklich etwas ganz anderes als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Hatten an einem Tag 3x Strom- und 1x Wasserausfall. Poolbereich stinkt, weil hinten bei den Rutschbahnen eine Tierhaltung ist und Rauch von der Snack-Bar zum Poolbereich weht. Überfülltes Hotel mit grosser Schlange im Essbereich und auch die Aussicht katastrophal. Schreibe eigentlich keine Bewertungen aber das hier muss erwähnt werden. Wir waren wirklich enttäuscht weil wir von einem 5 Sterne Hotel so sachen nicht erwartet hätten.

Fajny Hotel z przemiłą i sympatyczną obsługą. Bardzo ciekawe animacje spośród których każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Smacznego jedzenia pod dostatkiem. Gorąco polecam.

Yeme içme berbat bir otel. Aldığı parayı haketmiyor. 1 hafta her gün aynı yemek çıktı rezillik… kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

The hotel is ok. The staff is not bad. Especially the guys from the lobby bar are great guys. Reception managers are angry and somewhat tired. Family hotel. I recommend it for families. It's nice to see so many happy children.

The worst experience lived in Turkey. The food is repeated daily, even many are from one day to the next, the beach is pitiful, full of stones, and hidden in the water are "n" huge boulders that you hit hard. The rooms are ok, but the services are terrible. They did not change our bed linen even once in 7 days in any of the 3 rooms occupied by us. The attitude of the staff is execrable. The drinks menu is extremely poor. They forcibly lifted us from the chairs by the pool when the "show" was over. Internet costs money (€1/phone) and is functional only in the hotel, even if they say the signal reaches the beach (a lie). There would be a lot more to say against them. All in all, I wouldn't come back even for free.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 2 weeks and were very satisfied overall.
We particularly liked the food. Everything was very tasty and freshly prepared.
The range of entertainment on offer, especially water polo and volleyball, was also a lot of fun.
What particularly caught our attention from the team was the friendly entertainer Mr. Ufuk and the friendly bartender Salih.
In addition, everything was easily and cheaply accessible by bus (Dolmus), as it stops directly in front of the hotel.
We also really liked the pools and the water slides.
Unfortunately, the only negative thing is the very unkempt, rocky beach.
Still a very good hotel for a family vacation.

Just home from a lovely 10 night stay at this hotel.
24hr food and drinks , caters for all diets and loads to choose from.
Great staff from reception ( who can speak English) to the waiters to the entertainment and a massive shout out to the life guards who do a great job.
Hotel is lovely and clean , well kept .
Lazy river is the best ever, loads of loungers as well and great pools.
We loved our time and will definitely be back,

Oh I also got a tattoo which was a great experience.
Water sports on the beach and a bar , what’s not to like xxx

Internet 1euro per person and safe 2euro you have to paid which is unexpected
Not 5* star hotel the food is not delicious .
Water aqua and lazy river is good the room is clean reception can’t speak English

Had the best week here. Everyone is so friendly. Lots to do on site for the kids and adults. The entertainment team did a fab job of getting all involved. Day trips could be arranged. Housekeeping was great. Food was amazing so much to choose from - different varieties and dietary requirements met. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Had a jacuzzi in our ensuite was nice to relax in. Only bad points of rooms were the beds - all quite hard, not that comfortable. Used the spa and had treatments was incredible, really relaxing. The aqua park was fab. Different types of slides for all ages and abilities. Lazy river was fun. Water was very clean and all pools/slides were manned with lots of lifeguards. First time coming to Turkey and honestly loved it. You can use either Turkish lira or euros to pay for things. Small little shops outside complex. Outlet within walking distance with restaurant/bar, and lots of clothes shops. Private beach with bar literally walking distance.

Just back from 2 weeks. Nice large hotel, lots of bars and pools and the water park is good. Rooms a nice set up for the family room and clean and tidy.
Location there is not much nearby, luckily we had a car so this wasn’t an issue.
Most staff helpful when asked but found the restaurant lacking in service. Any other 5 star hotel they have allocated staff to each area and they make sure drinks are replenished and plates cleared. Found the restaurant staff to sometimes be stood around while we ate a meal of 3 courses and all the plates would be stacked on the end of the table not cleared. We would always tip the restaurant staff in any other hotel as usually they would go out of their way but here it just had no personal touch and that’s the only real negative point that need improving.
Enjoyed our 2 weeks there and would recommend for families

A fantastic place to spend your vacation. There's a plethora of activities within the resort, and the staff leading physical activities ensures you won't be bored. The cuisine is top-notch, with hundreds of diverse dishes to choose from. I can wholeheartedly recommend the spa and massages; the atmosphere is impressive. The entire staff deserves praise; they all know their tasks and execute them meticulously. However, there are some downsides like WiFi and limited drinks at the bars. Nevertheless, if given the chance, I would return to this place.
